Time Twister - A Mighty Med Fanfiction...

A/N - Well here is chapter eight! Wow thanks so much for all the reviews from the last chapter you guys are AMAZING! I am so sorry for the long wait for an update but I have been busy with school, my other stories and riding after school with the school horses and my own horse so yeah busy busy lol. But I am not giving up on this story so you can beat that! Just bear with me; I will continue to update this when I can! Anyway I own nothing from Mighty Med so please enjoy. So; yeah here it is chapter eight!

Chapter Eight

Stuck In 1993

This time when the portal opened Kaz was able to land a whole lot easier then when he started this journey. So when the portal closed above him and watched as it did. After it vanished he sighed and looked around to see where he was once more. However as he looked around he had no idea where he was. Nothing looked familiar to him.

Looking down he frowned when he looked at his watch. He was now in the year 1993 which meant he was a lot closer to his goal then he was before. But; before he could even reach his goal he had to time travel more and honestly he was sick of time traveling already! All he wanted now; was to go back to his own time; but he couldn't.

After all; he had a task to finish and he was going to do just that! With a frown and a sigh Kaz looked down at his watch to try and time travel once more. However as he started to mess with the buttons on his watch something or more like someone came running by and slammed right into him knocking him down.

The two of them went rolling and when they both landed the two groaned in pain. Kaz blinked his eyes open and turned his head to the right to see who in the world just ran him over literally! So when he looked over at the person beside him; he was confused and honestly quiet annoyed at who he saw.

Sure he didn't know the person but come on! You would be too wouldn't you!? Either way as Kaz looked over the person he noticed that it was a girl next to him. This girl seemed to be about his age. She had long curly brown hair; blue eyes and she was possibly just as tall as him if not a few inches shorter.

"What the heck!?" Kaz questioned with a groan as he sat up and turned to glare at the girl besides him.

"So-Sorry." The girl apologized as she sat up and panted for breath as well.

"It-It's okay." Kaz replied as he took a breath as well and looked at the girl. Why was he stuttering? "It was an accident." Kaz explained.

"Yeah but I really am sorry." The girl apologized again as she stood up this time and dusted herself off while looking at Kaz.

"Seriously it's fine." Kaz added as he stood up as well. "- Anyway I'm Kaz." Kaz introduced with a lopsided smile as he held out his hand.

"Ashley." Ashley simple replied as she held out her hand and shook his.

"So um; if you don't mind me asking; why were you running in the first place?" Kaz asked as he watched Ashley frown.

"I was running from the guards." Ashley explained.

"Guards? What guards?" Kaz questioned as he sent Ashley a confused look.

"The guards that help run this town." Ashley explained once more as her frown turned into a deep scold. "Ever since; the world found out about superhero's and villains everyone has been under the control of the Annihilator." Ashley explained as she crossed her arms.

"What!?" Kaz asked in shock.

"Yeah -" Ashley trailed.

"Oh - that's it! I am out of here!" Kaz called; there was no way he was sticking around in this messed up time line.

"What do you mean!?" Ashley asked with confusion as she sent him a curious look.

"I mean I'm leaving! After all; this whole Annihilator taking over the world is most likely my fault!" Kaz explained as he brought his left arm up to mess with the buttons on his watch again. However as he went to reach his watch he frowned when he realized there was nothing on his wrist. "OH NO!" Kaz yelled suddenly.

"What!?" Ashley questioned in confusion and slight worry as she jumped at Kaz's sudden shout.

"My watch!" Kaz called making Ashley really look at him with confusion.

"So; what about it?" Ashley asked as she raised an eyebrow at him.

"So; my watch is important! I need it!" Kaz explained as he started to panic and look around the two of them. Maybe; it had slipped of his wrist or something and landed on the floor nearby. In fact; it was! - And when Kaz spotted it; he rushed over to it and got down on his knees and picked it up.

Holding it in his hands; Kaz frowned when he looked it over. With shaking hands Kaz allowed himself to let a few tears come across his eyes when he saw the watch shattered glass shattered. Not only was the glass shattered but a few of the dial buttons were out of it slots and on the floor. His watch was completely ruined.

"NO! No, no, no, no, no - !" Kaz began as he picked up the rest of the watch pieces and instantly turned around in anger facing Ashley. "YOU! THIS IS YOUR ENTIRE FAULT!" Kaz yelled while pointing at Ashley who was looking at him with a scared yet confused look.

"Excuse me!? How is this my fault!?" Ashley asked in defense as she crossed her arms and sent him a look.

"You ruined my watch!" Kaz explained.

"Oh really!? And how so!?" Ashley asked with annoyance.

"When you ran into me! Somehow my watch came of my wrist when we rolled and now it's ruined!" Kaz finished with a frown.

