A/N: Welcome to another chapter! These are a pain to write...We start off this chapter with Jazz! This won't happen in every chapter, but in some of them. We gotta know how Jazz is doing, am I right? We also see some small back story stuff. Very small. Disclaimer: I do not own Danny Phantom or Young Justice.

Flower in Gotham…

"I can't tell you how nice it is to have another certified psychologist transferring to Arkham Asylum", said a man with a lab coat on. Jazz was trying to keep up with her guide, this place looked like you could get lost at any wrong turn, it was that big.

"It must be", Jazz said as she focused her attention back on her guide. He turned his head and glanced at her.

"We currently have 23 inmates, the most dangerous criminals are in cell block D", he said as he turned his head forward and stopped at a locked door. "Thank you so much for working on independence day, Jasmine", he said as he smiled while opening the locked door with a key.

"Well, it's not like I had anything better to do tonight", Jazz said as she let out a small laugh. 'With everyone in the house out doing who knows what', Jazz thought grimly.

"Glad to hear it!" He said as he walked through the door, and the girl followed closely behind. In the room there was another girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a white lab coat and was jotting some things down on her clipboard, which was placed on the table. She wasn't aware that people had entered the room, for she was too focused on her work.

"Harley?" The man called softly, as to not startle the psychologist out of her thoughts.

"Hm?" Harley said as she looked up, now conscious of the intruders. "Ah, Doctor Burns, what can I do for you?" She asked as she placed her pen down and crossed her legs in front of her.

"Harley, this is our new transfer, her name is Jasmine Fenton. Would you be so kind as to orientate her? My shift is ending in 30 minutes, and I just don't have the time", the man said as he shook his head.

"Sure, no problem, I'll show the little flower the place", she said as she smiled. She stood up and took her clipboard in her arms. The man nodded in approval.

"Alright then, I'll leave it to you. You girls take care", he said as he walked out of the room.

"I haven't fully introduced myself", Harley said as she held out a hand. "My name is Harleen Quinzel", she said with a smile.

Jazz took the hand with a smile of her own, "Jasmine, but my friends call me Jazz".

"Alright, flower, now that introductions are over, shall we get to work?" Harley said as she glanced at her clipboard. "Let's see…You can work on…Jonathan Crane".

Jazz nodded, before pulling out her own clipboard and jotted the name down. On the paper there was a lay out that said 'Case Study' and on the top line, she had written Jonathan Crane.

"One more thing, doll, make sure to follow the DSM-IV codes. Anything other than that, and it's a violation!" Harley said as she flipped a paper before smiling. "Happy working!"

"Where would the stupid computer be in this place?" Alice asked impatiently as she looked around the area that looked like it should have belonged inside of a whale's stomach.

"Maybe in a laboratory of some place?" Danny asked as he looked around the place. "Here, let me take the lead, I think I might know where it is".

He pushed ahead of Alice, who had a sarcastic smirk on her face. "You 'think'…I have a great idea, why don't we just ask?"

"What? And blow our cover? No thanks", Danny said with a mocking laugh.

"Haha…You mean my cover…I'm the one that's dressed as one of them", Alice mumbled to herself before gasping.

"Wha-

Danny was interrupted by Alice's hand covering his mouth as she led them to a wall. Danny took the cue to turn intangible, and was about to grab Alice when an alien of some sorts approached her. He looked like one of the genomes that the team had had a nasty run in with a few hours ago.

"Brenda, where is your genome?" The man asked as he put a finger up to his chin in thought.

"It's the darndest thing! Why, I was just mindin' mah own business…And I mean I was just mindin' it…When suddenly there were these…These…Superheroes! I couldn't believe mah own eyes!" Alice responded in the fakest southern accent she could muster up. Danny had to put a hand over his mouth to stifle a laugh.

The man raised an eyebrow before looking off into the distance a little ahead of them. "Right, there's a laboratory up ahead…" He said as he turned the other way and was on his way.

