Chapter 10
"Oooh, should we see this one Mario?" Peach asked.
"It's much more romantic." she cooed while hugging his arm.
Mario and Peach were standing inside the movie theater,
the smell of popcorn was fragrant and the sound of faint
laughter was present from inside the movie rooms.
"Uh... Yeah... Sure." Mario said while looking around.
Peach frowned as Mario wasn't paying attention.
"Hey Bro!"
Mario turned to see Luigi and Rosalina together
despite the little "incident" earlier.
"Luigi, why are you here?" Mario asked puzzled.
"To watch a movie of course!" Luigi said while laughing.
"No, I mean even after what happened earlier,
you're still hanging out with Rosalina? What about Daisy?"
"What can she do?" Luigi said. "She can't tear us apart." he said
while smiling at Rosalina who smiled back.
"Why are you acting like you're in a relationship?" Mario snapped.
"You're just going to the dance with her, what about Daisy?"
"Bro, there's no point in turning back again." Luigi explained.
"Daisy doesn't even love me anymore, she just overreacts
about our relationship."
"But she DOES love you, she even... she even..." Mario stammered his face turning slightly pink.
"She what?" Luigi asked.
"Never mind..." Mario while said looking at his feet.
"I can't even believe you bro, you're supposed to support my decisions."
"Why are you so focused on breaking me and Rosalina apart?"
"BECAUSE IT'S NOT RIGHT!" Mario yelled drawing the attention of nearby toads.
"C'mon Peach, i'm not in the mood for a movie anyway..."
Luigi and Rosalina stood shocked as Mario took Peach's hand and stormed
out of the theater.
"Mario, what has gotten into you?" Peach asked as they stepped into
Mario's Wild Wing.
"I'm just... just... I don't know Peach." Mario sighed while starting the engine.
"I'm just in a mix of situations... how am I supposed to deal with all of them?" he said
while staring at her.
Peach leaned in and gave Mario a soft peck on the lips.
"Why don't you start here?" she reassured.
"Start with Luigi and Rosalina's relationship."
"Well... I think Luigi's implying that Daisy isn't good enough for him" Mario thought aloud.
"What makes Rosalina so much better than her?"
"Well, Luigi isn't dating her and he's only going to the dance with her..." Peach pointed out.
"But, why didn't he ask Daisy instead?" Mario questioned.
"Well in her state right now, don't you think she should cool off?" Peach asked.
"Yeah but... isn't she going to the dance as well?" Mario thought.
"I think so, if she finds someone..." Peach replied.
"Don't worry" Peach said while placing her hand on Mario's.
"Things will work out eventually, I promise."
"That's not what I'm concerned about..." Mario thought worriedly.
"Waaah? What is the garbage?" Wario said while looking at his tray of food.
"Burger, Fruit, Milk, and a Snack Bar? Where's the REAL food?"
"Sitting in front of you." Waluigi said while taking a bite out of his taco.
"Hey... not bad..."
"I'm going in there and demanding something better!" Wario said while getting up and
marching towards the serving area.
"Don't forget to come back and finish your REAL food." Waluigi called out.
"Wait till I give them a piece of my mind, THEN they'll serve some REAL food!" Wario grumbled.
"HEY!" he said to nearby cook.
"You should know that you shouldn't be he-"
"I. WANT. REAL. FOOD." Wario said in cook's face.
"Well... you can try our garlic-" the cook started.
"Did you say... Garlic?" Wario asked.
"Yes, Garlic Bread."
"Pah, give me some but I bet it'll taste bad." Wario said.
The cook handed him a slice of bread calmly.
"Waaaah-Mmmm" Wario said while patting his stomach.
"Not bad, do you have anymore..."
"Gee Wario, what took you so..." Waluigi gaped at the pile of Garlic Bread on Wario's tray.
"How are you going to eat all of that?!" Waluigi asked.
"Watch me." Wario said with a smirk as he took a slice from the pile.
*5 hours later*
"Waaaaa-*burp*" Wario said while sighing.
"Wario, school ended an hour ago and you're still eating?" Waluigi said while walking over to him.
"Yeah, I even had to *burp* pay the cook *burp* to stay and *burp* make more *buuuurrrrp* Waaaaah" Wario said
while patting his slightly enlarged stomach and farting."
"Whoops, heh heh" Wario said while smiling.
Waluigi shook his head while turning to see Daisy walking by.
"Well... " Waluigi said with a smirk.
"Who do we have here? A damsel in distress?" he watched as Daisy was pouting silently every few seconds while looking
at her phone.
"Good thing Waluigi is here to ease her pains" he said while walking over to her.
"Hey, aren't you the sweetest little-" Waluigi started.
"Buzz off creep" Daisy said while shoving him out of her way without looking.
