A/N: Yo, yo, yo! What it is? So, sorry I've been kind of sluggish with this story, but I had school. And then winter vacation. And then family socialization time. And then school. Ugh. Rough, that's what it's been. But here's the next chapter. This one focuses on the power of friendship, (which might have came from the final fight in sailor moon, don't quote me on that) but believe in the power of love and friendshiiip! I'm going to just write up my flow chart for my chem lab now. You are all welcome!

Miss Martian groggily got up and looked around. She was in the desert, but what exactly was she doing there? She started thinking in Martian, her natural language as she put her hand through the sand, watching as it fell through her fingers. "Hello, Megan! I'm on Earth!" She realized as she stood up and started to walk down the sand dune. "But how did I get here? And…Why am I wearing this costume?" She asked as she looked down at herself, slowly questioning her attire.

She fell to the ground suddenly, losing her balance as a body descended forcefully next to her. "W-Who are you?" She asked as she looked down at the boy standing next to her. "Wait, I've seen that symbol…Are you Superman?" She asked, her voice being filled with hope, yet in confusion.

The boy growled as he lunged at her, ripping his shirt in the process, making it so the symbol was no longer there. Surprised, Miss Martian rolled out of the way before being lunged at again. This time she took to the air, and the boy yelled as he lunged upwards at her. She put both of her hands out, and a force field appeared, knocking him down. He landed on his back before jumping up to his feet and running in the opposite direction. "This has to be a dream…" She trailed as she blinked in shock.

Robin woke up, having a raging headache as he used a small mountain that he was on for support as he dragged himself to his feet. He groaned having just woken up in the daylight, and as he looked down, he noticed a small army of tanks going through the desert. He hid from them and narrowed his eyes in confusion, "Those were Biyalian republic soldiers…But what are they doing in…" He trailed, pulling up his holo-glove as he did so. "Biyalia?" He asked himself before looking at the date. "And September…? What happened to March?"

"Better radio Batman," he said as his hand drifted up to his ear, only to be cut off suddenly when he remembered what Batman had said:

Maintain radio silence at all times

"Or not…" He trailed in confusion. "What happened?" He asked to himself as he jumped and landed on someone. He looked down and noticed blue hair, something that he was confused at. "Hey, who are you?" He asked gently as he crouched down and got off the girl, who started to groan and regaining consciousness.

She blinked, her blue eyes becoming aware of what they were seeing, "The boy wonder?" She asked as she looked at him for a few seconds before blinking.

"I was hoping you could tell me why-

"What the hell are you doing with me!" She yelled as she stood up, suddenly aware of the situation, "I don't know what you're doing bringing me to a desert, but my father is going to be pissed and furious at you abducting me like this!" She yelled, her eyes lighting up a blue color before a black trident appeared in her hand.

Robin backed up a few steps before putting his hands up defensively, "What are you talking about!" He yelled, "I'm just as confused as you are!" He tried to reason but the girl would have none of it.

She narrowed her eyes before looking down at herself, "And what the hell am I wearing?" She asked as she changed her appearance to her other persona; Vapor. "That's much better!" She yelled to herself, smirking.

"Vapor!" He yelled as he narrowed his eyes and pulled out a bo-staff before positioning himself to use it. "I didn't know you and Poseidon had ties in Biyalia…" He dangerously growled out before charging at the girl.

She tilted her head to the side, "What are you talking about? We don't…You must have ties in this shit hole, because we don't converse with Queen Bee…" She trailed as she placed her other free hand to her hip.

"Queen Bee?" He asked as he stopped his assault and placed his staff down by his side. "She's the one who…?"

Vapor decided to stop paying attention to the boy as she walked over to a piece of shirt that was caught on some rocks. She bent down and picked it up, noticing the red superman symbol on it. "Superman?" She asked as she turned it around so Robin could see it.

Robin narrowed his eyes, concentrating on the object that she held, "No…This isn't Superman's…"

"There aren't many who wear that symbol, detective…" Vapor stated with sarcasm as she rolled her eyes. She started to walk away from the boy wonder when he started to follow her. "What? Don't have any leads?" She asked with a smirk, though she was a few steps in front of him so he couldn't see it.

"I don't trust you," he stated dryly as he held his bo-staff tightly in his hand.

Vapor chuckled in agreement, "And I don't trust you. Glad we figured out that much at least," she said as she stopped walking and crouched down. There was a boy walking aimlessly through the desert. "Who is that? Anyone you know?" She asked as she looked over at the boy wonder and he slowly shook his head.

"No, but he does seem familiar…" Robin trailed as he stealthily started down the side of the mountain by placing his feet side by side, as if riding an invisible skateboard down the side of the rough mountain. Vapor rolled her eyes before snapping her fingers and reappearing at the bottom of the mountain, surprising Robin slightly as he approached the bottom. She grinned a grin that stated -I'm better than you- before walking towards the white haired boy.

"Hey!" She yelled as she raised a hand in the air, trying to capture the boy's attention. He turned his head sharply at the sound before his eyes went wide at the sight of the black trident by her side. He started to run away, clutching his chest in the process. "Ah, well that went well…" She trailed as she shrugged, giving up on finding who the boy was.

Robin scoffed before darting after the boy, "Maybe if you didn't look like a villain, he wouldn't have gotten scared!" He yelled in frustration as he doubled his pace, though he was finding it hard to gain any friction on the sand as he did so.

Vapor smirked, "Being a hero isn't my job, it's yours, isn't it?" She asked sarcastically as she started to chuckle as he decided to stay silent while running after the boy in a desperate attempt to find out who he is. As he went out of sight as he ran up a sand dune, Vapor did an about phase as she pivoted on her feet and started to walk where she had come from. "Though, I often wonder what would have happened if mother were still alive…"

"Hey, wake up!" Kid Flash yelled to Artemis, who slowly came to as she opened her eyes. Though upon seeing Wally's smiling face, she yelped as she placed herself away from the boy. "Wait, I'm one of the good guys! Kid Flash!" He encouraged as he crossed his arms.

"I've seen Kid Flash on the news…He doesn't wear black," Artemis said wearily, not trusting the stranger at all.

Kid Flash looked down at his costume choice and frowned, "I'm really not sure about that myself…What about you?" He asked as he glanced at Artemis, "Green Arrow fixation?" He asked with a small teasing smile.

Artemis glanced down and placed a hand on her chest in an outrage, "Who put me in this?!"

"Wow…I am not touching that with a ten foot – Uh, so! You know how to use that bow?" He asked, trying to come out of the awkward conversation and get to know the stranger even more.

"Yeah," Artemis said softly as she glanced at the bow in her hands, "My dad taught me…" She trailed as she looked down at the ground. "Dad!" She accused angrily, making Kid Flash jump slightly at the outburst, "This is a test!"

Kid Flash blinked, "What kind of test?" He asked.

"He probably wants me to kill you," Artemis said dryly as Kid Flash's eyes went wide. He heard a missile descending on the small shack that they were in and grabbed the young archer's hand as they exited out of the shack as it was destroyed and blasted to pieces.

