"Hanyer!" the blonde yelled as she ran down the street, her cameo shorts and brown tang top clung to her body as she went.

Roxas and Hanyer looked behind them and stopped walking.

"Oh god, here she comes," Roxas said as he noticed the blonde female.

"She's not that bad," Hanyer said, mostly in a whisper.

"Just because you like her," Roxas said smirking when he saw his best friend's face.

"I do not," Hanyer protested.

"Do not what?" the girl asked once she caught up to the two.

"Nothing," Hanyer was the first one to speak up.

"Okay, so did you guys get our homework done last night?" she asked knowing the answer already.

"I did," Roxas said smiling at the girl.

"I didn't," Hanyer said in a low voice hoping she wouldn't hear him.

"Hanyer, you need to get this stuff done, or you'll be held back," she scolded,

"Gosh, Mari, do you have to sound like his mother?" Roxas teased knowing she hated that.

"Roxas , I would run if I was you," the girl, known as Mari, said before chasing him all the way to the school with poor Hanyer running after them.

"Why do you guys always end up running to the school?" Hanyer managed to say though his quick breath.

"Because of him," Mari said pointing at the blond boy that was currently on the floor trying to catch his breath.

"Gosh, Mari, I think you've gotten faster since yesterday," Roxas said finally catching his breath.

"Roxas, will you just shut up before you get hit again," Hanyer said walking to his locker.

"Yeah Roxas, you should listen to Hanyer more," Mari teased before walking to her locker.

"Are you guys going to gang up o me again?" Roxas asked standing up.

"Yep," they called back.

"That's not fair," he whined.

"Oh it's ok Roxas, they're not all that bad," Olette said putting her hands on his back.

"You're not helping," Roxas said looking at his right at her.

"Sorry," she said before walking to homeroom.

Mari found a note in one of her notebooks.

I need to tell you something after school. Meet me at the Usual Spot.

After school came quickly and Mari found herself running down the road to the Usual Spot, she made it there in only few minutes. She caught her breathe before going through the curtain that hid the Usual Spot. As soon as she walked in she was met face to face with Hanyer. His face wasn't even three inches away from hers.

"Hi," she said in a quiet tone.

"Hi," he said back, "I'm glad that you didn't take your time getting here."

"Yeah."

"I wanted to tell you that for a long time now I've had these feelings toward you and that I think I'm in love with you," Hanyer said calmly gazing into her crystal blue eyes.

"Why do you feel this way?" Mari asked after a moment of silence as she just looked deeply in his light brown eyes.

"Because you don't see me as a jerk like everyone else besides Roxas, Olette, and Pence; and you and I are so much alike besides the whole school thing since you're smart and get stuff done and I'm just too lazy to do homework," he said still looking in her eyes.

"Oh I see, I think I love you too," she said blushing slightly.

A breeze and made its way to them causing her long blonde hair to blow in her face and in Hanyer's as well. Hanyer just pushed her hair back behind her ear before he leaned in and kissed her. There was a flash from Pence's camera. The two pulled back only to see their three other friends standing at the entrance of the Usual Spot. Olette giggled at Mari's flustered face while Roxas kept going on and on about Hanyer finally telling her his feelings.

Pence smiled at them before saying, "first one for the scrapbook."

"Yeah, the scrapbook that Olette and I will have to make," Mari said looking at the three before turning back to face Hanyer, who seemed to not mind the three gawking at them, as he just pulled her into another kiss.