Danny turned tangible and doubled over with laughter. Alice only glared at him, "I panicked…Shut up", she said as she started walking to where the man had suggested. She was waiting for Danny, who was still doubled over from laughing, trying to breathe. "Are you done?"

"No", Danny said in-between breaths, he laughed for a few more seconds before he got up and brushed himself off. "Now I'm done", he said with a smile.

"Good, now let's rescue our team", Alice said as she started walking again to her destination, Danny quickly trotted up next to her.

"Mindin' mah own business!" Danny mocked as he stifled a laugh.

"The war is on, Danny…" Alice said in a dark voice before stopping when she heard a voice. Danny stopped too, due his sensitive hearing he could pick up what they were saying more clearly than Alice.

"Of course! Well…We had a…Small fire here at…Project Cadmus…The origin of the incident is still unclear, but it seems to have attracted some…unwanted attention. Three…Sidekicks. Robin, Aqualad, and Kid Flash breached security. They found and unleashed the weapon. The Super Boy. OF course the clone is under our telepathic control and, as ordered, turned against his would be liberators. The three are contained, and we don't believe the league knows they're here. Um…What should I…Do with them?"

Danny and Alice were waiting on the other side of the door with wide eyes. They looked at each other before focusing their attention back on the door when another person's voice was heard.

"Clone them", came one voice.

"The replacements will serve the Light", came a dark and menacing voice. "And only the Light".

"And…The originals?"

"Dispose of them", said the dark voice, "Leave no trace".

Danny and Alice looked at each other before taking off from the door.

"We have to find them!" Danny yelled as he was flying through the area.

"Danny! Calm down, alright? We can't let our fears drive us", Alice said as she calmly looked through a door.

"Don't you understand? They're going to…To…" Danny grabbed his head, a headache was starting to form.

"Danny?" Alice as she stopped running and looked at her friend. "Are you o-

That's when the headache soon began to overtake her as well. She heard a voice in her head, as did Danny. 'Your friends are on the west side of the area', the voice said as it echoed through their heads.

"Did you hear that too?" Danny asked as he looked at his partner. Alice responded with a nod. "Okay, then let's go!" He yelled as he was about to take off, but a steady hand grabbed him. He looked behind in confusion at Alice.

"I'll teleport us, it'll be quicker", she said as a stream of water overcame them from the air and engulfed them in a small cyclone before the two of them disappeared.

July 5- 12:01

"Time runs short. You must awaken. You must awaken, now!"

A voice said in all three superheroes heads. They all became awake and found themselves in pods, captive. Kid Flash took a great intake of air and looked at Super Boy, who was looking at them with a blank expression.

Anger began to overtake Kid Flash, 'He's the one who put us in here!' he thought angrily. "W-What? What do you want! Quit staring, you're creeping me out!"

"Uh, KF." Robin said trying to kid his friend's attention. It worked because Kid Flash turned to look at him. "How about we not tick off the guy who can fry us with a look?"

"We only wanted to help you", Aqualad said in a calm voice.

"Yeah, we free you, and you turn on us!" Kid Flash said in anger. "How's that for gratitude?"

"Kid, please", Aqualad said, trying to calm his friend down. "Be quiet now. I don't believe our friend was in control of his actions".

Robin glanced around the room before ejecting a sharp bit of steel from out of his glove and started working on the restraints he was in.

"W-What if I…Wasn't?" Super Boy asked as he looked on at the trapped sidekicks.

"He can talk?" Kid Flash asked with amazement.

Super Boy clenched his fists at the question. "Yes he can", he said with a glare. Aqualad and Robin turned and looked at Kid Flash.

"It's not like I said it", Kid Flash justified.

"The Genomorphs taught you, telepathically", Aqualad said.

"They taught me much. Read…Write…I know the names of things".

"But did you actually see them?" Robin edged on. "Have they ever actually let you see the sky? Or the sun?"

"Images are implanted in my mind…But no. I have not seen them", Super Boy said sadly.

"Do you know what you are? Who you are?" Aqualad said.