Tanks arrived at the top of sand dunes and started to blast at the teenagers, Artemis began to shoot back with her bow, only for Kid Flash to grab her in his arms and begin to run away from the dangerous onslaught. "Sorry, they've got bigger arrows," he stated as he kept running at his super speed. "I don't mean to pry or anything, but you got a name?" He asked as they were an appropriate distance away. "And what was that about you killing me?"

Miss Martian was trying her best to remember how she got to Earth as she concentrated on her telepathy, her eyes glowing white…

"Careful, they're hot!"

As Super Boy was about to reach out and take a cookie, Kid Flash quickly snatched the cookie first and placed it in his mouth, chewing it as he spoke with his mouth full, "Not as hot as you, Sweetie!"

"They're really sweet!"

"Not as sweet as you, sugar!" Kid Flash complimented again, and Super Boy gave him a glare. Artemis slapped him on the back of his head and Kid Flash lunged forward a little. Miss Martian looked over to the other side of the room where it displayed Artemis, Robin, and Phantom.

"Knock it off!" Artemis yelled heatedly at the young speedster.

Danny shrugged, "He can't control what comes out of his mouth," he said with a smirk. Robin started to cackle and Wally glared over at the two.

"Team, report to the briefing room," Came Batman's voice over an intercom.

Miss Martian gasped as her eyes returned to normal and she stood up straight, "I'm on a Team! I have friends! I have to find them!" She yelled as she took to the skies and tried to call out mentally to them. 'Hello? Team?' She thought and after not hearing anything, her confident look did not falter. 'Maybe they're just out of my range'.

"Why are you running after me!" Danny yelled, trying to get away from the boy that was chasing him.

"Why are you running away from me!" Robin rebutted as he narrowed his eyes, "I'm a good guy, you don't need to worry!"

Danny paused in his running suddenly, making Robin almost crash into him, "Wait…I recognize you…I don't know from where…" Danny trailed as he tried placing his thoughts and tried to remember, only for it to come up empty.

Robin let out a sigh, "Same here. I feel like I know you, but I don't remember you…" He trailed as he shrugged. "In any case, it isn't safe to be out in the open like this," Robin stated as he looked around the empty, vacant, desert.

"Alright," Danny stated as he turned invisible, and Robin's eyes widened.

"Where did you-?"

Danny touched him on the shoulder, and soon they both were invisible, "Sorry, I actually have ghost powers," he replied sheepishly as they started to walk back to where they came.

Robin nodded in understanding, "So, you're a meta-human…Was there anywhere in particular you were going to?" He asked Danny.

The young halfa slowly shook his head, "It's weird. I just had a feeling that I had to go in that direction for some reason…" He trailed as he grabbed his chest. It was starting to get harder to breath, and he didn't know why it was. It wasn't that he was that bad at PE, so he didn't understand why he was so out of shape.

"Stay close, alright?" Robin asked as they approached a mountain, and a group of soldiers were around it. Danny felt Robin tense under his touch, and he looked over at the boy wonder. He saw the boy reach over to his utility belt and pull out a bat-a-rang.

"What are you doing?" Danny whispered to him.

Robin rolled his eyes, "I'm going to fight these guys, what does it look like?" He snapped as he pulled away from his touch, making him appear visible, and was now a target of the soldiers.

Danny face palmed as he watched the young boy covertly try to blend into a mountain to gain the advantage of surprise. "What is wrong with that guy? How did I even get here in the first place?" He asked as his chest started to burn. "I know I'm too young for heartburn…Right?"

Kid Flash slowed down as he placed Artemis gently on the ground, "Sorry…Running on empty," he stated as he brought over his arm and opened a compartment on his costume that held his emergency rations. He was surprised to find them empty and depleted. "We must have been out here for twenty-four hours, otherwise these wouldn't be empty," he stated in a somewhat of a panted breath.

Artemis looked over at the young speedster with a concerned expression before something jumped down from the mountain they were standing by. They both glanced up and noticed a boy with a muscular build and without a shirt land in the space. The shirtless boy growled as he swatted his arm at Kid Flash, who was surprised by his appearance that he wasn't on his guard and got hit on the stomach, forcing him into the mountain.

The boy then looked aggressively at the young archer who back flipped to avoid getting attacked. She pulled out an explosive arrow and aimed it at the boy before releasing, only for it to do no damage as it harmlessly exploded into nothing. She fired another and another, but was met with the same result. Suddenly, the tanks from before came over the sand dunes and fired their missiles at the teens. One of them exploded on the boy's back, and he let out a groan of pain as he was hit.

The boy then looked over at the tanks and let out a battle cry as he took the top of one and tossed it aside as if it weighed no more than paper. "Whose side is he on?" Artemis asked with a scoff.

"You want to stick around and find out?" Kid Flash warned as he grabbed Artemis in his arms and started to run away from the battle ground. As he was running down a sand dune, he tripped over a rock that he hadn't taken notice of, and tripped, sending both of them tumbling down the sand hill until they reached the bottom.

Artemis noticed two airplane droids above them and took out an arrow, "I got this!" She yelled as she unleashed her arrow, only for a woman's voice to ring out in her head at the last second, making her lose focus. She watched as the arrow was sent into the air, missing its target by a few feet. "Did you just hear a girl in your head?" She asked Kid Flash who smiled sheepishly at her.

"Girls are always on my mind…Though they usually aren't talking," he stated with a teasing grin as he looked at the planes as he grabbed Artemis and forced her to the ground. "Get down!" He yelled as they attacked with their missiles.

"Terrible aim…" Vapor muttered as she watched from on top of a sand dune with a grin. She had her knees propped up to her chest and watched as the two heroes were assaulted. The attack missed the teens on the ground by a few inches, and she didn't know if it was just dumb luck that they survived.

Miss Martian appeared in the air and placed her two hands together, causing the two planes to crash into each other. She landed gently on the ground with a small smile, standing next to the two teens. Vapor rolled her eyes, "More of them keep on appearing…" She muttered as she snapped her fingers and appeared next to the Martian.

Kid Flash gave a sheepish smile, "Well, J'onn, not too sure about the costume choice…Not sure if it screams 'Man Hunter'…"

Miss Martian's smile grew, "You know my uncle J'onn?!"

Artemis gave a scowl at Vapor, "What are you doing here?" She asked as she took a step forward.

"That's a question I would like to find out myself…I appeared with the boy wonder, so he's in this dump as well," Vapor replied nonchalantly. "I do hope I can get out of the desert soon…My power doesn't work as well as I want it to here."

"Good…That way you won't stab me in the back," Artemis stated with a glare.

Vapor crossed her arms and shrugged, "Maybe if you weren't such a lousy villain, I wouldn't have done what I did when I did it…Besides, that was years ago."

Artemis growled as she lunged at the girl, Vapor accepted the hit as she tumbled to the ground. Artemis grabbed a hold of the top of Vapor's costume as she brought her up to her face, "So what? My dad sent you to kill me?" She asked with narrowed eyes.

"As much as I would oh-so-enjoy that…" Vapor trailed with a smirk before her face returned to a neutral expression, "No. We're in Queen Bee's territory. And I would like -just as well as you- to know why. So, a Team for now, princess?" Vapor asked as she brought out her hand.

Artemis glanced at the hand and sighed in frustration, "Fine…For now," she said as she took Vapor's hand and helped her to her feet.