"This might take some time..." Waluigi thought while walking up to her again.
He looked over at her phone and smiled.
"Boy troubles hmm?" he asked.
Daisy instantly stopped and turned glaring at Waluigi.
"I don't know why you're stalking me, talking to me, or trying to get into my personal life,
but if you don't back off, I'll break your puny arms and legs and bend your nose in ways that
aren't even possible!" she growled.
"But I assure you-" Waluigi didn't finish as Daisy grabbed him by his collar, pushed him against a wall, and looked
him straight in the eye.
"You can't assure me anything." she said while glaring at him.
"Just be glad I haven't sent you to the hospital yet." she said while releasing him forcefully and walking away.
"I you need any help, just ask me sweetie pie!" Waluigi called.
"Yeah sure, when I need help removing a beehive." Daisy mumbled.
"Have you considered this dress?"
"Yes, and I don't like it Christine."
"Seriously Toadette, it's perfect!"
"Perfect for someone who likes wearing typical, boring dresses." Toadette sighed.
"Well, it's not like you're trying to impress anyone." Christine said.
"Yeah but, I want to stand out to everyone and be unique." Toadette said while staring at her.
"You certainly stood out to that Mario guy." Christine said while giggling.
"Don't mention him!" Toadette said while blushing madly.
"Maybe you DO want to impress someone."
"I just don't want a normal dress, it doesn't have to be perfect!"
"No, you want to flaunt Mario with your good looks so he'll dump Peach for you..."
"I just met him, and it's not like I like him..." Toadette said quickly.
"Always trying to cover up the truth, typical Toadette." Christine said with a tiny smirk.
"I don't like him!"
"Someone has a crush!"
" I do NOT!"
"Mario and Toadette sitting in a tree..."
"Stop being a 9 year old!"
"K-I-S-S-I-N-G..."
"Stop it!"
"The dance is in two days bro." Luigi said while sitting on the couch.
Mario ignored him while walking to the kitchen.
"Mario?"
"Luigi, why should I care about the dance?" Mario questioned.
"Well, it is the first dance of our high school year." Luigi mentioned.
"And?" Mario said.
"You should be excited!" Luigi said while smiling.
"Everyone will be there, You, Me, Peach, Rosalina..."
Mario slammed his fist on the table as Luigi jumped in surprise.
"You, Me, Peach, and Rosalina" Mario said while glaring at the floor.
"Missing anyone?" Mario asked Luigi while still staring at the floor.
"I don't think so-" Luigi started while Mario suddenly stormed upstairs.
"Think about it" Mario said in a harsh tone.
"I can't believe Luigi, how could he say that..." Mario thought.
"Surprise." Daisy said in the hallway with a smirk.
"Gah! Daisy! Why are you here?" Mario said startled.
"To see if you have completed your mission..." she said while stepping closer to him.
"I-I-tried" Mario gulped while she approached him.
"I tried convincing him that it was a mistake but... he wouldn't listen." he said while looking away.
"Awww, I thought you would've succeeded..." Daisy said teasingly.
She then started rubbing his shoulders while running a hand through his hair.
"Don't try to let all of this get the better of you..." she said while staring into his eyes.
"If you don't want to do this you don't have to."
"I'm actually very sorry for pulling you into this..." Daisy apologized while looking away.
"I just thought that since he's your brother, you could convince him for me..."
"Well, I think it was a bad decision myself..." Mario said while gripping her shoulder lightly.
"Look at us, acting like this is a world changing problem..."
Daisy giggled while Mario chuckled softly at each other.
Silence.
"Daisy, what are you-mmh!" Mario said as he was pulled into a surprising kiss.
After a few seconds, Mario quickly pulled away guiltily.
"Daisy, you know we can't keep doing this... I have Peach." he said.
"I know but... I... I..." Daisy didn't bother saying anything else as she pulled Mario
into another kiss, while slowly making their way to Mario's bed. Daisy lightly pushed Mario
onto the bed while heating up their kiss, their tongues wrestling with each other. Daisy then started
unbuttoning Mario's shirt slightly in between kisses. "I-I want you Mario..." Daisy whispered.
Mario was speechless over their actions, but had no time to think as Daisy kissed him again.
"I-I-Love you... Mario, I'm sorry I just can't resist anymore..." she said while looking deeply into his
eyes. "I-I want to be yours... Kiss me Mario... Please..."
Mario just lied there, and the only sound was their heavy breathing.
He didn't know what to think, or what to say...
Daisy couldn't wait for an answer as their lips met once again...
"Peach, I'm sorry..."
For myself, I just couldn't stop when I wrote this chapter. I admit my own heart
starting beating heavily as I wrote the ending... I hope you liked it...