"I am the Super Boy. A Genomorph. A clone made from the DNA of the Superman. Created to replace him should he perish. To destroy him should he turn from the Light".

Kid Flash looked at Robin with worry. Then Aqualad spoke up, "To be like Superman is a worthy aspiration. Like Superman, you deserve a life of your own. Beyond that Solar suit. Beyond that pod. Beyond Cadmus".

"I live because of Cadmus. It is my home!" Super Boy said in rage.

"Your home is a test tube", Robin said, "We can show you the sun".

"Uh, pretty sure it's after midnight", Kid Flash said but then added, "But we can show you the moon".

"We can show you, introduce you, to Superman", Aqualad said.

Super Boy looked on at them in surprise and with his eye brows raised.

"No", came a voice. "They can't". Three people walked in, Guardian who was overshadowed by Danny, the doctor, and Alice disguised as a lab assistant. "They'll be otherwise occupied. Activate the cloning process", the doctor said to Alice.

"Pass! Batcave's crowded enough", Robin said as he narrowed his eyes.

"And get the weapon back in its pod!" The doctor yelled to Guardian.

"Hey! How come he gets to call Soupie an it?" Kid Flash said as he rolled his eyes.

"Help us", Aqualad said softly to Super Boy. The clone looked at Aqualad and was about to help, when a Genomorph landed on his shoulder, nullifying him void of any thoughts.

"Don't start thinking now! See, you're not a real boy. You belong to me! Well, to Cadmus. Same thing. Now, get back to your pod!" The doctor yelled as he smiled. Super Boy complied and walked out of the room. Alice was pretending to touch buttons and then looked over to the doctor, who nodded his head. It was at this moment, that Alice smirked.

"Phantom, now!" She yelled as she summoned a gallon of water on the computer panel, making it utterly useless. Phantom then grabbed the doctor in his arms, restraining him.

"What's…Going on here?" Kid Flash said as he looked at Aqualad and Robin.

"Hydrowave?" Aqualad asked at the lab assistant. She only smirked.

"The one and only", she said as she changed out of the lab assistant disguise and into her usual attire. "Now, let's see if I can't break these pods", she said as she summoned her good old water scythe.

The alien man walked through the doors and Alice gasped.

"Double X, thank god, get more Genomorphs!" The doctor yelled and the alien only rolled his eyes before walking out. "Wait, where are you going?! Come back here!" The doctor yelled as he started to struggle in Danny's grasp.

"Whoa, take it easy dude." Danny said as he started to feel light headed. Guardian was trying to take back control. "Hydrowave, hurry up! I can't hold him off much longer!"

"On it!" She yelled as she swung her scythe and it cut open Aqualads pod, freeing him in the process as he fell to the floor.

Super Boy came running back into the room right as Danny was ejected from Guardian's body. He was thrown across the room and collided with Alice as she was about to free Kid Flash. They both fell to the floor.

"Guardian, after them!" The doctor yelled right as Guardian received a punch from Super Boy in the stomach.

Robin finally managed to open the restraints and released himself. "Ugh, finally. Luckily Batman isn't here. He'd have my head for taking so long!" Robin said as he rubbed his wrists.

"Seriously? That's what you're worried about…The whole league will have our heads after tonight!" Kid Flash yelled.

"Hydrowave, are you okay?" Danny asked as he got off of her, finally coming to.

"No, you're heavy fatty, get off", Alice mumbled as she stood up.

"I got Kid Mouth, let's go!" Robin said as Kid Flash dropped to the ground.

They all ran out of the room, but not before the doctor yelled, "You…You'll never get out of here! I'll have you all back in pods before morning! All of you!"

"That guy is not whelmed…Not whelmed at all", Robin said as he sent bird-a-rangs to collapse the door behind them.

"What is it with you and this whelmed thing?" Kid Flash asked before shaking his head.

"We're still 42 levels below ground, we need to find the elevator", Aqualad said but stopped because armies of Genomorphs were in front of them. The group skidded to a halt.