Vapor patted the sand that was on her costume off with a sigh, "Now, I know Kiddie Flash…But who are you?" She asked as she turned to Miss Martian. "Before you were rudely interrupted…" She said as she glanced at Artemis from the corner of her eye, and Artemis crossed her arms in defiance.

"Hello, Megan! You all know my uncle!" Miss Martian yelled as she lightly tapped her head, "You're Wally – Kid Flash – And you're Artemis!"

"Wait, Martian Manhunter's your uncle?" Kid Flash asked as he slightly cocked his head to the side. Artemis seemed slightly surprised at the girl knowing her name, considering she had never met her before. "Is that how you knew my name?"

Artemis glanced at Kid Flash, "Your name's really Wally?" She asked dryly.

Kid Flash groaned in embarrassment at his secret identity being discovered. Vapor held back a chuckle at such a silly name. "Is that short for Wallace?" She asked snidely.

Miss Martian then turned to Vapor with a nod, "And you're Alice!" She yelled in realization.

"How did you-!" Vapor began to yell, but was stopped when Artemis tried to hold back a chuckle.

"Now I see why you and my sister got along so well…" She trailed, a knowing look in her eyes and a smirk on her face.

Vapor narrowed her eyes dangerously at Artemis, but she didn't even care to take the silent threat seriously. "You will not say this to anyone else in the cape community, do I make myself clear?" Vapor threatened, but Miss Martian just nodded with a smile on her face. "That was a threat!" She yelled, clenching her fists in frustration.

"It's alright, Alice. We're all on a Team! Friends! I made you cookies!" Miss Martian explained, but Vapor's eyes narrowed dangerously again at the Martian.

Artemis glanced over at Wally, "You know her?" She demanded, a slight glimmer of jealousy in her eyes.

"What –No! I haven't seen her before!" Kid Flash argued, putting his hands in the air defensively.

"Pfft, lovers quarrel," Vapor mumbled as she smirked. "Face it, princess, you just aren't that appealing to men!"

Artemis growled as she placed her hand on her hip, "Well, if you want to compare, Alice, I wouldn't be talking!"

Vapor shrugged as she crossed her arms, "What are you compensating for with your harsh attitude?" She teased, knowing that Artemis was fuming.

"Please! We're all on a Team! We shouldn't be fighting!" Miss Martian tried to intervene, but she was pushed aside. "You all most your memories too…"

There was a bang and an explosion off in the distance and Miss Martian knew that they had to get going now if they wanted to save their friends, "Come on, I'll fill you in as we go. We need to help Robin, Super Boy, and Phantom."

Kid Flash, Artemis, and Vapor all followed along, "Robin, Super who, and who?" Kid Flash asked as he rose an eyebrow in confusion.

Robin and Danny were following a GPS tracker on Robin's holo-glove, though he couldn't remember in the slightest why it was there. Danny narrowed his eyes as the sun set, and it was now dark out, that means that another day was wasted. He put a hand up to his face in tried to think of how he got there, but the last thing he remembered was walking home from school with Sam and Tucker. He originally thought it was a ghost of some sort placing him in the desert to get rid of him, but he just couldn't remember.

"I wish I remembered why I put a GPS marker in this area…" Robin trailed as he looked over a sand dune and found a small mechanical device that was above the sand. "Oh…Maybe that's why…" He trailed again upon looking at the device.

"Do you know what that is?" Danny asked in a hushed voice, recalling that Robin had basically said that it was a war area, and he didn't want any soldiers to be hearing their activities.

Robin let out a small grin, finding Danny's comment humorous, "No. Otherwise I would know why I placed a marker," he stated as he got up and slowly made his way over to it, when soldiers, whom were camouflaged in the sand, came out with their weapons raised.

"Her majesty wants them alive!" One called out in their native tongue.

Danny scrunched his face in confusion before he powered up an ecto-blast at one, landing one on his back as he skidded across the desert none too gently. He didn't get up afterwards, and Danny wondered if it was too much of an attack for a single human. "Did I-?"

He was beginning to ask, but looked over at Robin, who had let out a smoke bomb, providing him cover, as he stealthily took out some guards. After the smoke cleared, they all got up and ran over to the boy. He jumped in the air and landed on one of the soldier's shoulders before skillfully doing a roundhouse kick on the two that were coming after him, before flipping the soldier that he was on to the ground.

"After them!" Another one yelled, and Danny shook off his moment of awe before running over to Robin, who was about to do a few backward flips to avoid the gunshots. Danny stood protectively in front of the boy and encased them in an ecto-shield. The shield took most of the damage as the bullets were deflected off of it and harmlessly fell into the sand below.

Robin looked at Danny with surprise, but didn't have time to voice his opinion, when a black blue came over and took the remaining soldier's guns. "I'll take that!" He yelled in a cheery tone, despite the current circumstances that they were in. "Thanks!" He yelled again, as a body materialized in-between the soldiers, a bundle of guns in his arms. He dropped them to the ground with a grin before he charged at the remaining soldiers with a fast speed, knocking them out.

Another assault occurred when a few soldiers got up and charged again. Danny started to blast at them, while Robin punched another in the neck, knowing him out. Kid Flash has punched another in the face, and as a couple of soldiers were about to surprise attack Robin, Miss Martian knocked them back with telekinesis as she made herself known to the two boys. Vapor showed up out of thin air, and controlled the blood going through three soldier's bodies as she paralyzed them from moving. As a single soldier was retreating, Artemis launched a green arrow at him, which turned into a net, trapping the soldier to the ground.

"KF!" Robin yelled in joy as he went over to give him a high five, "Man, it's good to see a familiar face!" He yelled.

"I know, Rob!" Kid Flash cheered in agreement with him. "Memory loss?" He asked, to confirm that he was also in the same situation as the others.

Robin nodded, "Six months!"

"So, we're a Team?" Robin asked in confusion.

Miss Martian nodded, "The six of us…Plus Super Boy and Aqualad…" She said with a shrug. "I just wish I could remember what happened to cause us to forget!" She yelled in slight frustration as she closed her eyes, trying to think of how they ended up this way.

"Look…Miss Martian…Don't strain yourself," Phantom said with a friendly smile as he placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. She nodded as she opened her eyes slowly, coming to terms that if she didn't remember by this point, then she probably would not remember at all. She sighed as she crossed her arms. "I just wish I knew I was away from Amity Park…My parents are going to kill me for being late! I probably missed curfew…!" Danny yelled in agony as he placed a hand to his head to calm down the anxiety that he was feeling.

Vapor snorted as she rolled her eyes, "Curfew…" She scoffed as Danny glared at her in response. "Oh…I'm sorry. Did I offend you?" She asked snidely as she stood up straighter to challenge him to a fight.

"No. But did I somehow offend you in some way?" Danny asked with a raised eyebrow, containing his composure.

"Yeah. As a matter of fact, you kind of do piss me off for no apparent reason!" Vapor yelled as she summoned her black trident in her right hand as she took a menacing step towards the white haired boy. 'He reminds me of Sin, and that little bastard will get to what's coming to him…Eventually,' she thought darkly.

Kid Flash quickly stood in between the duo with his arms outstretched to each person, "Miss M said that we were all a Team, so let's all just take it easy and-!"

