Haganai, and Smash Bros crossover. Never thought I would actually do this, but let's go.

Enjoy.

It was a dark night in Japan. And not many lights were on in a certain house. Mainly a light for a living room.

What was this certain house? It was the Hasegawa residence.

A house in Japan where a brother and his little sister lived.

"Hey Kobato, make sure you turn the TV off before going to bed." A young man with dirty blonde hair said as he was washing dishes in a sink. "Kobato?"

The young man turned the sun off as he turned around. There was no response from the living room, which was a couch with a table in front of and a flatscreen TV.

The young man walked to the couch to see a girl around the age of fourteen with blonde hair tied into horse tails. Dressed up as a character from an anime. With the TV playing a fight scene from said anime.

"Fullmetal Necromancer again huh?" The young man thought. As he picked up the young girl and carried her to a bedroom. "Reruns of it have been airing, guess Kobato wanted to rewatch it."

Now you're probably wondering who the the heck these two are? What is going on?

Well let me explain, the young man is Kodaka Hasegawa. A seventeen year old high school student who started out as a transfer student to Saint Chronica's Academy. Where he had joined a club with a long time friend of his. He never exactly gets around at his high school pretty much due to his appearance. More specifically his hair.

Kodaka lives in Japan with his younger sister, Kobato Hasegawa. As their mother had passed away and he was out of the country due to work.

Kodaka had joined a girl named Yozora Mikazuki. Who he later found out to be his childhood friend.

They formed the Neighbors Club. A club made to make friends as many of the members were social outcasts.

One girl was Rika, who could make incredible things with technology and computers. But also could be a bit perverted at times.

Then there was Yukimura, who was very loyal to Kodaka, often calling him him "big brother". Yukimura wished to be the best man that Kodaka could appreciate. Or so she says.

Then there was Maria, a ten year old girl who was the daughter of a sister from Saint Chronica's Academy. She often called Kodaka her big brother and often got into arguments with Kobato.

Oh yeah and Kobato. Kobato was Kodaka's younger sister and she was a huge anime fan. She was especially a fan of Fullmetal Necromancer, as she consplayed as a character from the series. Often pretending to be a vampire as well. In terms of appearance, Kobato mainly took after her mother.

Then there was Yozora, a girl with black hair and a sharp tongue. She was Kodaka's childhood friend and the one who he helped start the club with. She was no longer with them at the moment, not that she was dead. She had left to go on a journey in order to figure herself out, due to a huge fight between the group and her feelings for Kodaka.

And then there was Sena Kashiwazaki. The daughter of Kodaka's father's best friend. Sena's family was very rich, and she was popular at their school. Unfortunately it was mainly for her looks. She had unknowingly known Kodaka since they were extremely young, their engagement was even planned at one point.

Sena also had a huge rivalry and somewhat obsession with Yozora. During most of the time in the Neighbor's Club they had gotten into fights almost all the time. With Yozora insulting Sena mainly due to her popularity and personality.

Nicknames given to Sena by Yozora include Meat, Jiggles, Flapjacks, and Jugsy. Notice a pattern with those nicknames?

But nowadays the Neighbor's Club pretty much just still hung out and did their thing. Kodaka did miss Yozora but he'd figured that thinking about her all the time wouldn't bring her back.

And yeah, that's a lot I know.

As Kodaka put Kobato in bed he walked out of her room and closed the door.

"It's getting pretty late. I should hit the hay soon." Kodaka thought to himself as he scratched his neck.

Kodaka sat on the couch as he checked his yellow flip phone. Checking for any new texts or messages from anyone in the Neighbor's Club.

"Junk, junk, oh. Here's something from Sena." Kodaka clicked on the message as he read it.

(Hey Kodaka, do you wanna go to the beach tomorrow? I just bought some new swimsuits that I wanna try on!)

Kodaka read the text as he sighed.

"I'm not really doing anything else tomorrow." Kodaka thought as he began texting her back.

(Sure, I'll bring Kobato with me. It'll be fun.)

Kodaka waited as Sena immediately texted back.

(That's perfect! I'll find the perfect swimsuit for little Kobato! See you tomorrow!)

Kodaka's eye slightly twitched as he pinched the crown of his nose.

Forgot to mention, Sena loved Kobato. Not in any romantic way by any means but still.

"We'll. Time to get some sh-huh?" Kodaka spoke out loud as he noticed that he got another message.

It was from a number that he didn't know. Kodaka didn't think it was wise to answer or even look at a text from a stranger. But his curiosity was getting the better of him.

So he clicked on it and began reading it out loud.

"Hello. You have been formally invited to join Su-." Kodaka stopped. "Super Smash Bros? What is-"

*Ding Dong!*

The doorbell to the house rang. As Kodaka closed his phone and put it in his pocket. Standing up from the couch and walking to the door.

"Who could be up at this hour?" Kodaka asked as he opened the door.

To see a guy in a red jacket and black hair with sunglasses running to a white motorcycle. As he quickly got on it and speeded away.

Kodaka couldn't believe his eyes as he rubbed them with both of his hands.

"Must be sleepy." Kodaka yawned as he looked around.

Kodaka then noticed that there was an envelope on the ground, as he reached down to pick it up.

Kodaka closed the door and locked it as he checked the letter.

It was a white envelope with a red stamp on it, and on the stamp was a Red Cross.

"Hmm. What in the world is this?"

Teaser….finished.
