I always told myself, "I will finish each and every story I have ever started before I ever quit fanfiction." Because I know how sad I get when I read an unfinshed story but the author is no longer active. Sure, they all have their reasons, but I still get disappointed. So I'm back!
Title: Sakura and her merry band of misfits
Summary: I've never done anything bad ever. I always do my work, listen to my elders, and shown respect to everyone I've ever met. So why am I in a mansion with a bunch of freaks that are at least seven years older than me? sakuraXmultiple

Chapter 12: Bad little love
Sakura couldn't hide her smile as she entered the Akatsuki's "lair of doom." Today had been exceptionally good and she felt ready to take on the world. She opened her mouth to announce her arrival but decided to let them know she was there by slamming the door. Not even a full minute passed before she heard a pair of feet stomping towards her. "SAKURA-CHAN! YOU'RE HERE, YOU'RE HERE!" As Tobi came at her she side stepped to avoid his glomp and was proud of herself until he grabbed her arm. The air escaped her lungs as she was brought into a hard chest and she winced slightly. "Tobi has a surprise for Sakura-chan!"
Her eyebrows rose upon hearing the news but before she could question the care-free male she felt her beanie being taken off her head. "Actually," Two arms wrapped themselves around her shoulders and yanked her out of Tobi's embrace. "WE have a surprise for you, yeah." As a chin nuzzled itself into the crown of her head she saw blonde hair out of her peripheral vision and looked to her left to see Sasori twirling her hat on his finger. Inwardly she pouted and wondered if she should just stop wearing her cute hats all together.
"Deidara, let me go." She put her hands on his larger ones and tried to part them as she looked at the silent Uchiha on her right. "And will someone just tell me what this surprise is so I can get to work?" 'I bet it's nothing good anyway.' Instead of letting her go as she demanded Deidara rubbed his cheek against the top of her head with a small pout. "But Sakura-chan, it's been so long. You can play for a little with us for a little bit first. Right, yeah?" He looked up at the other men for support and Itachi smirked. "Sounds fun." Her eyes went from Deidara to Itachi just to see him lick his lips. She blushed with an uneasy laugh as she finally forced Deidara off her person. "Ah ha ha...no, no, no!" The small girl backed away from the group and jumped as a hand on the small of her back stopped her in her tracks. "I don't really like games!"
"All work and no play makes Chibi-chan a small girl." Kisame grinned as he brought his hand back to his side. "I mean a dull girl." Sakura simply gave him a dirty look and started to walk past Kisame when she was stopped once again. "What the fuck is taking you shit heads so long? How many fucktards does it take to get one bitch to a damn kitchen?" Hidan loudly griped and grinned rakishly as he saw Sakura snare up at him.
He took a small step forward then dived towards her resulting in a mean right hook from the smaller girl. He reeled back and grabbed his cheek in pain as Sakura growled. "I'm having a good day and if you try to fuck it up, I'll fuck you up!" Her words and violent lashing out only seemed to egg him on as he released the red flesh. Hidan growled provocatively and dived lower, grabbing her by her petite waist. She let out a surprised yelp as he tossed her over his shoulder and went back the way he came. Sakura complained for him to let her down but once she saw he wasn't listening decided to change methods.
She swore while she dragged her nails up his bare back and they were halfway to the kitchen when Hidan moaned. "I won't be held responsible for what I do if you don't stop." She wasn't sure what he was implying but decided not to take her chances and brought her hands up in a placating manner. Tobi bounced up to her and grabbed the girl's hands. "Sakura-chan, guess what?" Sakura gave an exasperated smile at Tobi for still wanting to play despite her obvious reluctance. "I don't know senpai, chicken butt?" He giggled and lightly poked her nose making her winkle it in slight irritation at the condescending gesture. "No, but close!" She raised an eyebrow and uncomfortably folded her arms. "Is it a chicken joke?" "Nope!" He chirped, looking ready to explode in his excitement causing an amused smile to curl her lips. "I give up." They had reached the kitchen and Hidan was putting her down when Tobi screamed. "TOBI LOVES BESTFRIEND SAKURA-KOUHAI-CHAN!"
Sakura choked on her spit and Deidara put Tobi in a head lock when he had lunged towards the flustered girl. "UN! How the fuck is that close to chicken butt?!" The masked man grabbed a nearby napkin and waved it like a white flag until Pein made Deidara let go. She casted a concern look at the childish man wheezing on the floor when an arm slipped around her waist and lips brushed her ear. "Darling." Her entire body went ridged as she shoved Sasori away and lost her footing.
She gasped as she fell onto Kakuzu's lap and sprung to her feet to roughly bump into Zetsu. "Are you alright?" He had caught her by her middle as she almost bounced off of him and onto the floor. "You're not too light on your feet, are you?" Once she standing straight, she snatched her arm back and plopped down at the table. Pein looked down at her amusedly and she looked the other way with an indignant sniff. Though her bold front was strong, she was chewing on her tongue and her pinky tapped against her knee. She shouldn't have been embarrassed as she was about Tobi confessing his love since he practically oozed sunshine and happiness; but what was this surprise? Was it good for her, or only good for them? Were they going to give it to her today? How long had they had it? As Sakura's mind wondered her eyes widened. 'What if it's-'
Her thoughts were abruptly cut off and she jumped as she felt cool metal against her neck. Sakura looked down to see a key sitting cozily on a thin metal necklace. Her eyes widened at the sight of black with small red clouds and she gently turned it over to see her name engraved into the back. As she brushed her thumb over the neat kanji she was at a loss for words. "This is a key." At the collective laughter following her obvious statement she looked around in confusion. "Yes." Itachi murmured with a small smirk as their eyes met. "It's your key." She looked back down at the key with a furrowed brow.