Vapor would have none of his appeasement speech as she pushed him out of the way and he moved backwards slightly, his costume changing from black to yellow. The action caused all the members to look at him with confused looks. As if causing a chemical reaction, each member tapped on their chests, looking to see if their costume would change, but it didn't appear to be the case. Kid Flash was the only one with a darker version of his costume. "Alright, alright. So, let's just say that we all get along…What do we do now?" Vapor asked as she let go of her trident as it disappeared into the air.

"I have a marker planted in several locations. Me and…" Robin trailed looking at the white haired boy for identification.

"D-uh, Phantom," Danny offered rather sheepishly as he rubbed the back of his neck nervously.

Robin raised a slight eyebrow at the stutter, but decided to not say anything, "Phantom had found a marker a mile back, but then we were attacked by those guards."

"Then let's go check it out. I want to get out of this desert as soon as possible," Artemis said with a roll of her eyes as she started to march back to where they had come from.

"What about Aqualad and Super Boy?" Miss Martian asked as she floated in the air slightly, her tone laced with concern as she looked sadly at the ground.

Vapor scowled, "Let's divide into teams. I'll go with Artemis to investigate this marker. Kid Slow can come with us for all I care," she said with a shrug.

"Hey!" Kid Flash argued, but was ignored by everyone making him glower at the villain.

"I'll go with Miss Martian, and Robin then," Phantom stated with a nod. Vapor nodded back at him as she set off towards the specified area with a glare on her face. Her teammates catching up with her as she walked slowly in the sand.

Phantom took a step forward, but his chest had started to burn rapidly, and he got a sense of something familiar, yet terrifying for him all at once. He narrowed his eyes and thought back on the only person who had made him feel like that… 'It can't be him…He couldn't have broken through the thermos,' he thought darkly as he clutched his chest with a pained expression.

"Phantom?" Miss Martian asked as she placed her hand over his shoulder but wasn't touching him in case he would feel a severe pained reaction from her touch.

"I…I think there's something over those dunes…" Phantom mumbled as he breathed deeply, as if trying to relieve him of any left-over tension. This, however, only made it worse. "Something bad."

Robin cackled, "Then let's go! It's our job to get rid of the bad things, right?"

Aqualad woke up groggily as the first thing that caught his vision was the sun. He blinked before muttering a few words in Atlantean as he sat up…Only to lay back down again from exhaustion. Sweat was dripping his face as he looked around. He spotted a white haired girl who was sitting next to him with her knees up to her chest. She had such a lonely look.

"Who are you?" He asked in Atlantean, but his words were not interpreted by the girl as she continued to stare at him, as if he had not said anything at all. He groaned as he put his hand on his face. "It is too hot here," he mumbled, again in his native tongue as he sighed. He wasn't sure how long he would make it without water. Just then, he had felt a shade on his face, and he was starting to recover some energy. He looked up and noticed that the girl had placed a rock to where it would block out the sun. He looked at her as she sat back down by him, in the same position as before.

"Are you sure that the marker is over here?" Artemis asked from beyond a sand dune.

Vapor scowled, "Duh. I think I know how to read the map that the boy wonder gave us," she said as she rolled her eyes.

"It is way too hot for you start your crap with me!" Artemis snapped as she stopped walking, her arms across her chest.

"Please, I'm a water user, how do you think this is for me, princess?" Vapor argued in a tired and monotone voice.

Artemis growled as she jumped on her, a fist grabbing a handful of her uniform as she forced her to the sandy floor. "You want to call me that again?" She threatened.

"Hey, that looks like Phantom…Only in girl form," Kid Flash stated as he raised his pointer figure to indicate the girl who was sitting on the mountain.

"A girl phantom?" Artemis asked as she got up from Vapor and looked over to where the young speedster was pointing. "Why didn't he tell us that he had a sister?"

Vapor chuckled at Artemis' stupidity, "Maybe because he forgot about her," she said as she stood up, dusting herself of sand as she did so. She snapped her fingers and teleported herself up there in an instant. She was met with the soulless eyes of the ghost girl and the pained exhausted face of the Atlantean. "Aqualad is up here," she said over the mountain as the two teens on the ground began to climb up the mountain to help their supposed comrade.

"Water…" Aqualad mumbled in his native tongue.

Vapor sighed as she placed her hand out in front of her, "Water, got it," she said as she gathered the water that was around them and supplied it to the young hero that was slowly dying. "I don't even know what the hell an Atlantean is doing out in the desert anyways…" She mumbled as the color of Aqualad began to go back to him as the sweat disappeared from his face. "And who are you?" She asked as she turned towards the young ghost girl, only to be met with no response.

"Guess Aqualad is alright…" Artemis mumbled as she reached the top. She looked over at the young girl, "Is she not saying anything?"

"She was talking my ear off before you came up here..." Vapor stated with a snide smirk, "Must have been your ugly face." Artemis narrowed her eyes and clenched her fists as she hurled herself towards Vapor, only to be restrained by Kid Flash. "What's going on here…There was supposed to be a marker here, wasn't there? Did we miss it?"

Kid Flash's eyes widened, "Oh no…What if there's a telepath out here?" He asked as he looked between all of them, "Someone who could mess with our minds and we wouldn't know about it?"

"You mean the Martian?" Vapor asked dryly with a raised eyebrow. "I didn't know she was in league with Queen Bee…"

"No, no, not Miss M, someone else. Who do you know that would do this that's on the side of the villains?" Kid Flash asked with his arms crossed.

Vapor sighed tiredly, "The only one I can think of is…Shit…" She said, her eyes becoming wide. "Psimon. It's Psimon."

Artemis got the overwhelming sense of fear, "This can't be good…We need to get over to Miss Martian as soon as possible. If he can make us see things that aren't here, then that must mean that they wanted us separated!" Artemis yelled as she jumped off the side of the cliff. Kid Flash followed after her. Vapor was about to join but was restrained by the ghost girl tugging on her jumpsuit.

"You want to help save Phantom?" Vapor asked, trying to get a response from the girl.

The girl nodded and Vapor smirked, "Then let's make some noise," she stated as she teleported the two of them down the mountain.

"You weren't kidding, Phantom," Miss Martian said in a hushed whisper as they looked at the tent below them. The screams of Super Boy were heard, and Miss Martian let out a gasp. "Super Boy!" She yelled as Phantom and Robin looked at her with a glare. She immediately covered her mouth to make her quieter. "Sorry," she mumbled.

"Well, well, what do we have here?" Came a voice that Danny knew all too well.

The young hybrid turned around and came face to face to the floating form of Plasmius. "Vlad," Danny said with a glare. His chest started to burn immediately afterwards, however. "You did this…Somehow."

"You know him?" Robin asked as he looked over at him.

"You could say that. You two go, I've got this," Danny said as he clenched his fists in preparation for the battle that was about to happen.

The two teens nodded as they slid down the sand dune on their way to the tent. Robin looked over at Miss Martian, "You go into the tent and help Super Boy," he ordered. M'gann nodded as she turned invisible as she placed her hood up and did as she was told. Robin didn't get very far before he had to dodge a throwing knife that was aimed for his head, and he not dodged in time.

"You really are athletic, Robin," came a menacing voice.

"Deathstroke…" Robin trailed with wide eyes behind his mask. "What do you want? Hunting some target in the desert?" Robin asked with a smirk on his face.

