"Nagant! Easy!"

"Calm down!"

"Kamui is right! Simmer down! You're half-naked at the moment!"

Death Arms passed by, and after seeing and told of the situation, he decided to redirect traffic to keep unintentional prying eyes away from the almost-naked Tsutsumi, and eventually everyone got back inside Hawks' Hero Agency office, and there Kamui Woods smacked Mount Lady on her head for nearly causing an unwanted scene.
