A/N: This fandom is in collab with my sister on Wattpad - you can also follow and favorite it on her account ~ Echo_Nitemare
This fandom takes place during the first few episodes of Iron Man: Armored Adventures, and the first few episodes of season 4 of code Lyoko before diverging from both.
Synopsis:
After being sent away so as to not interfere with Obidiah's nefarious plans for Stark Industries, Anthony "Tony" Edward Stark arrives at Kadic Academy in France with one goal in mind. To swiftly and effectively get expelled from the school and be sent back to New York. However, as Xana is always up to no good, the Lyoko warriors are granted no downtime or leeway for themselves before the next attack is launched. Stark, ever the genius in technology, is eager to find a way to help. Only question is, will he be a helpful addition to the team or throw them into more turmoil?
Background Information:
Tony Stark does have his iron man armor. However, it is more like the suitcase armor in Iron Man 2 in the movie. Tony is 13 in this fandom - but he's a genius so he is in the 9th grade with Yumi. He does have the arc reactor due to the plane crashing "killing" Howard Stark.
Lyoko Gang are their usual ages and have a similar background to the series. The main difference is the timing in the series. William is Xana's puppet, but the gang does not have their new uniforms yet - this is immediately after the "William's Return" episode in Season 4, however, before they get the costume upgrade. Aelita is the opening for the Subdigitals [I advanced this event a little to follow the flow of the plot].
Prologue:
Loud voices could be heard echoing from the main office at Stark Industries. The main office - the source and center of most arguments that were to happen within the company - currently housed its two loudest voices. The current CFO, Obidiah Stane, and Howard Stark's heir to the company, 13 year old Tony Stark. The two were arguing once again about Stark's place in the company. Having been guaranteed Stark industries unit Tony is of age, or voted out of the company, Obidiah was fauxly concerned about allowing Stark a big role in management with his current health issues. Stark on the other hand was adamant about providing anything he could to keep his father's business and legacy alive. Eventually, Obidiah had reached his wits end with the boy and came to a final - to Stark a very rash - idea. To send the boy off to boarding school on the other side of the world, where he could no longer hinder his plans.
"You can't be serious! Boarding School?!" Tony nearly yelled after hearing the idea. If something were to go wrong, which Stark knew would in a matter of days, he would be too far away to fix anything. Obadiah answered him sternly with a no-nonsense tone, "Anthony, you are too young to be worrying about a multimillion - let alone nationally known - company. You need to be around other children your own age. This is what your father would have wanted. You wouldn't want to disappoint him now would you?" Stark could tell Obidiahs intentions by his tone. To guilt the boy into agreement. In a last-ditch effort, Tony squawked out as three security guards walked into the office, "But-" He paused to collect his thoughts more. "You need my guardian's permission first - and Roberta would never agree to send me that far away from whom I consider as family as my father -" Obidiah cut him off with a wave of his hand, turning his back to him, "We've already fluffed out the details and Mrs. Rhodes agrees with me in my decision. It is final. You will be moving into your dorm room tomorrow around 9 am. Goodbye."
It only took a matter of moments before Stark had been rushed out of the office. The three guards taking no care of how they treated him. Tony fought the whole way out - yelling in a desperate attempt to stall "Hey! I have a heart condition!" Only being let go once the four had reached the steps of the building. To Stark's surprise, was already there in a Taxi waiting for the boy with a suitcase packed. With no words she gently took Tony's arm, guiding the shocked boy into his seat. She would ride with him to the airport, but would not take the flight. It would be left up to Stark to do alone.
