Chapter 15
Cool winds blew into the building that morning, as three new students
walked side-by-side through the door into the high school.
One had a very confident look on his face. He wore shades
that mostly covered his expression except for his grin. He had a pink, hairless head and muscles
that looked like they could pack a punch!
The second won had a large, blue hair which was combed and shaped to perfection.
He looked very intelligent, and he carried music papers at his side implying that
he is a talented musician.
The third and last one had no hair at all, similar to the first one and instead wore
a pink, spotted bow on her head. She also wore large, golden rings as bracelets,
and a red-beaded necklace around her neck. A more noticeable feature was her
bright pink lips, that were unusually large.
They all had spiked shells that were colored accordingly, and metal
spiked cuffs on their arms.
"We'd better be on our best behavior for dad..." Ludwig muttered.
The Koopalings are Bowser's adopted children. However, they don't
know that themselves and continue to question who their true mother is.
"Just as long as I can beat up someone in the process." Roy grinned while
cracking his knuckles."
Wendy rolled her eyes and sighed, "I just hope this school has at least one
cute and adorable boy who I can flirt with..."
Ludwig and Roy stuck out their tongues in disgust.
"Is that seriously the only thing you can think about? Boys?" Roy asked flatly.
"Is beating up someone the only thing you can think about?" Wendy shot back.
"Touche..." Roy said while grunting and looking away.
"By the way... where's Iggy?" he asked.
"He came earlier saying he wanted to test out the science equipment." Ludwig replied.
As he said that they heard a large explosion from around the corner, making them jump with surprise.
The rumble shook the entire school like an earthquake; upsetting tables, chairs, apples
on desks, and students who slipped and fell on the ground and on top of each other.
As the rumbling stopped, the three looked toward the freshly - burnt science room where
Iggy Koopa walked out while coughing and wheezing.
"Well, that seemed more than a science experiment gone wrong..." Ludwig commented while occasionally
coughing as well.
*Cough* *Cough* "Sorry guys..." Iggy apologized.
"Guess I accidentally mixed the wrong chemicals... twice. Heh heh..."
"AHEM!" a very stern voice growled behind Iggy.
Iggy sweatdropped and turned toward the very angry principal, who was tapping his
foot along with some of the other staff members behind him.
Bowser also stood behind the principal while slapping his forehead, "Iggy..." he groaned.
"It comes to my attention that despite all the warnings by the door, you still decided to conduct an experiment...
A VERY... explosive experiment." the Principal spoke.
"Yes, sir..." Iggy sighed in shame.
"You realize what this could've done to you, others, and the school itself. Correct?"
"Yes, sir..."
The Principal then turned to Bowser, "Then I suppose you can handle the rest of the situation?"
"I sure can." Bowser said while glaring at the embarrassed Iggy.
As the Principal and staff left, Bowser turned back to his children.
"A few minutes into the day, and you're already making a mess!"
"I just thought maybe, since you all are in a public environment you'd act like civilized koopas."
"You obviously want to make us look bad, don't you?" Bowser growled.
"N-n-no dad! Honest!" Iggy said quickly.
"Then... GET. TO. CLASS." Bowser finished before walking away.
Iggy, Roy, and Wendy gulped with fright as they sped off hastily.
Ludwig just shrugged and simply walked towards his music class.
"I don't see why they're so scared..."
"He's the leader of the bunch, you know him well,
He's finally back, to kick some tail!
He's got a coconut gun, it can fire in spurts,
If he shoots ya... It's gonna hurt!
He's Bigger... Faster... and Stronger, too he's the first member of the DK Crew!
UH!
DK... Donkey Kong!
DK... Donkey Kong is here!"
People were dancing and singing along to that rap, as Donkey Kong
himself entered the building. On his left, wearing a red and yellow-starred shirt and a red cap with a printed Nintendo seal,
Diddy Kong peeled a fresh banana and gulped it down in one bite.
On his right, wearing a pink shirt and a beret, Dixie Kong proudly walked beside Donkey Kong with a bright smile on her face.
Students chanted and cheered as the trio walked through the halls.
"DK! DK! DK!"
Donkey Kong was one of the best football players in the county. Despite his appearance, he had a
very kind heart and is always willing to help others in need (especially Diddy and Dixie).
After a long vacation in Donkey Kong Island, DK triumphantly returns along with his companions, to attend Super Star High.
"Mario! DK's back!" Luigi said happily as he was walking with him to the Wild Wing.
"It has been awhile..." Mario thought aloud as he stepped into the car.
"Also, apparently some of Bowser's children are attending too." Luigi mentioned.
"Great... more trouble..." Mario muttered as he stepping into the vehicle with Luigi.
"They shouldn't be that bad, in fact they're completely harmless when Bowser's around." Luigi commented.
"Well, I know one of them almost blew up the entire school. Doesn't THAT mean something?" Mario asked as he fumbled with his keys.
"True... but, it was just an accident. Maybe they really have changed!" Luigi replied.
"I think they're up to something..." Mario thought while driving away with him.
Meanwhile, at Bowser's Castle...
"Guys? Shouldn't you be doing your homework?" Jr. and Ludwig asked while sitting at a table, doing their own.
"Math Homework, Science Homework, English Homework... you'll all have your work cut
out for yourselves if you don't start right away."
"We won't have to worry about homework, once I'm done with my latest invention!" Iggy cackled.
"Soon all of Super Star High will be on their knees, begging for mercy!"
"I'll beat up any student I want, when I want!" Roy cheered.
"All of the cutest boys will have to ask me out... OR ELSE!" Wendy growled.
"GWAHAHAHA!" they all laughed evilly.
"Guys..." Junior interrupted.
They all turned to Bowser's son and Ludwig with questioning faces.
"It was just your first day... why do you already want to take over the school?
Plus, dad is going to be REALLY angry." Ludwig added.
"Dad isn't going to be mad, he's going to be proud! We'll prove that we're the
roughest!" Iggy reassured.
"Toughest!" Roy agreed.
"Don't forget, cutest!" Wendy added with a wink.
They all (except Junior) looked at Wendy in disgust.
"You'd be the last to ever fit THAT category." Roy snickered.
"HEY!" Wendy pouted while stomping her foot.
Junior rolled his eyes, "What ever you're going to do, it's never going to work.
Plus, if dad sees that you haven't even looked at your textbooks he's going to-"
He paused, as they all hear the front doors opening to the castle.
"Kids! I'm Home... AND I HOPE YOU'VE ALL FINISHED YOUR HOMEWORK BY NOW!" a voice yelled.
The next few seconds consisted of poor Iggy, Roy, and Wendy scrambling toward the table,
and scribbling down random answers in their notebooks. Hopefully, they won't have to face the wrath
of their father... for long...
The Koopalings (at least 4) are finally here! Expect them to appear more frequently in the upcoming chapters!