"Okay…What now?" Danny asked Aqualad, who only shook his head.

Alice looked behind them and noticed the eggs along the walls started to glow, "Aw, come on!" She yelled, alerting everyone to the attention going on behind them. Genomorphs were hatching from the eggs and started to form armies from behind them.

"I got beat up enough today", Alice mumbled before running and skidding in-between a giant Genomorphs legs. She landed safely on the other side to where the doors were. "I found a way out!" She yelled alerting everyone to her. A Genomorph slammed his arms down toward her, but she summoned a water shield to block it.

"Hydrowave!" Danny called with concern for his partner. He conjured up an ecto-blast and the Genomorph turned its attention to him. His eyes grew wide as he dodge rolled out of the way. Robin, Aqualad, and Kid Flash jumped and avoided the numerous punches that were thrown at them. They eventually all ended up on the side with the door, except for Super Boy.

"Super Boy, we're trying to escape, not barricade ourselves here!" Aqualad called out to him.

"You want escape?!" He said in rage. He hurled a giant Genomorph at another before finally following the others. Aqualad forced the door open, and it revealed to be an elevator shaft. Robin shot his grappling hook while Kid Flash jumped onto one of the ledges. Danny started to fly and had Alice by her hand lifting them both up. Super Boy took Aqualad and started to fly, only except he couldn't fly, so he started to fall.

"I-I'm falling", Super Boy said with wide eyes. This alerted everyone and they were trying to do something to prevent them from falling any further. Alice was the first to react as she made a temporary water platform that held them up.

"Quick thinking Hydrowave", Danny complimented. Alice only let out a breath of relief. This night was really taking a toll on her, her hair was disheveled and she was almost out of energy from staying up with Danny the night before.

"Superman can fly…Why can't I fly?" Super Boy pondered out loud.

"Don't know. But it looks like you can leap tall building in a single jump. Still cool", Kid Flash said as he jumped onto the water platform, as did Robin. Suddenly, the elevator was coming down and was about to smash them.

"Guys! This will have to be our exit!" He said as Danny shot the door out of the way and the rest of the team ran to the next level. Genomorphs were coming after them on this level too. They all headed down the first available hallway. As they were running, Super Boy heard a voice in his head.

"Turn left brother".

Super Boy looked down in thought and suspicion before saying, "Turn left! Left!" The team all did so.

"Right".

"Go right!" Super Boy said. He had landed them at a dead end with a ventilation opening.

"Great directions, Soupie! Are you trying to get us repodded?" Kid Flash said in annoyance.

"No", Super Boy said as he looked down in defeat. "I-I don't understand".

"Don't apologize!" Robin yelled. "This is perfect!"

The whole team then climbed into the ventilation system. "This reminds me of the time I snuck into an abandoned hospital", Danny said in nostalgia. 'I never thought that I'd be home sick…' Danny thought grimly.

"I can't even imagine what was going through your head", Alice said as she shook her head.

"At this rate, we'll never get out!" Kid Flash mumbled as he narrowed his eyes.

"Sh! Listen", Super Boy whispered. You could hear the Genomorphs coming after the sidekicks from the ventilation system.

"Someone, Robin, I'd wager. Hacked our systems, deactivating internal security cameras", the doctor said as he ran to the exit of the ventilation system. "But he neglected the motion sensors. The Genomorphs are closing in, they're coming out in here". He stopped and looked up at the ventilation system expectantly. Instead of people coming out, Genormorphs did, landing on the good doctor. The doctor growled in anger, "He hacked the motion sensors".

"I hacked the motion sensors", Robin said with a sly smile.

"Sweet", Kid Flash said with a smile.

"We should get moving, they're still after us, remember?" Danny said and the other members nodded.

"But I finally have room to move!" Kid Flash said in excitement as he pulled down his goggles over his eyes. He opened the door and started sprinting at an inhuman speed up the stairwell. He noticed Genomorphs coming after him from the front, and he sped up to knock them down. The team wasn't that far behind.

