Okay yes, the whole reason behind pretty much the whole chapter was just to have Retasu say that line. Yuebin, if you do not know/remember is the 20 year old or so fiancé Purin's father arranged for her in one episode of the anime. He, in all likelihood, will never be mentioned again.
