Time Twister - A Mighty Med Fanfiction...

A/N – Well here is chapter five! Wow thanks so much for all the reviews from the last chapter you guys are AMAZING! And you're the reason I keep updating this story. I didn't think I'd get to a chapter five to be honest so thank you so much! Anyway I am sorry for the nine day wait but it takes me a while to write them on my laptop and then to fix the grammar and spelling and that stuff. So to be honest this chapter doesn't have much in it. Kind of a filler/story builder chapter so yeah. Do not worry I will try and more interesting things in the next chapter; although I have no idea what is going to happen in the next chapter yet. But I will respond to all of your reviews and do my best for the next one!

TKDP – Yes it shouldn't have happened but think about. Kaz's time still sort of exist since he's going back in time to save himself and everyone. So in a way it makes sense that it would happen special if Dr. Wrath found out what Kaz was trying to do and wanted to stop him. So yeah. Anyway thanks for the review! Here is your update! Hope you have/had fun at camp!

HorseLover – Aw thanks for the review! It means a lot! And here is an update for you! Hope it does you justice! Also do not worry more about Dr. Wrath and how he came back and stuff will be reveled in later chapters (hint, hint) so yeah. Anyway enjoy the update!

Chapter Five

Mighty Med: 2005

When the black and white portal opened Kaz had ended up flipping around in circles. Only this time instead of landing in a way that would get him hurt he had actually landed on his feet. Standing up as the portal closed Kaz smiled feeling proud of himself as he began to look around to see where he had landed this time.

Only this time he smiled when he saw where he landed. Right in the middle of the main lobby of Mighty Med was where he ended up. Surprisingly the hospital looked the same as it did in his time period. Only difference was that the place was adding more rooms. So other than that; not much has changed.

"WE GOT A LEVEN NINE EMERGENCY PEOPLE! LEVEL NINE!" Benny yelled out as loud as he could while a blaring alarm started going off across the hospital.

Soon enough superhero's of all kind and Mighty Med staff began to run and panic. Kaz however stood around in confusion as he watched everyone run. Yet, two people caught his eye. One of them being Benny (the one who just yelled at everyone) and Horace Diaz himself standing at the main desk talking.

"Excuse me -" Kaz called out too the two only to be ignored. With a sigh he began to walk over to them instead. "Excuse me! - "Kaz called once again a little louder.

"What?! Can't you see were talking kid?!" Benny questioned with annoyance as he and Horace turned to face Kaz.

"Yes; but - " Kaz began only to be cut off by Horace.

"Who are you?! And why haven't you ran screaming in panic like everyone else?!" Horace questioned with confusion as he looked Kaz over.

"For one; my name is Kaz. Secondly I was just to ask you about that as well." Kaz explained as he crossed his arms and sent a look towards the two.

Silence only followed them as Horace and Benny came walking over to Kaz. Before Kaz knew what was going on; the two started walking around him like they were inspecting him. It was honestly a little odd too see them looking him over with narrowed eyes. Yet, Kaz wasn't fazed; it was Horace and Benny after all.

"My name is Horace Diaz owner and operator of Mighty Med." Horace explained as he took Kaz's hand and shook it. "We know your name is Kaz but what are your abilities and what is your problem because we might be able to help." Horace finished with a slight smile on his face as Kaz took his hand away from Horace's.

"Oh um; yeah - "Kaz began as he nervously laughed. " - I don't have any superpowers." Kaz explained as he watched Horace and Benny's eyes widen in shock.

"WHAT?!" Horace screamed questioned in panic.

"Yeah; I'm what you guys call a normo." Kaz explained as he made a face.

"Again I repeat - WHAT?!" Horace questioned with slightly less panic.

"A normo?! You can't be a normo! Normos don't know about Mighty Med." Benny explained as he narrowed his eyes at Kaz.

"But I do." Kaz explained with odd calmness as he took a step back from the two in front of him.

"How?!" Horace questioned with interest after calming down himself. "How is you know about Mighty Med?! We are a top secret superhero hospital with the finest security in all of history." Horace explained as he smiled at the last sentence until he looked at Kaz and thought of something. "Oh - Do I get to cube someone?!"

"Cube? What?! No!" Kaz stated with slight annoyance and hurt. "I know about this place because I work for you." Kaz explained as Horace eyed him again.

"Work for me?! For me?! I would NEVER hire a NORMO to work for me in a million years! So why would I hire you?!" Horace questioned in defense.

"Because you liked the team work Oliver and I did that's why." Kaz explained as he flung his arms around in defense.

"Preposterous! I would still NEVER hire you! None of that even makes sense!" Horace continued as Kaz sighed and face palmed in frustration.

"That may be; but you still also never answered my questioned about you not running from the alarm." Kaz explained as Horace sent him an annoyed death glare.

"The alarm was a test; a test to see how panicked everyone gets when I set it off." Horace explained as he smiled a bit but then frowned when he looked at Kaz again. "Now since you have no powers and are a normo I have no choice but to cube you!" Horace exclaimed with another smile this time.

"WHAT?!" Kaz questioned in shock as he jumped back.

"You heard me! GUARDS!" Horace called as he waved his hand and snapped his fingures. "Get this normo and take him to the cubing room!" Horace called.

Before them stood two Mighty Med security guards and Kaz knew instantly that he was screwed. So instead of sticking around to find out what would have happened to him Kaz bolted out of the main lobby and towards another area of Mighty Med. Why didn't he just leave? Well he really couldn't when he was in a different time period.