Robin pulled out a projection with a keyboard, he was typing at it as he ran, "More behind us!" He yelled, and Super Boy stopped running as he punched the stairwell that was behind them. It collapsed sending the Genomorphs falling.

Kid Flash came out of the stairwell and was sprinting down the hallway, when suddenly there were red light flashing and an alarm going off. Doors were closing off the hallway, but Kid Flash knew that he couldn't slowdown in time.

"Oh crud", he said as he crashed into the door, knocking him onto the ground.

"We're cut off from the street", Aqualad said as he and the others approached Kid Flash who was rubbing his head.

"Thanks, my head hadn't noticed", Kid Flash said grimly.

Super Boy tried to punch the door open, and when it didn't work, he started to pry the door open. Aqualad noticed his efforts and also tried to help him succeed in prying the door open.

"I can't hack this fast enough", Robin mumbled through clenched teeth.

Genomorphs were coming up from behind them, and Danny blasted an available door down to the left. "Guys, this way!" He yelled as he hovered. The rest of the team followed him, except for Alice who was running a little slow. She was panting and she was sweating. She stopped running and looked at the Genomorphs in front of her. She grinned slyly as she summoned a wall of water. The wall was trembling, and wasn't very stable. Soon, however, the Genomorphs began to walk away, raising an eyebrow, she ran down the hallway to be reunited with her team.

They were soon surrounded by Genomorphs on all sides. Except from behind them. They backed up a little and was ready to fight a battle. Aqualad pulled out his weapons from behind his back along with his tattoos glowing a vibrant blue color. Robin pulled out some bombs, and Danny filled his hands with ecto-energy.

Their efforts were soon wasted because the Genomorphs began to glow a red color and soon, all of the battle combatants were falling to the ground.

"Perhaps for the sake of all Genomorphs, our brother Super Boy should make up his own mind", Double X said as he approached the young boy.

Super Boy's eyes grew wide with realization, "It was you".

"Yes, brother. I was the one that set the fires, and lured your new friends down here to Cadmus. Woke them when they were in danger."

"And guided me…Why?"

"Because you are our hope. The Genomorph hero. You will blaze a trial for all our brothers. Showing us the way to freedom".

Aqualad came to and just glanced around the room before resting his eyes on Super Boy.

"What is your choice, brother?"

"I choose freedom", Super Boy said confidently. The rest of the team woke up and rubbed their heads.

"Oh no you won't!" Came the doctor's voice. Everyone turned to see the intruder. He was holding a vial filled with mysterious blue liquid. "Project BlockBuster will give me the power to restore order to Cadmus", he said as he downed the vial.

His body began to shift and contort into something of that not human. His clothes were ripped off of him from the violent transformation. Robin and Kid Flash started at him with surprise. Soon, his flesh was ripped off his skin, and he turned into more of a rock giant than human. At this, Aqualad narrowed his eyes, as did Danny.

The beast was panting heavily, provoking someone to attack it. Super Boy was the first, he went to punch the monster, and then the monster countered with a punch of his own. Super Boy growled and leaped into the air to get another punch in, but then the monster also jumped into the air, bringing them both to the next level.

Robin, Aqualad, and Kid Flash looked at the hold that was made.

"Alright, well, that's one way to bust through the ceiling", Robin said as he got out his grappling hook and fired it up.

"Did lab coat plan that?" Kid Flash asked as he grabbed a hold of Robin so they both were propelled up.

"I doubt he is planning anything anymore", Aqualad said as he jumped through the opening.

Danny was about to jump as well, but stopped when he didn't notice Alice anywhere.

"Alice?" He called out, but was met with silence. "Alice!" He yelled out and looked around the area.

"D-Danny?" She mumbled, as she opened her eyes. She tried to look for him, but she was met with darkness. She tried to summon some water, but she was out of energy. She heard footsteps, they weren't normal footsteps. They were calculative, like someone knew exactly what they were doing.

"Hm? That's not my name, darling", came a calm voice, but it held much darkness to it.

