Chapter 10: Suspicion
Lucy's P.O.V
This is the moment I don't want to last and have again...
...
I spoke too soon...
"Hey, I forgot to do something" Ziyo said. I looked in his eyes and saw nothing... Nothing at all. I nodded at him as he left.
"Guys... Can you please... Leave for a while? Here, Lisanna... Play with Brianna for awhile okay?" I said as I gave Brianna to Lisanna. Mira and Lisanna squealed when they saw Brianna playing with some butterfly.
"I need to talk to Kazumi and Crystal, please" I continued, my two younger childhood friends were looking at me suspiciously but they still nodded. The others nodded and left.
"Master- Wait!" I said
"What is it, child?" he said
"Can you please put some spell to make this sound-proof? Because some people might listen to our conversation" I said, emphasizing the words 'some people' making Natsu, Wendy and Gajeel flinch. Sting and Rogue flinched too, who were listening outside.
He nodded and puts some spell around the room. He left immediately
"What is it, Lucy?" Crystal asked
"Later, for now let's invite our guess, shall we?" I asked. Crystal looked at me, confused. I nodded at Kazumi. He nodded back as he opened the window
"Onee-san wants you to come in" he said to them. Sting and Rogue came in the infirmary room using the window, not forgetting to close it.
"So, tell me. Why are you here?" I asked them
"We were just checking" Sting said
"Checking? About what?" Crystal asked
"Our Lady has acted weird since last week" Rogue said
"And may I ask why you came here?" I said
3rd Person's P.O.V
"We caught her stealing glances on one of the 'Possessive Slayers' on Fairy Tail" Sting says
"Hn" Rogue agreed
"This?" Crystal says while pointing at Kazumi's teeth, both of them scowling. Crystal was scowling because of Minerva while Kazumi was scowling because of Crystal's finger.
"No" Rogue says
Kazumi bit Crystal's finger. Crystal jumped up and squeaked.
"Eek! Kazumi!" Crystal said while running around the room. Lucy smiled. Rogue and Sting chuckled. Kazumi grinned and hugged her from behind. She blushed.
Rogue coughed. Both of them blushed. Crystal lets Kazumi hug her, while Kazumi leaned his chin on top of her head.
"Ziyo?" Lucy asked
"Yea... That's his name." Sting says. "We always hear moans every morning"
"Kazumi?" Crystal says, he nodded
"The day before you fight... That morning, Crystal and I am roaming around the city. We say Ziyo running towards Sabertooth's logging. We chose to ignore it" Kazumi says
Lucy's eyes widened of some thought but shook it off. It was very impossible.
"That morning... Huh?" Sting says
"I was finding Frosch too, that morning. Then, I bumped into Minerva. She was... Well-dressed." Rogue says
"When you passed out, Ziyo has acted more suspicious each day. For the first day you were... asleep, I followed him but lost track of him immediately. The next day, Kazumi tried but he came later... with lipstick kiss marks on his face." Crystal say, moving away from Kazumi's hug
"Wha-? How many times do I have to tell you? I was surrounded by girls!" Kazumi says. Lucy giggled
"Yeah. And I'm a bat" Crystal says, sarcastically
"Whatever." Kazumi says ending their little 'fight'.
"Then the next day, we tried together. Failed" Kazumi continued
"Alright. Is that all?" Lucy said
"No, when you guys were unconscious, Minerva was mumbling... 'Ziyo', 'More'... Iw... Imagine" Sting says ready to vomit.
"It was so weird though... Minerva was the first one to wake up among you, Yukino and Minerva-"
"What happened to Yukino?" Lucy said, worried
"She was beaten up by the Master for having second place." Sting said
"As I was saying, Minerva was the most beaten up and yet, she's the first one to wake up." Rogue says
"That's weird, Wendy was healing you only. Me and Kazumi didn't..." Crystal says, chopping the second sentence, finally realizing it.
"It was Ziyo who's healing her..." Lucy says eyes widening.
"Now it makes sense" Crystal says
"I'm really going to handle this tonight" Lucy says
"But i need you help for me not to get sleep" she continued
"Kazumi, Crystal, please heal me" Lucy says as the two did what was told.
