The group happily got to the doors, the giant green doors. They looked to find something to announce their presence, and found a cord made of, giant paper clips? Hmm. Lil grabbed it and pulled, a loud bell sounded.
"Who rang that bell?!" A head of orange hair shot out of a hole in the door, a round face glared down at them, looking surprisingly like Dil.
"We did." Lil told him.
"Don't you see the sign?" He asked angrily, crossing his arms.
"What sign?" The Scarecrow asked, they all looked around but didn't see a sign.
"The sign on the door, it's as plain as the nose on my face!" He told them, looking down, then noticed that the sign was gone.
"Oh!" He popped back into his hole, and came out with a sign, which he hung on a hook by the door before popping back into his hole and closing the door.
"Bell out of Order?" Lil read.
"Please knock." Kimi finished. Lil shrugged before using the huge knocker, shaped like a clothes pin? to knock loudly on the door.
"Hello! What do you guys want here in Emerald City?" The door man grinned when he popped out of his hole.
"We'd like to see the wizard." Lil told him.
"No. No one is allowed to see the wizard." He told them, about to close the hatch on them.
"But we need to see the wizard. The good witch of the North sent me." Lil told him, crossing her arms, pouting if you must.
"Prove it." The door man narrowed his eyes.
"The shoes. Lil is wearing the ruby cleats. See, the good witch gave them to her." The Scarecrow announced.
"Well that she is! That's a horse of a different color! Come in come in!"