"N-No…It can't be", she said as she closed her eyes. She wouldn't look, not at him, not again.

"Say my name. You used to feel so safe in my arms", he said. The footsteps stopped in front of her, and she started to tremble. She felt a finger under her chin, slowly lifting up her head. "You used to beg for my realm, to be away from it all".

His voice was so hypnotizing, she slowly opened her eyes, and was met with black eyes staring back at her. "That a girl", he said as he smiled. "Now, what's my name?"

"N-No", she defiantly mumbled.

"Yesss…" he hissed like a snake.

"S-Si-

"Alice! Alice wake up!" Danny yelled as he shook his friend awake. She opened her eyes slowly and blinked at him.

"Wh-What happened?" She asked in confusion as she started to stand up.

There was a giant explosion outside alerting them to the action taking place outside.

"I'll tell you later! Come on!" He yelled as he grabbed her hand and flew them both through the makeshift hole.

Flower in Gotham:

"Jonathan, why do you call yourself the…'Scarecrow'?" Jazz asked as she sat cross-legged in her chair. He refused to say anything the entire time they were going through their session.

"I was…A doctor once", he said as he smiled slowly. It sent shivers down her spine, but Jazz concealed it well.

"What were you a doctor in, Jonathan?" She asked him, and he slowly looked at her. He blinked, as if he hadn't registered the question. He then looked down at the ground, he then shook his head.

"If only there was a place", he said as he smiled to himself.

Jazz sighed before writing on her paper. "Thank you for your cooperation, Jonathan", she said as she stood.

"Jasmine…A Flower like you…Shouldn't belong in a place like this", Harley said as she walked into the room. "There's a Bruce Wayne waiting for you outside".

"Bruce…?" She asked herself before exiting out of the room.

"Yeah, he says it's urgent, so you can go on home", Harley said as she waved to her. "It's already the fifth of July".

"Thanks, Harley", Jazz said as she exited the building. As Harley said, Bruce was outside with his arms crossed unpleasantly.

"Bruce? What's wrong?" Jazz asked as she came down the steps.

"Danny and Richard…Disobeyed my direct orders", he said grimly.

"Danny! What did he do?"

"He went somewhere where I can't protect him…Richard too. They know better than this", he said as he sighed.

"They're kids, Bruce. They need to be free", she said as she smiled.

"Maybe…Come on, I'll take you home, and then I'll go and help them", he said as he shook his head in disbelief.

"What are you guys doing! Trying to bring the house down?" Danny asked as he landed on the ground. He noticed the severe collateral damage and cringed. 'Batman's going to rip me a new one', Danny thought as he sighed.

"Sorry!" Kid Flash yelled as the monster tried to hit him, "Try again!" Kid Flash said as he took off to another part of the room.

Robin drew an 'X' on the ground in chalk, and Aqualad placed some water on it. Kid Flash lured the monster onto the water, and he slipped and landed on his back on the ground. Aqualad, seeing his chance, used electricity on the water to electrify the beast.

"Move!" Robin yelled as the bombs that he had sneakily planted in the walls started to explode, bringing the building crashing down on top of them. The Team started to run, but then Danny got everyone together and made them all intangible, so the debris could pass safely through them.

When the smoke cleared, Danny phased them through the debris and made them visible. They were all panting and trying to catch their breaths.

"W-We did it", Aqualad said in between breaths.

"Was…Was there ever any doubt?" Robin asked with a smirk on his face.

Super Boy walked over to the passed out monster and narrowed his eyes at it.

"See?" Kid Flash said as he pointed up at the sky. "The moon!"

Super Boy looked at it and smiled. He narrowed his eyes at the person flying in the sky before realizing that it was Superman.

"Oh. And Superman. Do we keep our promises or what?" Kid Flash said as he cradled an injured arm.

The rest of the Justice League showed and just looked at the teenagers on the ground, unsure of what to say, or do. Danny saw the look on Batman's face, and he didn't like it at all. He was supposed to look after Robin when Batman wasn't around…And he sure did a swell job of that.

