I think I'm just gonna go ahead and post all the last eight chapters today.

I do not own them!

Enjoy!

"Come on guys, hurry up." Kimi tried to get them to move faster.

"I'm going as fast as I can!" The lion cried out, the Tin-girl was using his tail as support as she climbed up behind him. The Scarecrow was falling behind them.

"Hurry!" She moved up.

"I'm trying! Whoa!" A rock fell from under the Tin-girl's feet, making her fall and pull the lion's tail, yanking him back a bit. The Scarecrow was showered in dust, barely moving out of the way of the rock.

"I- I hope my strength holds out." The lion stuttered, gripping the rocks like his life depended on it, which, it did.

"I hope your tail holds out." The Tin-girl quipped, trying to lighten the mood, she couldn't help but want the boys to calm down a bit, their fears were starting to worry her.

They finally got to the top of the hill, Kimi was waiting for them, watching the scary castle from behind a rock.

"Lil is in that awful place?" The Tin-girl asked, fear evident in her voice. "We have to get her out of there." She could feel tears in her eyes.

"Don't cry. You'll rust." The Scarecrow told her.

"I ain't crying." She muttered before wiping her eyes.

"Who're they?" The Lion nudged them and pointed to the draw bridge.

"They're the guards. And I have a plan." The Scarecrow told them.

"He has a plan." The lion grinned, looking at the Tin-girl.

"And you're going to lead us." The Scarecrow grinned. The lion's grin fell.

"What? I can't lead you! I'm a coward. I'm afraid of my own shadow! How could I lead you?" The lion panicked.

"Hey, you can do it. I believe in you. You need to save Lil." The Tin-girl turned him to face her, she looked him right in the eyes.

"I believe you are brave. You are braver than you think." She told him.

"Yeah?" He asked. She nodded.

"Yeah. I can do this! For Lil!" He grinned at her. He took her hand in his, both turned red at the contact.

Lil looked at the clock, 00:35:23.

"Hurry you guys." She whispered, looking out into the darkness, wishing her friends were there with her.

Tada! I think the last break off thing was supposed to be part of the next chapter, but I liked it better here.
