"So you're telling me ever since that night I found you all beat up on the floor…Hinata-hime has been talking to you and telling you all sorts of things"
"Yeah… I just don't understand" Naruto replied back to sojiro
"He really is a dumbass…when it comes to women that is" Sojiro said to himself "Umm Uzumaki-san did you ever have a thought that Hinata-hime …well…I don't know likes you"
"Like?" He said
"I mean like, you know like a relationship"
Naruto's face got a little red "Oh…I don't think so I mean I guess were close but just friends…falling in love with the client can never happen…and plus she has to marry that guy" Naruto paused "she doesn't like me like that'
"I can tell you a way to find out"
"Really!" Naruto said getting out of his usually cool character
"Aren't we taking a liking for our client heh heh heh"
"That's not true" Naruto said pulling him by the collar
"Alright, alright don't kill me…so here's the secret right…remember this works about 50 percent of the time…You can tell if someone likes you by looking in their eyes"
"What?" Naruto replied "that's it?"
"Let me finish, now it mostly works on people who really like you and are afraid to tell you, You have to stare into her eyes passionately for a good 5 seconds, if she blushes and turns away, then you have your answer"
"How the hell do you know if that'll work?" Naruto asked
"Well…I read it in a manga called Ichigo 100"
"Ichi-what?"
"Forget it, just try it" He said pushing the elite Ninja
Naruto hoped to the side of the carriage and looked inside to see Hinata reading something
"Oh hi Naruto-kun" she said cheerfully with a smile obviously happy to see him
"H-hi" he said feeling blood rush to his cheeks at her beautiful smile
He tried it they locked eyes passionately
"1…2…3…4…-"
BOOM!!
Everyone jumped at the loud explosion Naruto was over Hinata protectively so nothing would harm her
Naruto- san were under attack we already lost about ¾ of the people we came with
"3/4 of our ninja, you're kidding me?"
"We kid you not; we need your assist- ugh"
"crap"
Naruto came out of the carriage to see hordes of Ninja surrounding them
"Damn they're prepared some one knows I'm with them"
Naruto pulled over the ninja hood and dashed for a tree
He focused some chakra to his ear to listen in, it seemed as though the leader of the squad was the one who took out everyone who traveled with them
"I thought Orochimaru-sama said that the Uzumaki punk was with them" One of the ninja said with a sneer
"Just be on your guard…and remember the mission"
"So why does Orochimaru-sama, want this girl?"
"To take over the Hyuga's and learn everything there is to know about the byakugan" the leader said
"Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu" They heard a voice call out
"Look out! Wait, where is he!?"
Before they knew it about 6 of the people who were with them were pulled under the earth to about the necks and were impailed in the middle of the head by kunais
"Shit! Be on your guard!" they're was silence
They're were only about 8 people left
"Easy" Naruto said to himself
Just then one of the men started to kill off the men leaving only two men, the leader and his second in command
"It's time to put an end to this" The leader watched as his second in command took out the man but he saw the shadow rise up to form a man
"It's that jutsu, Orochimaru told me about, Gama Daira Kage Ayatsuri no Jutsu... with that jutsu he can merge with the enemy's shadow and take complete control of their body, I'm impressed…question is can you defeat me?"
Naruto was busy with the other guy
"He's a little tougher but I can handle him" Naruto said to himself
"Hey kid who were you trained by, cause that move is something your not supposed to be able to do" The leader called out
"I don't speak to the dead…I put them to rest!" He said clashing kunais and then striking down on the lesser with his katana with lightning speed
Naruto made his way to the boss, they stood off in they're stance with their swords out
"So are you going to tell me your name and the way you learned that technique"
"You should already know Uzumaki Naruto…and my teacher in Konoha is the opposite of your teacher Orochimaru, the Gama sannin Jiraiya." Naruto announced
"Ahh I should've known…well prepare to die!" He said charging full speed
Naruto charged at him as well they clashed swords and kept clashing, at the moment it was the battle between swordsmen
"How bout' we put that training from our teachers to some use" he said with a smirk
"…"
He sent some pretty big snakes after Naruto, Naruto waited and then stuck his Katana in the ground and started to form seals Doton: Yomi Numa" a large swampland was created under the snakes and totally engullfed them almost taking the enemy ninja with it
"What the hell!" He yelled out in surprise
"You might have some jutsu, but I've been everywhere and learned thousands of jutsu…there's no way you can beat me…death is your only option" Naruto said coldly
"Shit" he said in frustration "Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu"
Naruto took the hit and disappeared
"What the – no" He turned around and was met with "Odama Rasengan!"
He then burst into a whole mess of snakes
"Naruto looked towards the path where the carriage was and saw it was burned
"Hinata! That damn coward"
"Uzumaki!"
Naruto turned to see him with Hinata over his shoulder
"Until we meet again…The names Hitsuji Gozen" He then dashed off towards his native village
"Heh Heh, dumbass" Naruto said walking towards the bushes where a soundly sleeping Hinata laid
A big explosion came from the direction the Ninja dashed to, waking Hinata from her sleep
"Wait, what happened?" She asked
"Everyone's dead" Naruto said with no emotion but still trying to avoid her gaze
"Everyone!?" She asked surprised
"Yeah I guess this really wasn't a joke of a mission" Naruto said
Hinata looked at her surroundings and noticed a newly added swamp, some craters blood and bodies littered all over this battlefield
"If you can't handle it I understand…I'm sorry I couldn't prevent the people you came with from dying…but in a way that's the job of a ninja" Naruto said truthfully
"So what about the men who weren't Ninjas?"
"That couldn't be helped…sometimes the innocent get caught…none of these people will be forgotten" He said pulling her into an embrace
"This time it came naturally…what the hell" Naruto said to himself
They broke apart and Naruto looked at Hinata trying what Sojiro said
"1…2…3…4…-"Naruto was cut off by some faint breathing and coughing
"Wait here" he said gaining a nodded response
Gasp "Sojiro!"
"What's up?" He said faintly
"Shit, I have to help you" Naruto said
"But what can you do? It looks like he was pierced somewhere in his abdomen"
"Hey…didn't I tell you to wait?" Naruto asked
"There's no time for that, remember?"
"Ok…Sojiro…just know that I flunked medical practice in Konoha, so I'm no Tsunade"
"Cough…thanks, very reassuring" he said with a little chuckle
After Naruto was done they took Sojiro to the nearest village for some better help, straying them further off course
"Well looks like I wont be living the sweet life for the rest of this trip" Hinata said laughing
Naruto then stopped in front of her and got low signaling for her to get on his back
"I don't want you to hurt yourself…or get tired…sooo hop on and I'll carry you
She stopped and stared for a second
"You getting on or what?" he asked
"Gladly" She said wrapping her arms around his neck and resting herself on his back
"Ready?" he said
"Yeah…and Naruto…thank you for protecting there and being there...I like you a lot"
"no problem" he said
They then walked off reaching jkust a little bit closer to there destination
"but wait a minute if she says that…does that mean I still have to do the eye contact thing…arggh damn he never explained that" Naruto said to himself as they walked on
Well as you can see I tried an ACTION scene but I really suck at it lol, well if you guys like it tell me any way read and review,
Oh yeah Naruto not super powerful its just that he learned alot of techniques...even if they are not his element(my story lol)
