*Arabelle's POV*
After leaving Klaus in the woods, I went back to the ball. I found my shoes, they were conveniently sitting in a bush. My brothers were nowhere to be found, I tried calling them but no one answered. Then I remembered, the spirits didn't give me powers for nothing. I used my powers to locate Elena, wherever she was my brothers are usually there to follow. I located her in a room with the "Original bitch". I tried to listen in but I couldn't, the sneaky bitch but a privacy spell on the room. I quickly did a spell and soon I could hear everything.
"You're going to help us kill Klaus, aren't you?" asked Elena

"One thing at a time Elena. For now, I simply need your help. I understand Rebekah shared the story of my family. How I upset the balance of nature by turning my family into vampires."

"She said you did it to protect them from the wolves."

"Its true. But in no time at all, they began to feed on human blood. They ravaged the town with no remorse. Eventually, Niklaus turned against me."

"How are you going to kill him? He's immortal."

"It will take time, magic, and your assistance. My children believe I'm holding this ball to celebrate our reunion. But in truth I've gathered them together to perform a ritual. The first step requires blood from the doppelganger. Only a drop. Its essence will be in the champagne toast later on this evening. Will you do it, or shall I? They must all drink the toast to be linked as one. So if one dies they all die."
That sneaky bitch,what Elena didn't know was that if the original vampires died so did their bloodline. So that would mean Caroline, Tyler, Stefan, Damon, and I were as good as dead if Klaus died. I needed to stop this and as much as I hated Klaus, I needed to find him. I searched everywhere. Finally I found him nursing his wounds with a glass of bourbon and talking with what looked to be his brother Elijah. I started to walk over to him and just as I got a few feet away, he looked at me and smiled, until he saw the look on my face. He turned serious.

"Arabelle, what's going on?"

"Your mother's trying to kill all of us, she put the essence of elena's blood in a toast to bind all of you guys together."Elijah looked at me in disbelief.

"And why should we believe you?"

"Because if Klaus dies my brothers die and so do I. If Originals die the whole vampire race dies," I whispered.

"Elijah, Klaus you guys both know deep in your heart that something is wrong. Your mother doesn't want a family, she wants you dead. What do I have to do to show you the truth?"

A thought came across my mind, I grabbed their hands and let them into my mind. I showed them the conversation that happened between Esther and Elena and finally believed me. Elijah went to go find Rebekah, Kol and Finn. Once he found them, I could hear Rebekah saying she was going to kill Elena. I walked up to her and chuckled.

"You won't have to worry about that. When this evening is over, Elena and I will have a little talk," I said with a scary but calm tone.

If anyone was going to do the killing it would be me. Rebekah looked me in surprise.

"Who are you?"

"You should ask your brother Klaus about that but seriously I just saved your life."

And with that I walked away. I saw Elena walking down the stairs and go towards the foyer. I watched as Elijah went towards her, I could tell from what I could read from his mind, he wasn't going to hurt her. He was playing along. I sat at the bar and listened to the conversation.

"So how was my mother?"

"She was intense."

"And for what reason did she need to speak with you in private? Elena? Should I be concerned about my mother's intention?"

"You have nothing to worry about, she just wanted to apologize for trying to have me killed."

I could hear Elena's heartbeat go faster and faster and I knew Elijah heard it too but he continued."So its true, then? She's forgiven Klaus?"

"Its true." I heard her heart skip a beat she was lying. The toast was about to begin and I saw Esther standing at the top of the staircase looking down smiling.

"Good evening, Ladies and Gentlemen. Waiters are coming around with champagne. I invite you all to join me in raising a glass. It provides me with no greater joy than to see my family back together as one. I'd like to thank you all for being part of this spectacular evening. Cheers."

I looked around and saw Klaus and the rest of them standing next to plants and pouring it down the base of the plant. Klaus caught me looking and started to walk towards me."Thank you."

"I didn't do it for you. I did it for my brothers."

"Arabelle can we just talk for a moment?"

"Klaus tonight is really not the night for this, ok? I'm not in the mood to be one of your play toys." He was really starting to piss me off.

"Well, can I at least show you something?"

"Niklaus I'm really not in the mood," but that didn't stop him from grabbing my arm and pulling me toward a room. It was filled with paintings and drawings.

"What did you do rob the Louvre?"

"No they just weren't on vervain."

"Their mistake, right?" I said laughing with was just like old times. "So where did you steal my bracelet from?"

"I stole it from a princess almost as beautiful as you."I rolled my eyes and continued to walk around.

"Ara I love you"

"Niklaus don't you remember you left me or do I have to show you"

"Ara…"

"Don't Ara me, you treated me as a toy and I was stupid enough to believe that you actually loved me. But you are nowhere near capable of love."

I took my rings off and the diamond cuff he gave me and threw on the table. I couldn't take this anymore, I needed to let go and I left the room. I walked back to the foyer and saw Damon and Elena talking and it didn't look too good.

"Elena. Did you get what you want?"

"Actually yes."

"Good, cause we're leaving as soon as we find Arabelle."Damon grabbed her and Elena yelled at him.

"Uh no, Damon let go of me. Look, I'm sorry I had to cut you out of the plan. Do you think I like going behind your back. If I hadn't asked Stefan for help, then you would've tried to be the hero, and it would've ruined everything."

I couldn't let this go on any longer so I started to walk over to them. I could tell Damon was pissed off from what I could get he didn't want Elena seeing Esther.

"Sorry for trying to keep you alive. Clearly Stefan doesn't give two shits anymore."

"So what now your mad at me for including Stefan?"

"No, I mad at you because I love you!"

"Well maybe thats the problem… No. that's not what I-"

"No, I got it, Elena. I care too much, I'm a liability. How ironic is that?"

And with that he walked away. I would deal with her later. Right now my brother needed me.

*Time skip Salvatore Mansion*
I finally found Damon doing what he does best and that was using scotch to dull his pain. Not knowing what to say I grabbed his drink and threw it into the fire.

"What the hell, Arabelle?"

I didn't say anything, I just wrapped my arms around him. I missed this. I missed my big brother.

"Do you want to talk about it?" I asked moving us up to his bedroom so we could talk privately. He was silent, he was hurt.

"Damon please talk to me."

"Sorella, what am I supposed to say? I was there for her when Stefan left her. I even tried to help her get him back. But all she does is use me and treat me like I'm the bad guy. And then she says that. I was trying to protect her, I had a bad feeling about Esther. She got Stefan to break my neck so she could meet her."

"SHE DID WHAT!? THAT LITTLE KATERINA CLONE. FIRST SHE TRIES TO KILL ALL OF US AND NOW SHE DOES THIS. SHE'S AS GOOD AS DEAD THE NEXT TIME I SEE HER."

I was seething by now. She was just like Katerina, she turned my brothers against each other. Not only did Stefan hurt his brother but he unknowingly helped try to put an end to vampires.

"Ara what are you talking about. How did Elena try to kill us?"

I calmed down and told him everything that had happened after I came back from talking with Klaus. I told him how I overheard Esther telling Elena that she would bind Klaus and the others together, so if one dies they all die. At that he was happy but contained it because of my past and love/hate towards Klaus but he got angry when I told him that if they died, we died.

"So you were right in trying to stop her. You trusted that instinct."

"Wait so they're connected?"I laughed.

"No I took care of that and tomorrow, you, that little clone and I are going to have a talk theres some thing you need to know."

"Why can't you tell me now?"

"Well one I'm tired, and two, I don't feel like repeating this."

"Whatever Sorella, I trust you."

And with that we went to sleep in each others arms like we used too when we were younger. I missed this. I missed my big brother.