Deathstroke chuckled, "Just you, Robin," he said as he charged at the boy with his sword and Robin got out his rods out in preparation to block the attack.

Miss Martian was venturing into the tent only to find out that Super Boy was being shocked as he groaned out in pain. 'Super Boy!' M'gann thought in her head as she reached towards him.

"What do we have here?" Psimon asked as he rounded a corner of the tent and met the Martian face to face; which had startled the Martian. He could see her, and that had only met one thing…He was a telepath.

"You did this!" Miss Martian yelled as she charged at him, knocking him down to the ground. He was unprepared for the attack. He was told by Deathstroke that the Martian would not act out in such a violent manner. "I will bring everyone's memories back! I will!" She yelled as her eyes illuminated white and Psimon's eyes widened as she entered his mind. Although he was unprepared for this battle of wills, he was sure that he would win. Psimon always wins.

"Back off, frootloop!" Danny yelled as he fired a few ecto-blasts at the man, only for Vlad to expertly dodge them, making it look like child's play.

"I could get used to your inexperience fighting style again, Daniel. Far less exhausting on my part," Vlad called out as he fired a few ecto-blasts of his own.

Danny dodged the first few, but was hit on the chest by the last few, knocking him down onto the desert sand. He coughed as some sand landed into his lungs as he struggled to get back up on his feet. "What are you talking about?" Danny asked in an almost annoyed tone.

Vlad floated down onto the ground with his arms crossed with a smirk on his face that showed his fangs. "How much do you remember, boy?"

"Why are you asking stupid questions?" Danny countered with a glare as he charged at the man with a raised fist. Vlad dodged and Danny attacked him again. The man had caught the boy's punch and had sent a thousand bolts of electricity into the boy. Danny cried out in pain as white rings appeared around his waist and traveled upwards. Danny Fenton was left at Plasmius' mercy.

"The easiest way to take you out, Daniel, is to outsmart you…" Vlad trailed as he raised the boy to his eyelevel. "Which isn't that hard to begin with," he sneered at the boy.

Danny blinked tiredly at the man, "If you're going to kill me then get it over with, Vlad."

Vlad chuckled darkly, and suddenly Danny felt shivers run down his spine. This wasn't the Vlad he remembered. This sounded like a man who had finally lost his mind to insanity. "If I wanted to kill you, boy, I would have done so the first day we met."

"Leave him alone, asshole!" Ellie yelled as she unleashed a barrage of ecto-blasts at the man.

In his shock, Vlad dropped Danny as the boy started to fall towards the sand. When he hadn't hit it he looked up and noticed a white haired girl with green eyes catch him. He furrowed his eyebrows in confusion, "Who are you?"

"You can try all you like, dear, but you won't be able to get anyone their memories back!" Psimon yelled with a smirk. "I am the best there is!"

Miss Martian was transparent in Psimon's mind scape. She looked around before she locked him in the eyes. "You think you know what I'm capable of?" Miss Martian asked with a smirk.

Psimon blinked as he took an unconscious step back. "I have leverage against you, girl," he stated as he pulled in a dazed Super Boy. Miss Martian gasped and ran over to him. She could touch him, which had surprised her considering this was a mind scape. She had an overwhelming sense of happiness from seeing him that she had lost control of her emotions and had activated her true telepathic abilities.

"M'gann?" Super Boy asked in a dazed manner. He grabbed his head as he looked into her eyes.

"Super Boy!" She yelled as she embraced him gently. "I'm glad you're okay," she said as he nodded, not understanding what had happened. She then turned towards Psimon, whose eyes had went wide before he composed himself.

"You haven't won. This is far from over," he stated as he opened up a hole in the mind scape and went into it. Miss Martian narrowed her eyes as she followed after him.

"This isn't over yet," she stated as she entered the hole.

They had come to a green and black space. This was Phantom's memories…Or at least she had thought. It was blank and didn't appear to have anything in it. She noticed that Psimon was floating above her with his hood up. "This one will be lost forever if you fail to beat me. I doubt that you could," he taunted.

Miss Martian stood her ground, "I won't lose. Not when my friends depend on me. I would do anything for them," she stated in a firm voice.

"We will see about that…" He stated as he went deeper into the mind scape. Miss Martian followed, though she was unprepared for what she would see.

"You're worthless…A failure…An imperfection," Vlad stated as he kicked Danielle in the ribs. "You are nothing but trash in this world."

"S-STOP!" Danielle yelled as she clutched her ribs and Vlad glared down at the girl.

"Ellie…" Miss Martian muttered as she put her hands to her mouth in shock. She was so involved in the scene that she didn't see Psimon attack her mentally in her head. She clutched her head with her hands, a headache pounding in her head.

"It won't be him. He is incomparable…" Vlad muttered as he sighed. "What did I do wrong with the cloning experiment?"

"D-Dad?" Danielle asked but couldn't get his attention. She started to walk away with her tattered up clothes and discolored bruises. "I-I need to find Danny…"

"I won't let you do this, Psimon," Miss Martian stated as she stood up to her full height. "You think that you can meddle with the memories of others! I won't let you!" She yelled as he eyes lit up white.

"My…name? But…he said that you would hurt me…even kill me if I ever ran to you…" The girl trailed off, deep in thought. At this, Danny only laughed.

"Does it really look like I would hurt anyone?" He asked mostly to himself at such an outrageous assumption.

The girl finally looked up again, before she smiled slowly, "I guess…you're right. My name is Danielle…but call me Dani…Please."

Psimon noticed that he had trouble controlling his limbs, much like the space in the mind scape that he growled. "You are nothing compared to me! I am the greatest mind on this world!"

Ellie nodded in understanding, "Can we play doomed! now?" She pleaded as she looked up at him with her sad 'puppy dog' eyes.

"I wish I could, but Vlad is planning a pop test tomorrow and I-!" Danny started to argue, though the look on Ellie's face and him not wanting to study had beat his school morals out of him. "Okay…One game," he promised with a devious grin on his face as he hovered in the air and raced to his room, though Ellie was right behind him with a wide grin on her face.

Miss Martian seemed to be glowing as she eradicated any existence of Psimon in Danielle's mind scape. "You are selfish and only use your powers for your own benefit!" She yelled, casting him out of Danielle's mind scape as she followed after him.

Ellie glared at Vlad, "So nice to see you, dad," she sneered as her hands filled up with ecto-plasm as she set Danny down at the ground.

"Seriously…Do I know you?" Danny asked with confusion as he looked between Ellie and Vlad.

"She's your younger sister…Or so she says," Vapor stated as she appeared next to Danny in an instant. He jumped at the sudden appearance and looked at her questionably.

"I…Don't have a sister…I mean, I do…But…" He stated with furrowed brows.

Vapor shrugged as Kid Flash appeared with Artemis in his arms. "Where's Rob?" He asked Danny and he looked down at the sand dune. Robin was dodging all of the Deathstroke's attacks, but he would not attack the man. "I'll go help him," Kid Flash stated, but was held back by Artemis when she grabbed his shoulder.

"Be careful," she stated with kind eyes. She then took out her bow and arrow and aimed it at the ghost with a dark glare. "Let's do this," she growled out as she released an electric arrow.

