In the far, dark regions of the moon... a rugged-faced sorcerer emerges from the barren rocky surface, seemingly out of breath. As if she had escaped from her certain predicament. "Curse them... not only have they beaten me, but now my queen has been slain." The witch rears her head to see an ominous looking fortress in the distance, which suddenly sparked her curiosity. "Strange... that wasn't there the last time I took my domain here since the Silver Millennium." She makes her way to the compound with all she could muster... She feels this need to discover this anomaly, but uncertain of what lies ahead. Could it be something dangerous? Or could it prove a valuable asset to her plans...?

Parallel to the moon, there lies a radiant, blue-pearled planet... Earth. At the Eastern regions of the planet lies Japan. It's greatest capital, Tokyo, is brimming with business and trends. Amongst the suburban area of Azabu-Juban, a mild-mannered blonde girl with unique hair buns frantically rushes downstairs to prepare for school. "Oh man! I gotta stop being late!" she exclaimed. "Mom! I'm off!" The girl's blue haired mother called back, "Take your lunch, sweetie!" The young lady quickly snatched her lunch bag as she bolted out the door, along with her cat with an odd purple shade of fur. "Geez, Usagi-chan. Why does this have to be all day with you?" the cat spoke. "Well, excuse me for having too much fun at Mako-chan's place yesterday, Luna. Her baking was like paradise!" Usagi fawns. As the two stroll along, they ran into a blue-haired girl, harboring a sense of proclamation. "Oh! Ami-chan! Good morning! It's good to see you here!" Usagi greeted. "Nearly late again, I see." the girl Ami remarked as she petted Luna. "By the way, have you heard the news?" Usagi raised a brow from her friend's suggestion. "Huh? What news?" Ami continued her announcement, "We have a group of visitors who are travelling to Japan from a foreign school for a field trip. They'll be staying here for approximately two weeks." A look of intrigue sparkled within Usagi. "Really? Wow! Maybe they could show me their lifestyle ways! Where are they from?" Ami answered pensively, "I believe it was somewhere in America. Their school is called "Angel Grove". I'm really nervous to meet them, though. Do I look presentable?" she fretted.

Ami's timidity swells up, much to Usagi's merriment. "Don't worry about it, Ami-chan! You're already better at English than I am, anyway!" her cheery face quickly turns into a defeated frown, "I should speak for myself. I couldn't even muster up any translations." The two enter their school classes. Upon entering, they approached a ponytailed brown-haired girl. "Morning, Mako-chan! Good morning." The two greeted. "Hey, girls. Got some visitors here today, huh?" The girl Makoto asked. "Yup! Doesn't it sound interesting?" Usagi quickly replied. Behind them, a peppy blonde-haired girl with a red bowtie exclaimed. "You betcha!" the girls were naturally accustomed by her upbeat assurance. "You too, Minako-chan?" Usagi uttered. "Of course! I bet they're as groovy as the magazines I've picked up." Minako presumed. "And we have a school festival coming up today. Maybe this will be the perfect chance to get to know them better." Ami added. As school is almost in session, the girls formally sat at their seats. With the sound of a classic bell chiming, the class becomes quiet as the brown-blazer male teacher prepares his podium. "Attention, class. As you have been aware, we have visitors from a foreign school who will be meeting us today. Please treat them well as best as you can." He calls out to door beside him. "Please come in."

The class door opens, and six students appear in a line, with a mustached teacher leading them. "Greetings, everyone. I am Mr. Caplan. It is such a momentous occasion for us to explore the fine wonders of Japan and all it's glory. We will do our utmost best to be in our high respects for the culture of your regal country." The teacher spoke formally. "Now then..." he shifts his attention to his students, "Why don't you introduce yourselves to this fine class?" The first student, with brown hair and sporting a red polo shirt gave the first greeting, "Hi everyone. My name's Jason Lee Scott. I'm looking forward to learning a lot about this place. So, I hope if it's alright if I could come to you guys for some pointers." he concluded. The class took various opinions of Jason through whispers, "Wow, he looks nice... is he an athlete?" the girls subtly gossip among themselves. Usagi felt a slight resemblance in Jason, "He kind of reminds me of Motoki from the arcade. I bet they would get along real well if they ever met." she pondered with a slight giggle. Typical of her, Makoto was at a swooning trance, "Gosh, he's making me think too much of my old senpai..." The second student, appearing off as a geeky boy with a humble demeanor and wide glasses takes his turn. "Um... hello. My name is Billy Cranston. My hobbies are reading, inventing, and blogging." he greeted awkwardly. "I'm really enjoying Japan so far, the ancient landmarks are really fascinating. Although, the electronics you have are pretty cool, too. I didn't know you have, like, a ton of arcades here. A-and- the language is just so-" Billy was then stopped short by his other classmates, prompting him to compose himself, "Sorry." The class gave a chuckle from his ramble. Astonishment struck within Ami, as she was intrigued to find another gifted mind.