Suddenly Kaz felt bad as silence came over the two. Even though he knew it was an accident he still couldn't help but be angry about it. This was his only way to get what he needed and to get home. Now he was stuck in whatever time period he was in and he had no way out! However, he still couldn't blame Ashley; it was an accident.

"I-I'm sorry." Ashley replied as Kaz shook his head.

"No I'm sorry." Kaz explained suddenly. "I shouldn't have yelled at you like that." Kaz finished as he sighed and looked down at the shattered watch in his hands.

"Well your lucky I'm a nice person because if I wasn't I would have just punched you in the face for yelling at me." Ashley explained as she gave him a playful shove.

"Yeah, yeah -" Kaz trailed as he sighed and look at his watch again. He didn't even notice Ashley looking at it too.

Both stayed standing their looking at the watch in thought. Kaz was thinking how impossible it was going to be to get the thing fixed and get back to his task while Ashley was thinking something completely different. Yet, as they stood there they were interrupted by a loud shout and a booming noise from outside.

The booming noise they heard had suddenly shook the entire building they were standing in and it knocked both Kaz and Ashley onto the ground once more. Both teens stood up straight and turned to face one another. Kaz was about to open his mouth and say something until another booming noise came sending them back to the floor.

"Come on!" Ashley called as she stood up and grabbed Kaz by the arm. "We need to get out of here and I know the perfect place to go!" Ashley explained with thought.

"- And how do I know to trust you!?" Kaz asked as another booming noise came and shook the whole building.

"If I wasn't someone to trust wouldn't I have killed you by now!?" Ashley questioned with a serious tone and look. " - And besides; you can trust me because I'm fighting against these guys who are trying to blow up this building to get to us." Ashley added as Kaz narrowed his eyes at her.

"Um -" Kaz began in thought.

"- And if you trust me I might be able to help you with your watch. I do know someone who can possibly fix it." Ashley explained knowing she'd get Kaz's attention.

"Really!?" Kaz asked with sudden interest as he raised an eyebrow at her while she nodded.

"Yeah -" Ashley stated with a smile as she walked over and grabbed Kaz's hand. "- Now come on! We don't have much time!" Ashley finished as she started to drag Kaz out of the odd building right when another booming noise came and shook the whole building once more.

However as the whole building shook Kaz and Ashley both lost their balance and started wobbling around with the rest of the room. Kaz ended up falling onto his side and landed behind a bunch of boxes while Ashley stumbled backwards into a wall. The two of them stayed where they were for a few moments until the double doors on the right side of the room flung open and in two different directions. Smoke appeared around the doors and soon came in a ground of people dressed in army wear.

"KAZ! MOVE NOW!" Ashley called as she waved for him to follow her once she regained her stance.

So Kaz listened without question and managed to pull himself back up to his feet. Instantly he started to follow Ashley as she ran towards the other end of the building towards the other pair of double doors that stood before them. But as they were running towards the double doors the group of people dressed in army wear started yelling orders and the next thing Kaz or Ashley knew the army people were throwing fire balls; bombs; shooting guns; and using other weapons on them.

This was when Kaz and Ashley started dodging every weapon the army people were throwing at them. To be honest; it wasn't easy at all and the two of them were really starting to run out of breath from running so much. Yet, that didn't stop them! Oh no! They kept running and when they did they finally made it to the other end of the room where the second pair of double doors was waiting for them. Neither one of them waited to open the doors and run out. When they ran out; they closed the doors behind them instantly. Together the two panted for breath; turned; and slid down the double doors letting slight silence come over them for a few seconds.

"Who - the heck - was - that!?" Kaz questioned in-between breaths.

"The - guards - I told you - about." Ashley replied in-between breaths as well. "But; we can't let that stop us!" Ashley stated as she stood up. "We need to move before the reach the oth -" Ashley started only to be stopped when the double doors behind them were slammed with something from the inside. That sudden impact had caused the two to instantly jump up away from where they were sitting.

"Right! Let's go!" Kaz agreed as Ashley smiled and nodded.

Kaz allowed himself to be grabbed by Ashley and dragged once more. After all; it was best to let the girl know where she was going; go. Right? So that was what the two did. But as Kaz followed Ashley he just couldn't help but wish for this whole time traveling thing to be over. He missed his time period; his home; his family; friends; Mighty Med; and so on. But that was why as Kaz followed Ashly; he hoped that she really did know someone who could possibly fix his watch.

Because well; if his watch didn't get fixed then he'd be stuck in whatever time period he was in; forever...

A/N - Well there was chapter eight! Didn't expect any of this to happen did you!? Poor Kaz; stuck in the past; that has to suck for him.
