AN: Part 3/4 Update 1/11/16
Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock. Ike stared t the great grandfather clock, looming solemnly over him. Moonlight stained the spiky haired boy, only leaving a shadow of who he used to be. Ike stared at the clock's face. Despite it ticking, the scrawny hands never seemed to move like the little girl in the grave.
The clock finally tolled, signaling the end of the night. The hands that never seemed to move, gripped Ike's shoulder's tightly. The clock kept ticking and ticking into oblivion, and Ike was tempted to follow after it. The young boy slumped forward, his whole body stained in the moonlight, only leaving the shadow of who he used to be behind.
"I'm sorry..." A brown haired girl wrapped her arms around the shadow's neck.
"Forgive me..." A blue haired boy wrapped his arms around the moonlight's neck.
Ike stared into the clock, his eyes missing. Only light is pouring through them, flowing through the windowstill. Only the moonlight is staining the young boy staring at the clock.
. . .
The Gerudo man groaned as he realized he made a mistake on his report. He crumbled the piece of paper up and threw it angrily in the trash bin. He got up from his chair and opened the window, which let out a moan. He stuck his head out and met with the scent of decay. His red eyes wandered across the forsaken land, all dead and dried with old bulidings jutting out like broken ribs in the blacken earth. He frowned and closed the window.
He decided to take a walk to refresh his mind for work. Immediately after he opened his door, he spotted Snake right infront of his room. "What do you want?" Ganondorf snorted arrogantly.
"Just taking a breather from work." Snake causally replied, "You're doing the same, aren't you?"
Ganondorf snorted, "Sharp as always, huh? I'm just taking a walk for a bit."
"Can I join you?" Snake asked.
"I don't care." Ganondorf began walking.
Snake followed, "You know. During these four years I''ve worked here, we never really talked much."
"I'm not much of a talker and I'm usually busy." Ganondorf answered.
"I don't even know what division you work in..."
"I work in multiple divisions, mainly in the Arms and Defense division." Ganondork was already getting visbly irritated.
"So you work with Bowser occasionally? I'm not one to gossip, but it seems his children have gone missing and so has his wife."
"I don't meddle in other's personal affairs." Ganondorf stated.
"But don't you find it strange though," Snake sounded serious, "that you don't see the Bowser Jr working in the lab with him or even bugging you around?"
"..." Ganondorf said nothing.
"With that skill of his, he's a prodigy, but it's strange that he has disappeared. In fact, mulitple people have disappeared as well. Not a single trace of them is left. It's like they have never existed in the first place."
"..." Ganondorf stayed quiet.
"Most of them are from the orphange, but some of these disappearances are actually our people. Who's to say that you or me aren't next?"
"..." Ganondorf squinted his eyes, "What are you getting at?"
Snake gave a smirk, "Did you know the Peace Corps and the UWSFF have joing together o for the Anti-Angel Organization?"
. . .
Robin and Reflet jumped back. Shulk, Lucina and Toony jumped back in surprised and looked confused. "What's wrong?" Lucina inquired.
Robin and Reflet shook their heads and ran away to another room. Lucina was about to run after them, but Shulk grabbed her arm. She looked back at him with desperation, but when she saw his wide-eyed face, she understood something was wrong. She looked up at Toony who felt the same vibe going on.
Lucina looked back to Ike and Kuro. With a loud wail, she cried out, "Aiku!"
Only Kuro responded, looking back at her. The three ran towards them, Lucina really worried and scared. "Aiku!" she called out repeatedly, "Aiku! Aiku!'
Ike didn't respond, he sat still on the chair he was on. She started to cry. Shulk began to put a shaky hand on her shoulder, but retracted it back and tugged on Toony's shirt instead. Toony looked up at Kuro. "What's wrong with him?" he bravely asked.
Kuro looked back at the three children, "Weren't you playing with Robin and Reflet?"
Toony frowned, knowing Kuro was trying to avoid answering him. "They left us as soon as Ike started to act funny too. What's going on?"
Kuro frowned and groaned, "Man... This sucks." He gave a big yawn and stood behind Ike, "Potato Head is in a trance, meaning he's in a sleeplike state. If you try to wake him, there's a chance he can get messed up, so quiet down!"
Lucina sniffled uncontrollably. Instead of crying onto Ike, she cried onto Toony. Toony's face went red again as he patted Lucina's head reasurringly. "I-is there a way to wake him up then?"
"Yea-yea... It's a pain though." Kuro sighed.
Shulk eyed Kuro supsciously. Kuro took noticed and waved his hands as if to clear something off, "I'm not going to do anything bad to him. Not after all that trouble I went to get him here. Anyways, I still need him so I can't break him..." yet, Kuro thought in his head.
Shulk still looked supsicious, but Toony didn't catch on, "Okay... Do what you can do..."
Kuro grinned, "Of course! Anything to cheer up the poor princess."
With that said, he grabbed Ike's head and scrunched up his eyes, focusing on to wake up Ike. The three children watched them, waiting for either one of them, preferably Ike, to wake.
Suddenly, they heard a loud noise coming from Kuro's bed. Out from behind the bed was Robin. He glared at them with hungry eyes and a wicked smile appeared on his face, "grrrahh! I'm going to eat you!" A dark aura swarmed him.