Miss Martian entered a mind scape that had the colors red and yellow. "Kid Flash…" She mumbled as she looked down at the scenes that were playing in her head. She didn't see Psimon yet, and knew that he was gathering energy to battle her against.

"Oh man! Sorry! Gotta run, late for class!" Said a red head as he sprinted off to his class. Danny raised an eyebrow at the suspicious activity before shrugging it off.

Miss Martian smiled warmly at the scene. "That's how the two of them met…" She trailed as she saw another scene coming.

"You really are an idiot, aren't you?" He heard a voice right next to him. He looked and saw Alice laying on the ground with him. She gripped his arm tight and suddenly Kid Flash felt lighter than he had felt in a long time. Next thing they knew they were alongside the wall, safe.

"You saved me…Does that mean that yo-"

"No", Alice said as she started to walk away from him and stood by Aqualad.

Miss Martian chuckled, "Same old Wally…" She trailed as she felt Psimon's presence. She narrowed her eyes as she flexed her fingers as they were being filled with an invisible energy. Psimon unleashed his attack at the same time, making the mind attacks cancel each other out.

"Likin' this gig even more every minute", Wally said to Richard before walking over to the martian. "Uh, welcome aboard! I'm Kid Flash, that's Robin, Aqualad, its cool if you forget their names".

"I'm honored to be included", she said as she smiled.

Miss Martian narrowed her eyes, "You must be exhausted having so many memories in your head. Let me fix that for you!" She yelled as her eyes illuminated a vibrant white as she unleashed waves of a mind attack that radiated off of her and towards Psimon.

"Yeah, you 'rocked' this mission! Get it, rocked? Heh, heh", Kid Flash said as he laughed at his own joke.

"Lame", Alice said as she crossed her arms.

"That was pretty lame", Danny deadpanned with a straight face.

Psimon groaned in pain as he looked up at the girl with a glare, "I have had much more experience in mind scapes then you have."

"Drop Zone B", Miss Martian said as everyone else in the ship stood up. Wally turned his yellow and red suit to a grey suit. Wally looked at his suit and smiled, before turning to face the Martian.

"How cool is this?" He chimed out in excitement.

Miss Martian narrowed her eyes at the man, "Mind scape battles could be easily turned around," she stated as she put her hands to her head.

"-Yeah, sounds like the shadows," Artemis said in a bored manner.

Wally rolled his eyes, "Like you know anything about the shadows…" Wally said dryly and Artemis just smirked at him, making him feel annoyed and left out in the dark. "Who are you!" He yelled again in frustration.

"Are you trying to conjure up something in this mind scape? You don't have enough power!" Psimon yelled out as he started to chuckle nervously.

The two had passed Artemis and Aqualad, "Wally!" Artemis yelled out in a scowl.

"Hey, I'm in the middle of life and death, I can say what's on my mind!" He justified as he looked back at her.

Miss Martian smirked, she had felt like a total badass getting everyone's memories back, "Don't underestimate me!" She yelled as a hole opened up and Psimon took it the first chance he got. Of course, Miss Martian was faking it. However, this was a battle of wills.

"Rob!" Wally yelled as he ran over to his teammate.

"KF!" Robin breathed, out of breath from the fight.

Deathstroke started to chuckle ominously, "Having trouble breathing? Don't tell me that you're getting tired…We were just warming up." He stated as he twirled the blade in his hand lazily.

"Rob, I know you won't believe me, but this guy kidnapped you!" Kid Flash yelled at his friend.

Robin narrowed his eyes, "What? That doesn't make any sense…" Robin trailed as he dodged another attack that the man had sent towards him. It was a projectile knife.

Kid Flash ran around Deathstroke, but didn't expect to get clotheslined from his blind spot. He laid on the ground unable to breathe for a few moments as he looked up and was almost smashed by Deathstroke's fist…Only for a green arrow to knock his fist back. Kid Flash looked up and was surprised to see Artemis save him.

"Stop messing around, Kid Flash!" She yelled as she slid down the sand dune to meet him down at the bottom.

The mind scape had changed colors to green and yellow. Miss Martian nodded as she knew who this was and decided that she didn't want to invade Artemis' privacy. However, the memories came to her uncontrollably.

"I'm not going to listen to you anymore, dad," Artemis spat out as she packed her things.

"Good luck out there, kid. Those heroes will never accept you. And when that happens, you'll be right back," Sportsmaster said with a sneer.

She was knocked down out of the air by Psimon's mind force as she landed on the house that the scene was currently playing out.

Danny cocked an eyebrow up, "Um…I'm not following you. And who's this?" He asked as he glanced at the girl who only stared at him.

"Name's Artemis, Slick," she said with a smirk.

Psimon chuckled as he floated down to Miss Martian, "Getting a little tired?" He asked with a grin.

"You!" Artemis yelled accusingly and the black haired girl looked at her.

"It's as I thought…They're sisters," Alice mumbled as her eyes narrowed at the two of them.

Miss Martian stood up quickly as she smiled, "You wish I was."

"Don't worry Megalicious, I got you," Wally said smoothly, which made Artemis and Danny pounce on his with anger.

"Enough! Your little impress Megan at all costs game nearly got us all barbequed!" Artemis yelled as she got into Wally's face.

"There's a difference for what we're fighting for, Psimon," Miss Martian stated as she saw him run into a different hole after losing that battle of wills.

When Artemis had arrived at the bottom of the sand dune she noticed Kid Flash and scowled at him, "I'm surprised that you even needed my help," she stated with a smirk.

"Good to know that Artemis has her memories back…" Kid Flash mumbled as he ran away from Deathstroke, though his energy levels were soon being depleted. "We need to do something to finish this up, I'm running on over empty at this point," he said as he sighed, slightly as he hunched over to catch his breath.

"I hope I came at the right time," Aqualad said as he entered the scene, though he had looked worse for wear as sweat was trickling down his cheek.

Kid Flash grinned, happy to see his comrade on his feet, "Hey, you're speaking English!"

Aqualad nodded as he took out his water bearers and drew in what little water there was in the atmosphere. "I believe I have M'gann to thank for that."

"We all do," Artemis said with a small smile before it turned into a smirk as she turned towards Deathstroke with her bow drawn. "But for now, let's beat this guy up."

"Perhaps another time," Deathstroke said, his masked face giving nothing away as he threw a smoke bomb on the ground. The teens coughed as the inhaled the smoke, all except for Robin who ran through the smoke after the villain.

Kid Flash looked around with worried eyes at his lost friend, "R-Rob!" He yelled as he coughed more, unable to breathe clearly with the foreign substance filling up his lungs.

Robin ran after Deathstroke who glanced behind him; noticing the boy. He slowed down and stopped as he turned around to meet the boy. "You know what they say…Curiosity killed the cat."

"Like I haven't heard that one before…" Robin trailed as he glared at the man, "You said that you wanted me as an apprentice…"

Deathstroke chuckled light heartedly at the boy's assumption, "Oh, you remember now?" He asked, and Robin could tell that he was smirking at the boy from underneath his mask.

Robin held a frown on his face, "Why would you choose me?" He asked as he tightened his hold on his weapons. "Why not one of the League of Assassins?"