Lucy slashed her skin and told Sting and Rogue, "Sting, Rogue, please put some attacks on my wound. Not too weak, not too powerful"
"But Blondie-"
"Just do it, please."
They nodded and did what they were told. Lucy groaned.
After the four where doing, Lucy thanked them and she was able to stand up.
"What was that for, Blondie?" Sting asked
"In order for me to be awake for the whole two days." she said
"Okay, we'll be going now. It's getting late" Rogue says as they left.
"Before you two leave, I need to speak to Crystal" Lucy says
"Okay. Wait for me outside" Crystal said to Kazumi. He just nodded and went outside, closing the door as he went to the other side of the door.
"So, since when did you have blood, Crystal?" she asked
"Last month" the younger mage said
"Do you need?" the queen slayer said
"Yes, please... I lost a lot since I fought Lyon" the vampire slayer says
The older mage offer her some of her blood. Crystal gladly accepted it.
After the drinking blood, Crystal went out only to see Kazumi leaning on the wall, arms crossed.
"Why didn't you tell her what you said you saw?" Crystal asked
"She doesn't deserve to know. Why didn't you tell what you saw?" Kazumi asked
"She deserves better than a heartbreak" Crystal says, shrugging.
Kazumi's Flashback
I was following Ziyo when I lost him. I waited for him for an hour by sitting by a table in a restaurant, the closest where I lost him. After a good hour and half on drinking my tea, I finally saw Ziyo. Ziyo looks weird, with clothes crumpled, lips swollen and a kiss mark... On his cheek.
Then, the girls started surrounding me.
Unknown to me, Ziyo's flushed with anger
Crystal's Flashback
Ziyo's acting so weird, so I followed him. He was so worried at the fight of Lucy. But what I didn't know is, he worried on both of the girls. I saw him go to the Sabertooth's logging. I only can see his shadow for he went inside. My sight blurred and I started to cough. Damn. I should have drank orange juice. My sight went to normal only to see... His not there anymore...
"Brats" I cursed under my breath
Back to Lucy; Nighttime
Lucy's P.O.V
Ziyo came back after thirty minutes... I say... He smell strange. I smiled and acted normal until he walked me to our room.
"Ne, Ziyo?" I said
"Hm?" he said smirking
"I'm sleep... y" I said falling asleep on the bed. Jeez, I heard him smirk.
"What am I gonna do with you?" he said, smirking.
After a few hours (which was only five minutes), he finally left! Yes! I stood up. I opened the cabinet to see a cloak. I teleported it to my body as I put a lot of rose-scented perfume. I teleported to where Ziyo was. I stopped and pretended to look at the flowers when he looked at the back.
He continued walking. He headed to the one place I've thought but feared it would be... Sabertooth's logging... I knew it... I continued to follow him when I saw Sting.
"Hey! Who are y-" before he could continue that, I covered his mouth and used telepathy on him
'Sting, it's me!'
'Blondie?'
'Yes, it's me! Now be quiet!'
'What are you doing here?'
'What do YOU think? Of course I'm following him!'
'Fine, continue, Be my guest'
'What? What are you saying?'
'Nothing, now continue following him.'
'Thanks'
'Oh and Blondie?'
'Yea?'
'Be careful, I'm always here for you'
'Sure... Thanks, I guess...'
'Ya, whatever'
I continued following him... I heard his voice inside a room.
I peeked through it and saw...

Lucy: Ziyo! Don't you dare continue your sentence!
Ziyo:You bitc-
Crystal and Lucy: Ziyo! She's a eleven year-old kid! Stop it!
Ziyo: Yeah? What did I do to that-
Natsu: Dammit Ziyo! Continue that sentence and I swear you're gonna regret the day you were born!
Ziyo: Oh yeah?! Zin-chan-luvs-u is a BITCH!
Me: Ziyo!
Ziyo: What?!
ME: ONE MORE WORD FROM YOU AND I SWEARYOU'LL GO TO HELL!
Ziyo: Oh yeah, what are u gonna do about it? (smirking)
Me: I'll make you're life a LIVING HELL!
Lucy: (sighs)
Crystal: (shakes her head dramatically)
Kazumi: You're so dead
Ziyo: (gulps)
Me: too late... I'm already making it... (grins) Oh and I don't own Fairy Tail! Bye
