Really long chapter, in comparison to the other chapters of course.
I do not own~
Enjoy~
"Why have you Come back?!" The Wizard boomed out, glaring at them still.
"Please sir. We got what you asked for! We brought the Witch's broomstick." Lil called out, presenting the broomstick, setting it on the ground in front of him. "We melted him." She told him, not as happy about it as she thought she should be.
"So, you liquidated her did you? Very resourceful." He sounded thoughtful.
"Please sir, we'd like for you to keep your promises." She looked up at him.
"Not so fast!" Lights flashed. "I need to think about it for a bit. Come back tomorrow."
"But, I want to go home now!" Lil cried.
"Yeah. You had more then enough time to think about this." The Tin-girl said angrily. The others agreed with her.
"Do not call upon the wrath of the Great and Powerful OZ! I said come back tomorrow!" The voice boomed again. No one noticed Kimi sneak away.
"If you were really great and powerful, you'd keep your promise." Lil crossed her arms. Kimi gasped lightly, before pulling at a curtain.
"Are you criticizing the Great and Powerful Wizard? You're lucky I'm giving you audience tomorrow, instead of twenty years from now.
Lil cleared her throat, making the guy behind the curtain turn.
"Uh, Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain?" The voice boomed. But ended in a question.
The boy looked a bit like,
"Tommy?" Lil asked. Tommy turned, rubbing at his neck.
"Hi Lil." He bowed his head low, his face burning red.
"What do you think you're doing? You sent me to my death!" She cried, marching up to him and punching his arm.
"In my defence, I didn't realize it was you until after. And, I didn't think you would actually do it." He told her.
"How did you get here?" Lil finally asked.
"Later. First, I told you guy's I'd give you your wishes. Scarecrow. You have a brain. But what you don't have, is a diploma. So, here you go. It proves that you have a brain." Tommy grinned as he pulled out a white scroll with a red tassel on it. "This makes you a doctor of Thinkology." Tommy announced.
The Scarecrow cheered, saying smart things, like sums and square roots.
"Now, for you Lion. You have been misled and are under the delusion that just because you run away from everything, that you don't have courage. Now, I have something for you. A medal. This makes you a member of the Legion of Courage. Congratulations." Tommy grinned, kissing the Lion on either cheek.
The Tin-girl huffed in annoyance, tapping her foot. For two reasons, that wizard had his grubby paws on her Lion, and he was ignoring her.
"Now, for you Tin-girl. You want a heart. Well, I don't have one. You are lucky." Tommy chuckled nervously. The Tin-girl picked him up by his shirt.
"I want a heart. You promised me one." She hissed.
"Yes yes I did! Okay! So," He huffed and straightened his shirt when she set him down. "I have this for you." He pulled out a heart shaped pocket watch.
"The heart is a very special thing. It isn't measured by how much you love, but by how much you are loved by others. And it looks like you are very loved." Tommy grinned when both she and the lion turned red.
"What about Lil and Kimi?" The Scarecrow asked. "Yeah, what about them?" The Tin-girl asked.
"Well, the only way for them to get back, is if I take them there myself."
I was going to write more, like, the whole scene from the movie, but then I decided to go simple.
