Something new from me: a Fast and Furious crossover with NCIS. I came up with this idea whilst watching NCIS and the night before, I had been binge watching Fast and Furious.
What if a certain blonde NCIS Agent had a past she left behind? And what if people from her past came back due to a case?
Disclaimer: I don't own NCIS, F&F or any of their characters. So don't sue me.
19 years ago, Miami:
It was midnight on the streets and a street race was about to begin, a purple and red tuned up Honda S2000 with the roof down. The driver door opened and out stepped a dark haired woman with red highlights, she was wearing black jeans with tears in the knees with a red crop top.
"A street race. Now, this is what it means to live for fun." The woman smiled as she turned around to see a man wearing blue trousers, a navy t-shirt and black trainers. The woman could see he was a charmer with the ladies. "I have no time for people like him, I got something to check." She told herself then opened the bonnet and started to check all the components, she wanted to make sure her car was in top condition to race in.
"A Honda S2000? Nice ride." The woman turned to the left to see the blonde haired man, he was walking towards her with a smile. "I'm Brian. Brian O'Conner. What's your name?" Brian asked as he held his hand out then the young woman shook his hand.
"Ellie Bishop. What was with the fan club?" Ellie asked then got back to tuning her car while Brian looked at the women then turned back to Ellie.
"Them? I've had them flirting with me since I first won in my new car," Brian stood to the side then pointed at a silver Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 with blue stripes down the side and a blue spoiler. "And guess what? You're racing me, that's what I heard." Brian told Ellie and she nodded.
"How about instead of the usual $1000, we bet more? Say $3000?" Ellie suggested and Brian nodded as he was interested. "May the best driver win." The pair then got into their cars and drove them to the start line, the pair started revving their engines.
"Let's see what you got, Ellie!" Brian shouted over and Ellie smiled then winked at him. "Battle of the Japanese Imports, let's ride." Brian mumbled to himself as he tightened his grip on the steering wheel. A woman walked over and stood between the two cars, she nodded at Ellie then at Brian.
"3! 2! 1! GO!" The woman shouted then the cars raced off down the street, they were racing for a quarter of a mile to see who was the fastest. Ellie was in the lead with Brian a FEW metres behind, he smiled then turned a dial and flipped a switch: activating the NOS and causing the Skyline to go faster.
"You're good, but I'm better." Ellie told herself then she flipped two red switches, causing the NOS to activate and made her car go even faster. The two were close to the finish line when something started to happen: Ellie's car started to cough and smoke came out from under the hood. Brian crossed the finish line then minutes later, Ellie's car rolled slowly across to a stop.
"Damn girl! Your car is scrap now!" A man shouted from the crowl then trouble arrived: police cars arrived with sirens blasting.
"Ellie! Get in!" Brian shouted then Ellie jumped over the door and ran, Brian opened the passenger door just as Ellie jumped in and closed it. "Hold on tight!" He warned Ellie then smacked the car into first gear and hit the accelerator, the Skyline then shot off from the scene. Just as they thought they were clear, a Dodge Charger police cruiser appeared out of nowhere and started chasing after them.
"Damn! Go faster!" Ellie shouted as Brian changed gear and drifted around a corner, leaving a trail of smoke which caused the Charger to crash into a lamp post. "See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya!" Ellie shouted and Brian chuckled.
"What do you say we get the hell away from this and get a drink? I'm buying." Brian offered and Ellie nodded. The Skyline raced towards the lower parts of Miami to find a bar to get a drink and chat.
Present:
Sat in by a desk in the bullpen was Ellie Bishop but she had changed since her "fun" days of her life. As she grew up, Ellie had changed her hair to blonde and grown more mature, as well as stopped racing as she worked for NCIS: a police force that solved crimes related to the army, navy, military and others.
"Morning Bishop." Ellie looked to her left to see her close friend and colleague, Nick Torres. He smiled at Ellie as he walked towards his desk and took a slip from his coffee. "How are you this fine morning?" He asked and Ellie knew that Nick was flirting with her so she decided to smile at him.
"It's good, Nick. Just thinking about some fun times I had as a teen." Ellie told her friend and just as Nick was about to speak, a tall grey haired man in a smart suit walked in. "Morning Boss, dead body?" Ellie asked and Gibbs nodded.
"Grab your gear. The body is a few miles away from the Norfolk Naval Base." Gibbs told them as they all got their gear. "And Torres, call McGee and tell him to meet us there." Gibbs ordered then Nick took out his phone and dialed McGee's number.
Norfolk:
A few miles from the Norfolk Naval Base, the NCIS team arrived at the scene to see their crime: there was a dead woman at the side of the road with a custom car close by with both doors opened.
"WOW! This is a 1997 Honda Integra Type R!" Nick exclaimed as he checked the car out while the others walked over to the body. "Both of the doors are open: either that someone was with her then ran away or that this was planned." Nick suggested and McGee nodded.
"Do we know who called this in, Boss?" Ellie asked as she looked around then stopped when she saw someone standing by a car: the car was a 1992 BMW M3 E36 but Ellie knew who the man was.
"Boss, this is Brian O'Conner. He found the body." Nick told his boss and the grey haired man turned to look at Brian.
"I'm Special Agent Gibbs, how did you find the body?" Gibbs asked as Brian was looking at the body. "Mister O'Conner? Could you tell me how you found the body?" Gibbs repeated and Brian nodded.
"We were meeting up: she wanted some advice on how the engine sounded at high speeds then race." Brian explained as Nick took notes. "She was a friend of mine; Jennifer Knight. She was a Petty Officer at Norfolk Naval Base, as well as being a single Mom." Brian told them and Gibbs nodded.
"Thank you for that, Mister O'Conner. Where do you live? If we need to contact you again." Nick asked as he looked at the young man.
"I'm living on the outskirts of Washington with my wife and kids." Brian told them then handed Nick his number. "I'm a part-time mechanic. Gotta pay for my family, right?" Brian asked and Gibbs nodded. Gibbs and Nick walked over to body just as Jimmy Palmer arrived.
"Brian?" Brian turned around and looked at Ellie. "It's Ellie, remember? We used to race back in the day: Me, you, Dom, Letty and Mia." Ellie reminded him and Brian nodded with a smile.
"You look great, Ellie. And you're with NCIS now!" Brian exclaimed and Ellie smiled. "I still see you as that young racer who lived for speed and drifting." Brian reminded her and it made Ellie smile. "Hey, if you're not busy tonight, why don't you come around? The others would be happy to see you again." Brian insisted and Ellie nodded then hugged Brian.
"Okay, I'll give you a call when I'm on my way." Ellie told him and Brian nodded then he walked towards his car but Ellie walked over to him. "And when I come around, I'll be bringing something that you would be surprised with." Brian smiled as he was looking forward to seeing what Ellie would be bringing over to the house.
"See you around then, Ellie." Brian called over then drove off as Ellie waved, she watched as Brian's BMW headed down the road and away from the scene.
"Do you know Mister O'Conner, Bishop?" Gibbs asked and Ellie looked down the road with a smile on her face.
"Yeah, from my past though. One time in my life where everything was fun and full of adrenaline." Ellie told her boss then she got back to work; looking for evidence to who was behind the crime.
This is the end of the first chapter of this new crossover of mine, hope you enjoyed it. How was the part about Ellie's past as a racer? And her first meeting with Brian? Will the others find out about Ellie's past?
See you all next time!
