Time: 9:58pm

The Great Old Tree glow immensely, Pucca and Garu got up and approached the tree, cupped their hands together, turn to each other and nodded in agreement. Just before entering Pucca mid-stop, little worried about what will happen after they'll pass through. Garu turn back noticing Pucca seemed a little tense.

Cupping both of her hands resting his forehead against her head, Garu spoke soothingly "It'll be okay, we can do this…together."

Looking up, Pucca looks at the calmness in his eyes, relaxing her nerves she smiles and give a small confirmation smile.

Removing his forehead, hands still attached to one another, they walk in through until the silhouettes disappeared in the tree's luminescence. The portal faded away shortly after they went inside.

Time: 10:00 pm

It reopened on the other side of the tree, still glowing immensely. Two similar figures floated out of the opening and were placed softly on the lush grass. Soon after the whole tree glowed in a bright blueish white, and vanish fading away, leaving the two unconscious.

Time: 10:17 pm

Fluttering her eyes open Pucca came too remembering what happen, Pucca look over to her side to see her beloved friend next to hers, hands still holding. She sat up looking over Garu's body… Garu's body.

"That's mean… I'm me again" Pucca spoked, tears appeared at the corners of her eyes "I'm me…"

Pucca gently grab Garu's shoulder to wake him up and called out his name.

…No movements

Pucca start to panic, in doing so she grabbed both of his shoulders, having him to sit upright, she shook him just a little, and repeating his name over and over "Garu, Garu, Garu, Garu… Garu?!"

Desperately she grabbed his hand and check for a pulse, fearing the worst.

"Nothing… There's isn't a pulse!" Pucca heart racing quickly, she tried her last option, placing her head over his chest, listening to only hear her own heart beating loudly.

"I have to calm down, there's no way, he said we can do this together!" Pucca closed her eyes trying to relax her heart to hear his.

"Together Garu… we enter together… we come out together… so please." Pucca pleaded.

Time: 10:24pm

Few moments passed, Pucca quiet down, searching for Garu's heartbeat, she'll will not give up. A soft, light beat came to.

"A Beat!?" Pucca exclaimed, she laid him back down calling out his name over and over again.

Coming to, Garu scrunched his eyes together, and opened them slowing, and looking over, reveling Pucca face all red eyed, arched eyebrow, and a soft concern smile.

"Hey…" He weakly whisper "You are you again" placed a comforting hand against her cheek and a smile appeared on his face.

"Told you we can do this together" He mention and laugh a little.

Two tears fell against Garu's face, Pucca wrapped her arms around his neck snuggling against his face.

"Yeah. Together" Pace softly spoke.

A little take back of her sudden action, Garu relaxed and placed his arms around her back comforting her. After and few moments later, Garu realized the old tree was no longer there.

"Pucca… the tree is gone" He spoke. She lifted her head and turn back and a little surprise.

"How can a tree just disappear? She question. "Oh well, I'll miss it"

Garu faced her and questioned "Why? It cause us a lot of trouble."

"Yeah. But it did bring us together, like what Sosso said it would, now we're closer than ever!" Pucca exclaimed happily.

Light blushing, Garu reply "Yeah you're right… I'll miss it too" He laughed just a bit.

A fire cracker went off in the distance, startling the two.

"What was that?" Garu asked confused.

"well what time is it?" Pucca questioned back.

"Almost 10:30" he asked.

"That means it starting, we have to go before we miss it!" Pucca shot up standing over Garu.

"But what?" Garu kept questioning. She giggled "You'll see, but we have to hurry."

Time 10: 36 pm

Rushing back to town, they spotted Ching and Abyo and approached them.

"Look Ching it's the ditchers" Abyo said annoyed.

"Hush Abyo, Where were you guys? You've been gone for almost an hour, you had us worried!" Ching panicked

"Sorry Ching, we… we um got lost a little" Pucca said coming up with an excuse.

"Well I'm just glad you are back together, you were almost late for the firework show." Ching spoke

"Haha yeah we know, but we are here now, right Garu?" Pucca replied, Garu nodded.

Three pops were heard, turning everyone's head towards the brightly lit sky.

Different colors showered the night sky, cherry blossoms still floated in the sky, Ooos and Ahhs filled the noise. The presence was exciting and calming at the same moment.

Garu walked over the Pucca's side and reached for her hand, squeezing just a little. Pucca turn over to Garu watching him enjoy the night sky, and Pucca smile, to see Garu at this moment was calming. Garu side eyed her and a soft smile reached his lips, making eye contact with Pucca.

"I'm glad we can get along now" Pucca spoke. Garu hummed in agreement.

In the distant the other two couple took noticed of their friends.

"Do you think they're dating now?" Abyo questioned

"Hmm it's possible" Ching replied cheerily

This was the start of a trusting friendship between Pucca and Garu, one hoping to become something more.