Super Boy was the first one to make any movement. He walked up to Superman and showed his the red 'S' on his suit. After seeing it, Superman narrowed his eyes at the boy.

"Is that what I think it is?" Batman asked in a low voice.

Kid Flash then walked up to Super Boy, "He doesn't like being called an it", he said in a mumble.

"I'm Superman's clone", Super Boy said aggressively. This got the attention of all the Justice League members.

"Start talking", Batman ordered as he narrowed his eyes.

Superman walked over to Super Boy, "We'll uh…Figure something out for you. The league will I mean. For now I…Better make sure they get that BlockBuster creature squared away." He said as he flew off into the sky. Super Boy looked up at Superman with an unreadable expression on his face as he flew away.

"Cadmus will be investigating", Batman said as he walked up to the group. Along with Flash and Aquaman. "All 52 levels…But let's make one thing clear".

"You should have called", Flash said as he crossed his arms. Batman glared at Flash for taking away his spotlight.

"End results aside, we are not happy", Batman said with a frown. "You hacked Justice League systems, disobeyed direct orders, and endangered lives. You will not be doing this again".

"I am sorry", Aqualad said with confidence, "But we will".

"Aqualad, stand down", Aquaman ordered.

"Apologies my king", he said as he brought his hand up to his chest, "But no". Aquaman raised an eyebrow in response. "We did good work here tonight. The work you trained us to do. Together, on our own, we forged something powerful. Important".

"If this is about your treatment at the hall, the three of you-

"The six of us", Kid Flash said as he grabbed Danny while Aqualad grabbed Alice. "And it's not".

"Batman, we're ready to use what you've taught us", Robin said, stepping out. "Or why teach us at all?"

"Why let them tell us what to do?" Super Boy said as he stepped forward as well. "It's simple. Get on board, or get out of the way".

Batman narrowed his eyes in thought before looking over at all of them. "Phantom, you feel the same way?"

"I do. I mean, sure, we had our moments of confusion, but we did work together as a team. We watched out for each other, and that's good enough for me", Danny said with a smile.

"And you?" Batman asked Alice, who nodded in response.

"I'm with them, all the way".

Mount Justice, July 8, 8:04 A.M.

"This cave was the original sacred sanctuary of the Justice League. We're calling it into service again. Since you six are determined to stick together, to fight the good fight, you'll do it on league terms. Red Tornado has volunteered to live here and be your supervisor, Black Canary's in charge of training. I will deploy you on missions", Batman said as he looked at them all with stern eyes.

"Real missions?" Richard asked. His eyes were covered by sunglasses.

"Yes, but covert", Batman said as he nodded his head.

"The league will still handle the obvious stuff. There's a reason why we have these big targets on our chests", Flash said as he smirked.

"But, Cadmus proves that the bad guys are getting smarter. Batman needs a team that can operate on the sly", Aquaman said as he turned to Batman.

"The seven of you will be that team", Batman said.

"Cool…Wait seven?" Richard said with a raised eyebrow.

"This is the Martian Manhunters niece, Ms. Martian", Batman introduced.

"Uh, hi", the green skinned girl said as she rose a nervous hand.

"Likin' this gig even more every minute", Wally said to Richard before walking over to the martian. "Uh, welcome aboard! I'm Kid Flash, that's Robin, Aqualad, its cool if you forget their names".

"I'm honored to be included", she said as she smiled.

"My name is Hydrowave", Alice said as she approached Ms. Martian. "It'll be so nice to have another girl around here!" She said with a smile.

"I'm Phantom, nice to meet you", Danny said as he offered a hand to the new girl who shook it slowly.

"Hey Super Boy!" Richard called out. "Come meet Ms. M!"

Super Boy complied and started to walk over to the newcomer. Her white shirt suddenly turned black.

"I, uh, like your T-Shirt", she smiled weakly at Super Boy, who smiled in return.

"Today is the day", Aqualad said as he smiled. The rest of the team nodded their heads in agreement.