"There's…Potential running through your veins…And I want to unleash that potential," Deathstroke said as he took a few steps, only to now notice the blinking well placed land mines that were there. He looked down and then looked at Robin with an amused chuckle, "Interesting…You were luring me into a trap, weren't you?"

Robin's frown increased knowing that the villain had figured it out, and that was unfortunately all the leverage he had against the villain. "Let's just say I didn't want you too close for comfort," Robin said as his frown lightened into a thin smile. It was important that the boy had to make a light hearted conversation with him. This way, at least the villain wouldn't know how defenseless he was feeling.

Deathstroke chuckled again as he started to walk backwards towards a sand dune, "After how easily it was to capture you last time? I'm impressed, you're learning…" He trailed as he vanished from Robin's sight. The boy knew not to pursue him but narrowed his eyes at the man's exit.

"This is not whelming…Not whelming at all," he stated as he shook his head slightly before running back towards his teammates.

Vapor looked down at herself and almost gagged at what she was wearing, "What the hell…" She trailed as she summoned a small cyclone of water that covered her being and changed her attire to her hero persona; Hydrowave. She immediately dropped the black trident in a blink of an eye and watched as it disappeared into black water. "Now he'll know that I was using his magic…" She said slowly before she heard a young girl's scream and looked to see a girl Danny Phantom crash into a sand mountain. "Who is-?"

Danny let a white fire overcome him, rather than his normal white rings that usually appeared at his waist. Alice had to close her eyes with her hand since it was so bright. When it was manageable, she put her hand down and noticed that Danny Phantom was glowing much more vibrantly, and he looked absolutely pissed. "Don't you touch her," he literally growled out as his eyes narrowed. Plasmius started to chuckle darkly in response.

"I assume you regained your memories?" He asked, not phased at all by the boy's actions as he smirked.

"I wouldn't be laughing if I were you," Alice said with a smirk as she crossed her arms. "He is one seriously pissed off cookie."

Danny clenched his right fist tightly and storm clouds started to appear around the small fighting area. Vlad said nothing only watched with amusement. Danny's fist started to light up a dark blue color and ice spears started to rain from the sky as Vlad tried to turn intangible, only for the ice to still hit him. It forced him down into the sand where the tips of the icicles were slowly melting into the hot dessert surface. "Don't you ever touch Ellie again," Danny said as he started to walk towards the fallen man.

"I'll go see if she's all right," Alice stated as she ran over to where Ellie was. She saw a groaning girl who looked identical to Danny Fenton. She assumed that she had changed back to her human form from the hit. She then looked down at the girl's body and noticed a dangerous looking burn. "Yikes…That does not look good…" She trailed as she gathered water from the atmosphere and formed it into a sphere. However, as soon as she did, her arm started to burn.

She looked onto her person to see if she had a little bottle, but found it gone as she looked around frantically for it. "No, no, no! Where is it?" She asked as it started to burn even more, and the water that was formed began to harden and form into a ball that had water spikes on it.

"Looking for this?" Klarion asked as he appeared out of a chaos portal. He held a small bottle that she had gotten from Black Manta. It was supposed to keep the curse mark effects away, and that was the only reason how she could have gotten on this mission to begin with.

"Give that back," she demanded but couldn't say it too angrily since that would only fuel the mark.

Klarion tilted his head and looked thoughtful, "Hmm, no, I think I'll keep this," he said with a smirk on his face.

Alice's eyes turned red, she never did have the patience for kids. "I said…Give it back," she said as the sand on the ground started to be pulled away from the girl. Water soon found its way on the dessert floor, and Klarion looked at her with a smug smile on his face.

"Come and take it," he taunted with a twisted smile.

Alice tilted her head as twin serpent water dragons appeared behind her, slithering against one another, as if preparing for an attack. They looked at the witch boy with red eyes and opened their mouths, eager to get a snack. "Kill him," she said in a monotone voice, and the dragons set out for blood as they charged at the boy.

Their attack was halted, however, when Alice felt someone touch her outfit with a weak hand. She looked down with a glare at who would dare interrupt her. Ellie looked into her eyes, almost pleading with the girl. "Don't…Let him win," she said as she glanced at Klarion before falling on the sand again.

Alice glanced back up and blinked, "Attain the bottle. Do what you must to get it," she commanded and the dragons made incoherent sounds as they clasped the boy's hand into their mouths. Klarion growled as he dropped the bottle and released a blast full of pure chaotic energy.

"This isn't over!" Klarion yelled as he disappeared into his portal and disappeared.

Alice ran over to the bottle, having the dragons disappear as they lost form. Water splashed onto the ground harmlessly as she opened the top of the bottle and swallowed a drop. Her eyes returned to normal and she sighed as she glanced at Ellie. "Good job…But I'm kind of in pain…" She trailed with a weak smile.

"Right," Alice said with a smile as she placed the bottle into her pocket and got to work on healing the girl.

"Testy, aren't you, Daniel?" Vlad asked with a smirk.

Danny walked over to the hybrid and glared, "Why are you doing this?" He asked as he crossed his arms.

Vlad chuckled, "What do you mean, dear boy? I'm doing this for you."

"Really?" Danny asked with a raised eyebrow, "Because I don't see how you becoming a teacher at my school and giving me detention every day is helping me."

"Such attitude…" Vlad stated as he rolled his red eyes, "From the very beginning it was all for your benefit, my child."

Danny glared at the man, "Don't call me that. Just leave me alone, Vlad. Just leave me and my family alone."

Vlad grinned, "It's not as if you have much family left, Daniel."

Danny was speechless as his power fluctuated suddenly before going back to normal. However, this was all Vlad needed to melt the ice with his ecto-blasts, letting himself free. He then teleported behind Danny and grabbed him by the throat. Danny yelped as his hands reached for his throat in a desperate attempt to free himself. Vlad kept on raising the boy in the air so that the boy's feet weren't touching the desert floor.

"What did I say at the beginning of this fight? That all I had to do was outsmart you?" Vlad taunted as he chuckled. "How can you ever hope to defeat me when I know all of your weaknesses, Daniel?"

"Because he has us," Alice called out before releasing a water blast at the man, and Ellie set off an ecto-blast at the same time, making them hit Vlad at the same time, forcing him off Danny. He dropped the boy as he flew into a nearby sand dune. "What gives, Danny? Thought you had him," Alice said with a teasing grin on her face.

Danny breathed in some much needed air as he glared at Alice, whose grin was still on her face. "Rude…" He trailed, though he had a small smile on his face.

"Danny!" Ellie yelled as she ran over to him. "Are you okay-? Ow!" She yelled as he tapped her lightly on the head.

"Why did you sneak on the mission with us?" Danny asked with a glare on his face.

Ellie grew silent before looking at the ground; guilty. "I didn't want to be left alone…" She said with a sad tone.

Alice rolled her eyes at the boy, "To be honest, you already chewed her out at the beginning. Or don't you remember that?" She asked as she started to walk over to where the other Team members went off to.

"Yeah…So why are you being mean to me again?" Ellie asked with a huff as she followed after Alice.

Danny sighed as he followed after them.

Miss Martian held her head as her form blinked in and out of existence. She was in her white Martian form and she couldn't stand the sight of herself being different. "No! Don't look at me!" She yelled as she saw the transparent form of her friends all leering down at her; laughing.