The third student, who appeared as African, acquainted himself in confidence. "Hi there! I'm Zack Taylor! I gotta say, I'm really digging the threads you guys got here. Can I try them on sometime? I'd really appreciate it." The students find his language style confusing, but finds it endearing regardless. The next student, a female brunette, gave her bright introduction. "Hi! I'm Kimberly Hart! I'm stoked to take this really exciting tour of your homeland. The shops you have are really pretty. I really wish to collect the stuff as souvenirs! Is that okay?" Minako takes a shining to this particular visitor, almost as if she was seeing a spitting image of herself. The fifth student, with long black hair and features similar to the majority of the class, is next to speak. "Hello. I am Trini Kwan. I may not look like it, but I am familiar with a few traditions of Japan since I follow them in the same way. Though, there are a lot different compared to where I was born. Nevertheless, I am interested to discover them." She proclaimed. The boy students become entranced by her presence. "What a beauty..." they murmured. The girl classmates began to comply subtly, "So polite..." Usagi, Ami, Makoto and Minako couldn't help but draw parallel to a common friend they know. "She looks just like Rei-chan!" Usagi whispered. "Yeah, the resemblance is almost striking." Minako agreed. "I wonder if we can have her meet Trini." Makoto suggested.

The last student, with wavy hair and donning a green jacket, gave the final introduction. "I'm Tommy Oliver. This is the first time I've ever been out of country. So I hope you'll forgive me if I mess up a few things." he chuckled. The girls were marveling at the boy's hair, to the point of imagining how it would flow in the wind. Makoto and Minako included. With all of Mr. Caplan's students accounted for, the main class teacher wraps up the orientation. "We welcome you, visitors. And are pleased to meet your acquaintance. Later on this afternoon, we will be hosting a school festival. We'd be honored if you come look at what we will be presenting. In the meantime, feel free to explore the rest of this school until then." The foreign students took a bow to the classes, as it is the customs of Japan to show signs of respect and gratitude. And promptly exited the room for the students to continue their learning. The four girls can hardly contain their fascination on the new faces, as they eagerly await for the opportunity to engage with them on the festival.

With each delicate step, the rugged witch entered the main compound of the dark fortress. Concealing herself within the dark corners of the rooms, she stumbles into a lit area, whereupon she observes a group of various monster lackeys. One monster in particular, with the appearance of a lion-like beast, is seemingly commanding his followers for an oncoming battle. "All right, you grunts! Today, we shall find an opportunity to destroy our enemies once and for all!" he roared. "B-but Goldar, sir. We have tried everything. And yet our plans always fail!" one hairy monster replied timidly. "That's because you are too incompetent! Too feeble! If you want the chance to take the victory, you need to do it right! Without hesitation!" yelled Goldar. "And that is exactly what we must do!" A wicked female voice erupted throughout the chamber. Standing before them, is a menacing white haired witch. Upon witnessing her, Goldar abided obediently, "Indeed we do, Empress Rita! What is our next move?!" Rita waves her scepter around and directs it to planet Earth, "Hmmm, it appears that I cannot locate those miscreants in the western area anywhere! But they couldn't have gotten far! They're still lying around on Earth somewhere! The first step we need to do is to find them!" From the conversation, the lurking sorcerer had come to the conclusion that the "miscreants" Rita is referring to could be the ones she is after. Thus, she attempts to reveal herself, "Well, well... if it's miscreants you're looking for. I know just the place to look." The group turns to notice her stepping out of the shadows. "I am Zirconia. And I believe we can help each other with this certain matter..."
