Kemeko, the late Karai's daughter, and Leonardo's adopted daughter turns 13 years old, and the blue masked turtle believes she's at the age not only to join him in the field, but to know the truth of her origins with the Foot and the Shredder. What will all this lead to? CHAP 4 UP!

After defeating the Shredder, the Turtles head back home to heal from their injures. Once they do, they begin to face more challenges, including Leo going through PTSD, a stronger Purple Dragon gang, a fake alien invasion, a vengeful Karai, and a Mutant Outbreak all over the city, which mutates all sorts of life.
