Chapter 15: I'm Scared.... Finally!(part 5)

"Sting... Can you feel that?" Lucy asked, her goosebumps were very peculiar. Her heart was beating fearfully.

"No..." he says.

"I'm scared...." she mumbled.

"You know you're very clingy, Lucy." he said.

"I'm... sorry. I've never felt so scared before... I'm very scared..." she stated, clinging more to Sting.

Sting sighed. Honestly, this is really what he hated about girls. They're too clingy and here he thought that Lucy was different. He scowled.

"Lucy, stop that. You're already getting annoy—" he says as he looked at her.

He suddenly froze, looking at her.

Lucy was burring her face in his arms yet he could still see the tears forming in her eyes.

"I'm... afraid..." she murmured.

Sting's face immediately softened. He smiled warmly at her.

"I'm here... Don't you worry." Sting confronted.

"Something's coming..." Lucy says as her heartbeats were beating loudly, more and more as if it was coming closer and closer...

"Then we should get going..." Sting says making Lucy nod weakly.

They passed two ways that left them confused. Both deciding the different pathways, they finally settled down with Sting's choice.

After appearing that the path that Sting picked was a dead end, they froze.

Lucy shivered in fear. She wanted all of this... to just... End... how she can only hope.

Both turned around to see... it.

Lucy's eyes widened.

It was terrifying. It has dead long black hair. Then, its face was pale, very pale. She had plain white eyes, not a tint of the color of her orbs were seen. A thick black color was outlining her eyes. Her mouth was wildly opened as if she died screaming so loudly. She also was wearing a white dress.

Lucy's heart beat seemed to stop as her magic went on hire wire.

She could definitely heard her thoughts.

'Stay... Away... To my territory.' she thought.

Lucy gripped Sting's hand, who was having troubles of his own.

Sting wouldn't bulge.

She was coming closer to them.

She stepped on Sting's foot making him hiss and glare at her.

She narrowed her eyes at him, attempting to go through the other side.

After they disappeared to her sight, Sting attempted to look back, only to be stopped by Lucy, who was holding his face.

"Don't." she hummed, tiptoeing to reach his face. She sighed, annoyingly, Sting was too tall for her.

Putting his face nearer to hers, they kissed when they were close enough.

As they parted, Lucy smiled. "Never look back, the sign says. Remember?"

Sting nodded, smiling at her face, then he pecked her lips.

Then, they continued to walk forward.

Both drifting to soft conversations.

Minerva looked away from Ziyo, biting her lip.

Tears were now streaming down her face as she felt scared.

She was sick of it. She was sick of them. She was sick of her. She was sick of him. More importantly, she was sick of herself.

Why, why did she have this kind of fate? She was equally contented with Rufus... Yet... it had to happen...

Failing to know it, she sobbed.

Ziyo looked at her, worried.

"Are you al—"

"I'm fine." Minerva answered, a little too quickly.

Ziyo sighed.

"Shh... Hear..." he heard someone say.

Then, one moment after, never too long nor short, Lucy and Sting ran to them, panting.

Ziyo and Minerva faced them, relief that they found their guildmates.

But their relief turned into horror as they saw her.

Lucy gripped Sting's wrist.

"Now that I've got you, you all will die!" a voice says at every corner.

Lucy shut her eyes, comforting to herself that all will end soon.

Ziyo frowned, he knew Lucy was afraid of these stuffs since Jude didn't teach her how to be brave of these stuffs.

Minerva scowled in fear as she chanted, "I—Ih Ragdo—o!"

"It's no use..." she chuckled, creepily.

'Can you hear me?'

A familiar voice entered Ziyo's, Sting's and Minerva's minds.

'Minerva?'

'Ziyo?'

'Sting?'

'Alright... It's practically useless now...'

Lucy shut her eyes in fear.

'Let's transport.' Minerva suggested. 'I can feel the nearest escape, do you?'

Lucy nodded.

Minerva grabbed Ziyo as Sting held Lucy's hand. Ziyo scowled at this.

Minerva's and Lucy's eyes contacted and nodded before finally transporting.

Both transported to the exit.

"Sabertooth and Fairy Tail, fourth place! No points for them!" the judges announces.

Lucy smiled in relief as she was trying to regain her balance..

Gasps were heard from the crowd.

Lucy was getting dizzy. She could hear them shouting her name and running to her. She sighed before drifting to consciousness.

"Lucy!" they called for her as Natsu and Ziyo were able to catch her on time.

Natsu sighed in relief. "She's fine, just tired."

"That's it for the fourth day of the GMG, see you two days later!"

Lucy was immediately sent to the infirmary to rest.

The Sleeping Beauty woke up from her slumber...

Only to be crushed into a certain pink haired mage's chest.

"Natsu..." Lucy breathes.

"Luce, don't ever do that again!" he said.

"I told you not to call me Luce..." she said but the way that Natsu looked at her was so... childish.

She sighed, defeated.

"Fine. You can call me 'Luce' and we're back to being best friends again..." she admitted.

Natsu grinned jumping in joy. "Yes!" he cheered for as they knew, their broken bond was now sewed.

He hugged her.

Lucy smiled and hugged back.

"How long?" she asked.

"Huh?" Natsu asked

"How long have I been unconscious?" she asked.

Natsu lets go of her and started thinking. "I don't really know... Well... Maybe two hours or three... Stop pressuring me!"

Lucy giggled, putting a hand on his left cheek, caressing it.

"Don't pressure yourself, 'kay?" she asked as she attached both of their forehead together.

"How... Can I?" Natsu asked, closing his eyes, leaning closer to her.

"Natsu..." she murmured.

As they kissed...

OOHH! NALU FANS FOR U! XD

Anyway, she kissed Sting! And Natsu! Technically... Cheating on Ziyo.

Though, Ziyo isn't that 'innocent', he LIED TO LUCY!