That was the reason he ran into another part of Mighty Med instead of leaving. After all; this place was so big that it gave the guards an odd chance of finding him. With them adding even more rooms to the hospital gave Kaz even more of a chance of not getting caught and cubed. That was another reason he ran into the Rec Room.

As soon as he ran inside he stopped and placed his hands on his knees trying to catch his breath. Looking around to make sure the guards hadn't followed him; Kaz stood and sighed to himself as he continued to looking. However something caught his eyes and it was Skylar Storm herself sitting along on the couch.

Kaz had decided to walk over to her and talk to her. Besides; he knew it wouldn't hurt after all only because he knew she wouldn't know who he was. He was in the past and his future was messed up anyway. So what were the odds that this would be a problem? It only made sense; to him at least.

"Hey; Your Skylar Storm right?" Kaz questioned as he walked up to her making her look up at him.

"Yeah." Skylar explained with a slight smile. "Can I help you?" Skylar questioned with interest.

"Actually I just wanted to talk to you if that was okay?" Kaz asked with hope as she moved aside and made some room for him to sit down next to her; which he did.

"Sure; what do you need to talk about?" Skylar asked as she smiled while she looked Kaz over for the first time.

"I just needed to talk to you." Kaz explained with a sigh. "My day has been pretty crazy and so far you're the only normal thing about it." Kaz finished with a look.

"Really? What do you mean?" Skylar asked with confusion.

"You wouldn't believe me if I told you." Kaz explained as he laughed a little with a nervous tone.

"Who says I wouldn't? After all; we are in a hospital for superhero's." Skylar explained as Kaz just rolled his eyes at her; she did have a point.

"True." Kaz stated with a slight smirk. "I just couldn't tell you even if I wanted too." Kaz explained as Skylar made an "O" face. "Yeah; so um; if you don't mind me asking how come your here? I mean; aren't you like one of the most powerful superhero's to ever live?!" Kaz questioned with interest as Skylar frowned.

"Aw thanks -" Skylar stated with a slight smile as she playfully smacked his shoulder until she turned serious and frowned. "But I'm here because of a recent fight with - "Skylar began as Kaz interrupted her.

"- the Annihilator? Is it because he took all of your powers in that ambush?" Kaz questioned and explained with a frown making Skylar frown and look at him with confusion and shock a little.

"What?! No! - "Skylar began in defense and slight confusion still." - I am here because I was in a fight with the Annihilator yes; but he didn't take my powers no; he had blasted me with black widow possion but luckily Tecton, Solar Flare and Ally Cat showed up and stopped the Annihilator giving them enough time to get me out of there." Skylar explained with a frown. "Soon they brought me here and Horace was able to save me before it could sink in." Skylar finished as she put her head down.

"Wait?! Horace used one of his life saving power on you already?!" Kaz asked with confusion as he tried to figure out what she was talking about.

"Um; no - "Skylar began as she shook her head. " - One; what are you talking about and two; why am I telling you all of this?!" Skylar asked in realization as she looked at Kaz again for the second time realizing who she was talking all while realizing that she had never seen this kid before in her life.

"Well I asked and I thought you were okay with talking to me." Kaz explained as he stood up after Skylar had.

"I may have but that's because I didn't know exactly who you are until I really looked you over." Skylar explained as she stepped back in confusion and then worry. "Speaking of which; who are you?!" Skylar questioned as she eyed Kaz with an I'm-ready-to-fight-when-you-are kind of look as she stood in her fighting stance.

"An intruder that's who -" A voice stated making Kaz turn and Skylar look up at the voice.

Kaz frowned when he saw it was the two guards that had been trying to arrest him earlier. Instantly he started to back up until he turned his head around and remembered that Skylar was standing right behind him ready to fight him as well. Looking back and forth Kaz tried to figure a way out of this mess.

"What do you mean an intruder?!" Skylar questioned with suspicion as she glared at Kaz.

"A normo - someone who shouldn't know about Mighty Med." One of the guards explained with a serious tone and a frown.

"A normo?!" Skylar questioned with a look of disgust on her face.

"So; I may be a normo but in some other time period were friends!" Kaz explained as he turned and looked at Skylar. "Well - Sort of." Kaz added as Skylar sent him a pointed confused look this time. "What I am trying to say is complicated. Come on people! Can't you give me a break?!" Kaz asked with hope.

"Sorry kid but you know the rules; well you don't; but no normos allowed in Mighty Med." The second guard explained as he and the first once began to advance on Kaz.

"Which; results us in turning you over to Horace and having you cubed." The first guard explained with a slight grin on his face. "By the way; if you're going to be cubed; where would you want yourself to be delivered too?!" The first guard asked as he took a step forward making Kaz step backwards into Skylar who grabbed a hold of him.

"Answer our question normo; where would you like to be delivered too?!" The second guard asked as Kaz tried to break free from Skylar's grip only to end up struggling and looking down at his wrist to where his watch was. The minuet he looked at his watch; he had an idea.

"Yeah normo answer their question. What are you stupid?!" Skylar questioned in a tone that scared Kaz since he had never heard her speak that way.

"No; and to answer your question I'd like to be delivered to 2003!" Kaz stated suddenly while slamming his hand onto his wrist.

Within minutes the same portal that Kaz had gotten familiar with opened up right next to him and as soon as it did he turned and elbowed Skylar in the left rib cage. Surprising Skylar she gasped in shock and slight pain while letting Kaz go. Running for it Kaz barely made it to the portal as the first guard came up and almost snatched the edge of his red and black plaid shirt. It was a good thing the portal closed before either of them could get him…