"I knew you would fail," Psimon said with a chuckle, "But haven't I told you this throughout? Your mind is weak. Your perception of yourself is weak. You say all I care about is myself, yet you do not care enough about yourself. You lose."

"She doesn't lose!" Super Boy yelled as he blinked into existence grabbing her shoulder in comfort.

Robin cackled as Miss Martian turned around to see her Team all around her. She blinked, confused, "Aren't you afraid of me?" She asked as she shook her head. "I lied to you all. I'm not a green Martian…I'm not…"

"We are all different, M'gann," Aqualad stated as he gave a wave of his arm and the Team all nodded.

"You have two ghost hybrids…a speedster, an Atlantean, a Super Boy, a boy wonder, a demi-god, and an Artemis," Robin said as Artemis gave a scowl at being introduced. "Isn't that why we joined this Team?"

Miss Martian nodded slowly as she stood up, her white Martian self-reverted back to her Miss Martian form. "So what if my mind is weak, Psimon? With my friends, it makes my mind strong!" She yelled as her eyes grew white and Psimon let out a shriek as the area became a blinding white.

"Miss M! Are you okay?" Robin asked as he ran over to her. She nodded weakly as she got to her feet, though she was bit shaky, but Super Boy had stood next to her and let her lean on him.

"Y-Yeah…Somehow," she said with a small smile.

Kid Flash went over to Psimon who seemed to be staring wide eyed at nothing, "What happened to him?" He asked as he poked him in the shoulder and he fell to the ground.

"Baywatch!" Artemis yelled out with a glare.

"How was I supposed to know he would do that?" Kid Flash asked with a shrug.

There was a growl that surrounded the Team and they all looked at a white wolf that was growling menacingly at them with barred teeth. Super Boy glared and growled at the wolf, and the wolf whimpered in submission before trotting over to Super Boy. He sat down next to the teen and the Team was speechless.

"He made a friend!" Ellie yelled with a grin on her face before she shakily swayed on her feet, depleted of her energy.

"That means that Super Boy is the Alpha of the group," Alice whispered to Ellie, who giggled tiredly.

Kid Flash groaned as his stomach growled, "Can we go home now?" He asked and Miss Martian nodded.

"I'll call the bioship," Miss Martian said as Super Boy helped her out of the tent they were in.

"Team report to the briefing room," came Batman's voice over the intercom.

The Team looked up towards the ceiling. Danny and Robin already knew about the mission on the way over here. "I'm going to miss that test tomorrow, and probably get another detention," Danny sighed as Robin looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

"That teacher has it out for you. What did you say his name was again?" Robin asked as Danny shook his head.

"It's my problem, I'll deal with it. Besides, I don't want to get suspended because you decided to pull one of your little pranks," Danny stated as they reached the main hall of the Cave.

Alice was walking around with a small bottle in her hand, with Aqualad by her side. Once she saw the Team, she put the bottle away quickly and gave a small smile to them. "Hey guys, long time no see, huh?" She asked nervously.

"What do you mean long time no see?" Danny asked with a small glare. "You disappeared for a week without telling anyone where you are!"

Alice looked down at the ground, as if thinking over something before looking at Danny with a sheepish smile on her face. "Whoops!"

"Alice, you missed my cookies!" M'gann stated with a small frown. "I've finally managed to perfect the recipe!"

"I'll have to try them another time, then," Alice said with a grin. She then looked over at Artemis and gave a nod over to her, "I look forward to looking with you on this mission."

Artemis seemed surprise at the girl's change of demeanor since the last time they had met but only nodded, "Likewise," she dryly said.

After the mission briefing they all boarded the bioship and were sent off to their destination.

"Absolute radio silence…" Robin trailed and Miss Martian nodded.

"I'll have us linked up the moment we hit the ground," she said with a serious expression. Suddenly there was a loud bang, and a girl let out a yelp before turning visible.

"Ellie!" Danny yelled as he face palmed. "What…How…Why are you here?" He stuttered, trying to form a coherent question.

Ellie laughed nervously, "I thought that I didn't want to be left alone…So here I am!" She yelled with a grin.

Alice leaned back in her seat with her arms crossed, "You never told me you had a younger sister?"

"Look, long story. Ellie, this is Alice. Alice, this is Ellie," Danny said as he sighed. "Next time you need to stay home, alright?"

"Promise!" Ellie yelled in an enthused voice, though she had her fingers crossed behind her. Wally noticed it but just gave a thumbs up in approval.

Super Boy grunted slightly, "We're here," he said as they approached their destination.

..

..

"Is everyone all linked up?" M'gann called out through everyone's heads. After hearing everyone's reply they headed off towards the large piece of machinery they were supposed to hack into. Robin immediately pulled out his cord to get to work.

"Wonder who put this out here?" Kid Flash asked with a raised eyebrow.

Artemis scoffed, "Weren't you paying attention? Queen Bee!" Alice leaned against the machinery but decided to not say anything as she looked off into the distance. The less people knew about her past, the better.

"Wow, look how much sand is out here!" Ellie yelled as she picked up a few grains, examining them slowly as they fell through her hands.

"We should go to the beach by the Cave, when we get back," Danny said with a small grin as he bent down by his sister.

There was an ominous laughter that had everyone alert and looking around. "My, my, what bad children you are…And you know what Psimon says to bad children? Psimon says…Forget!" Psimon's voice rang out into everyone's ears.

They all screeched and covered their ears by going into different directions. Aqualad decided to protect the youngest of the Team by holding her hand, as any leader would have as they walked away in a separate direction.

Miss Martian floated up in the air with her ears covered, trying to get the noise out of her head desperately. Super Boy growled as he leaped into the air, hoping to drown out the noise. Wally's first concern was to look out for Artemis as he found her and kept an eye on her as she went walking into a random direction. Robin and Alice both managed to head towards a mountain range. Danny began to head after his teammates but stopped when he felt a burning sensation in his chest. It made him to a complete 180 and follow the feeling that he was getting.

Reviews:

Brenne: Yeah, I don't think Jazz is going to be discouraged though. She's probably going to try and get Harley back to the "good side." Yeah, I don't think that I'm going to make Dick and Ellie a couple. She already has an awkward brother complex anyways.

Jebest4781: Oh wow, I had even realized that Downtime focused on the Gotham people…Haha.

Darkverger1: Yeah, Sam is probably going to be much more powerful than Ivy in the future.

Readthishit: Yeaaah, Damn straight!

KodiakWolfe13: I honestly didn't know how the new nickname thing would go down, but I'm glad that everyone likes what I did. Thank you! The show down with Bruce and Vlad is going to be the hardest to write, I think. But it will be coming up in the next few chapters or so!

moonshroom420: Such adventure.

jim89: Vlad is definitely playing with fire. But I think in this story he's really cocky and full of himself. I think since Vlad is playing 'teacher' he's just taking some time off from his corporation. Either that or he's doing work while away. Do get his teaching degree in math I don't think would be too hard, because he is the CEO of a company. Sam and Ivy's relationship with each other would be student/mentor. Except, Sam doesn't want to be taught by her. Haha, and of course Jazz has to be the smart one to pull everything together.

ThunderWulf: I don't think the Team would mind all that well, except for maybe Artemis. But future chapters should show more development on their relationships.
