After coming out of my reverie, I decided to go for a run. I threw on some

jogging clothes and hid my knife in my backpack just in case. I decided to do

some laps at the park. After a few minutes of running, I stopped and looked

around. To my right was a man who resembled Ken. The anger bubbled inside

of me and I couldn't take it. If Ken had never invited me to join him, I wouldn't

have left Arianna. Hiding behind a tree, I grabbed my knife and waited. He

came over to the water fountain for a drink. Lying in wait I froze until he came

close enough for me to attack. I lunged at him and stabbed him in the back.

This guy was stronger than me, but I took him by surprise. Crying out, he fell

to his knees and I took that opportunity to continue stabbing him until he

stopped moving. After that I cleaned my knife, and waited for someone to

come across him. Deciding that it was too early for anyone to go out jogging, I

took my time and carved YOU SHOULD HAVE FOUND HER on the man, this

way the crime lab would know it wasn't a random killing. For good measure I

slit his throat hoping they would connect it to Lindsay's body. I wanted, no

needed them to discover the connection and reopen Arianna's case. If they

didn't I would have to take one of them and demand that they solve Arianna's

case. I wanted to avoid this option because normally I'm not a violent person

unless it comes to Arianna. Finally I heard footsteps knocking me out of my

reverie. It was two teenage girls. They let out an ear piercing scream when they

saw the man. One of them calmed down enough to pull out a phone. After

giving a frantic message to 911 they ran to a bench far away from the man who

I discovered was Carl Franklin after checking his driver's license. I decided to

back up farther away in case the checked the woods. Eventually, the Hummer

pulled up and out stepped the man with the sunglasses and Her, the lady who

was the spitting image of what Arianna looks like, correction would look like.
