It's been a year since Summer joined the Rescue Riders. Winger has developed a huge crush on Summer in that time. One day the two fly to an island for a relaxing vacation. But what appeared to be a fun vacation get away, turns into a total disaster when they end up lost in a cave that shifts its paths every five days. Will Winger and Summer make it back home safe and sound?

Ruby is a young Firewing who was exiled from her home in the Fire Kingdom. Now she is injured and on the run. When she crash lands at the roost, the Rescue Riders find Ruby and take her in. Will this sassy and hot-tempered fire dragon get along with these new dragons? Or will she be a bit to hot for the Rescue Riders to handle?
