Axel sat on his narrow bed in his bedroom just looking at the ceiling. Xemnas had given everyone these tiny little rooms, no wonder he left. Hell, he wanted to leave. He just continued to stare on at the ceiling, trying to remember the past, and sighed loudly.
'He's not coming back, he's just going to leave me here and disappear into nothingness, leaving me here to just have vague memories of the past. Why didn't I try to stop hi…oh yeah, I did...he just wouldn't listen to me. Guess love is impossible when you are a nobody. You just forget about everything from the past and then leave the people that helped you along the way. I guess if you have no heart then it makes sense to leave and cut yourself from existence.'
Axel wiped some stray tears from his eyes. He leaned over and started rummaging through a small drawer, where he found a picture of Roxas with his Twilight Town friends. He stared at the picture almost longingly, if he was capable of at least that.
"I wish that this organization had never existed, so I wouldn't have had my non-existent heart become more broken than it already was. I wonder what the hell was in his head when he left. Whether he believes it or not, I am pretty sure I am capable of loving him…I might not feel it on the inside of my heart, but I can think it as much as I want…and tell him as much as I can…but I guess I can't if he isn't here anymore."
He starts to cry more and puts a pillow over his face and growls.
"Xemnas is such a bastard! Why did he do this to us? Just because he was a waste of space didn't mean he had to turn all of us into the same.
Axel sat up quickly with that thought in his head.
"If I am a waste of space, then there is no point of me even being here. I should just leave."
He looked over at his chakrams and gave a watery smile. "Roxas, if you really are out there, I am coming to find you...and if I can't, I am making myself go in complete solitude for the rest of my existence."
Axel took his chakrams from the side of his bed and brought then up to his neck, "I love you Roxas…whether I am capable or not". He left his solitude forever.