"Told you it was a waste of money." Kakuzu grumbled glaring down at the receipt as he viewed her baffled state in a negative light. She wildly shook her head from side to side and took the necklace off. "No! It's a great key, really great! It's just...why?" As she got a better grip on the key she saw Hidan offhandedly shrug. "Why the hell not?" Deidara gave Hidan a slight glare at his carelessness as he provided his own answer. "It's because we love you." She coughed to try to cover her blush and Deidara smiled at how adorably failed attempt. "You're turning eight-teen soon." Sasori stated and Sakura suspiciously inched away from him before nodding. "So you're going to need a place to stay." She nodded again before her eyes widened and Kisame grinned at her slow realization. "SURPRISE!" Tobi yelled and threw confetti at her. "Welcome roomie." Zetsu murmured with a small smirk and Sakura gave a sheepish smile. "Ooohh...this is awkward."
At their confused looks she dug in her pocket and brought out her own golden key. "I already have a place." At her declaration a long silence filled the room until...
"The fuck?" Everyone turned to stare at Hidan and followed his line of sight to see him staring at a tense-looking Tobi.

Sakura chewed on her tongue as she laid on the hood of Pein's car. Once she told them about the one-room apartment she was to be residing in they insisted on seeing it themselves. She tried desperately to get them to change their minds but it didn't really work in her favor. In fact, her refusing to let them come made the men more suspicious so four Akatsuki members accompanied her. All of them wanted to go but she made them compromise, though she still felt it was unfair. She sighed deeply but her sulking was cut short as the landlord pulled up in a beat up van.
The pink haired teen perked up and slide off of the sleek sport's car to excitedly greet her when the boys intercepted. She glared at the backs of Sasori, Kakuzu, Itachi, and Pein as her poor landlord was under their collective scrutiny. The woman was more than slightly imitated and nervously looked at the men in front of her. "Um…is there a Haruno Sakura-san?" Behind them Sakura stuck up her arm and smiled though it was unseen. "Here! I'm back here!" She forced her way through their blockade and sent her body guards a quick glare before turning to the brown-haired woman. "Matsuri-san! Thank-you for coming all the way out here!" They simultaneously bowed before Matsuri smiled. "It's no trouble! The actual landlord is a close friend of mine and asked me to cover for her while she's sick. I'm only here to let you look the place over but you'll do the paper work with her."
She nodded in understanding and they walked up the small flight of stairs to the second floor. Sakura was ecstatic that she had her own home that she had paid for all by herself. Her excitement was obvious to anyone who looked at her, including the men who eyed the peeling paint on the door skeptically. Once the door was unlocked she practically ran into the small home and began looking around. The Akatsuki did the same except in a much more critical manner. Itachi inwardly frowned at the odd odor emitting from somewhere in the apartment and glanced at the scenery…or lack thereof, out the window. Pein raised a pierced brow as he looked at the doorframes in her home. He could only look at the threshold since no room in the house seemed to have a door. Kakuzu was put off by the large spider web he found covering the majority of the bedroom's closet. Yes it was better than finding a skeleton but it was still weird.
Sasori tapped Sakura's shoulder and as she spun around, eyes practically dancing in her enthusiasm, he felt slightly guilty. Only slightly, since he bluntly told her how unsafe the shit-shack was. Matsuri scowled but it was nothing compared to the glare that overtook Sakura's features. "This is why I didn't want you guys to come." She jerked her shoulder away and the redhead's hand fell as she placed her hands on her hips. "It's perfectly safe, there's even a fire escape!" To make her point Sakura climbed out of her bedroom window and on the rusted metal. She smiled broadly as she jumped up and down to prove its stability. "See? There's nothing wrong with this place."
The metal beneath her groaned and creaked loudly but she was oblivious to it as she proceeded to lecture them on treating her like an irresponsible child. "Sakura, come here." Pein demanded in his authoritative tone of voice and she discreetly rolled her eyes. "I'm fine." She sighed but it got choked in her throat as the aged iron gave out from underneath her feet. The azure sky was getting further and further away from her as a sharp pain spread from her spine to the base of her skull. It slowly fanned throughout her body as she looked at the worried faced from the window of her soon-to-be home. She couldn't her them over the roaring in her ears but saw them go back in the house until only Matsuri stood, looking as if she'd seen a ghost. As black danced along the edges of her vision she suddenly found it hard to breath.
Before letting unconscious overtake her completely, she managed to gasp out one thing.
"That hurt like a bitch..."
I hope my attempts at drama weren't too bad but yes, I had to add that last thing 'cause this is still a comedy. This is all leading up to the discussion of Sakura's tattoo. It will be addressed just a little later.
