Well what's up guys, sorry for being so late, school and this computer is very complicated

Now on with the story

Hinata and Naruto sat there separate ways, Naruto in the tree and Hinata by the tent, they didn't speak for a while now as Hinata tried to light her own fire and Naruto just slept.
Hinata was close to lighting the fire, after a couple of tries she finally got the fire and turned around to grab her pot when suddenly the wind blew out her fire. She turned back to see the fire missing she shrugged it of and just light another one and turned around again, but this time water from above put it out Hinata looked at where the fire used to be and pondered

"Water?" she said confused

She heard snickering in the distance

"Jackass!" She yelled as Naruto just turned his back towards her with a satisfied smirk on his face

"Why is he so mean?" She said grabbing the pot first this time and then lighting the fire

Naruto looked up again and gazed at the big black clouds that approached

"Hinata-hime, I don't think your pitiful tent will stand up to the huge storm that approaches" He said lazily

"What do you care?" She said

"Tents don't really last through rain, I mean it doesn't hurt to try though" she said again

Naruto scoffed and formed a hand sign and then a ton of water fell like a storm onto her tent

"Not even ten seconds" He said cockily

"You…you… IDIOT!" She yelled up to him "Now what am I supposed to use?" She said sadly

"You can use my tent" He said bluntly

"Won't it be just the same?" She said still sad about her tent

"Nope, my tent was specially made in the mist village…when I went on a mission with a guy named Zabuza Momochi, not a hard mission, but there was a lot of rain

"Specially made huh?" She said

"Only the best for a princess" He replied

Hinata turned away a little mad at the sarcastic comment

Hinata sat in the warm tent, while Naruto sat outside starring at the dark clouds

What was scary was these were some ominous clouds that were unnaturally dark, and the way they moved while the rain came with it

Now it was pitch black although it was in the middle of the day

"Things don't seem right" He said to him self

AHHHHHH

Naruto jumped and made his way to the tent in no time he slipped through the folds and grabbed Hinata close to him to make sure if an enemy was to attack he would at least know she was safe

Naruto scan the tent and then looked at Hinata who he didn't notice was so close in his arms, they both pulled away quickly

"Sorry…why'd you scream?"

"Because Naruto…I knew if I told you to stay here with me you'd say no, and-"

"You're absolutely right, I am going to say no...Because I don't feel like being tempted and failing this mission" He said out right

"Naruto can you just listen…Dark stormy nights like the one outside come around a couple of times…and each time they do I…I end up like a scared child, because my mothers no longer their to protect me…like she used to…so could u please stay…take it as a part of your mission please"

He looked once and her eyes sparkled

"Damn, why does she have to be so cute?" He said to himself "Alright, alright but no funny stuff"

"yay" she said as she hugged him and pecked his cheek

"Hey I said no funny stuff" He said blushing furiously

The rain poured hard but nothing was harming Naruto's specially made tent He and Hinata kept their distance as he watched he sleep while he looked around the room remembering the times he spent in the tent

"ahh the good ol' days" Naruto said out loud

"What?" Hinata said waking up

"It's nothing, back to sleep" He said to her

"You expect me to fall asleep now, that I woken up…that's going to be kind of hard you know" She said to him

"Yeah, yeah" he said

"So have you slept yet?"

"Nope"

"Umm, Naruto how many days has it been since you last had a goodnights sleep?" She asked

"Like the day before going on this mission, why?" He asked curiously

"Because you need sleep, or else when you hit the pillow you'll be down for the count"

"Don't worry about me, I'm trained for this stuff…."

"Right…all apart of being a Ninja, right?" She said seeing it as funny

"It is" Naruto said tersely "And let's not start this again"

"But what's it's with you ninjas do you have any morals for yourself, don't you have your own thoughts, or emotions we're all human, at least try to look at it from my point of view." She said

"I try to look at it from your point of view…but I just never had the chance you had to experience life…all I know is the art of the shinobi…and until I die…I don't think that will change" he said truthfully

"So you've never had fun in your whole life…but your 20"

"I mean there was that time when the Uchiha's lit my ass on fire and I flooded out their whole complex with water but that didn't count" He said

"Well it's still dark out, sooo how about I tell you about how it is"

"…I don't know…alright at least to pass the time." He said hiding his actual curiosity

"ok" she said with a thoughtful look on your face

"…"

"Ummm"

"Well"

"Hold on, hold on I don't know where to start"

"…."

"Alright here goes, there was a boy named Naruto." She paused "He loved to run through the streets of Konoha, feeling the breeze in his hair and having a big foxy grin on his face, but to him the best part was out running the Konoha guards after defacing the Hokage mountain," She looked at him with a smile and Naruto was staring up unconsciously with a huge foxy grin on his face "He then hide on the wall with a cloak, Naruto smiled with satisfaction but little did he know Iruka-sensei was right behind him. Naruto was taken back to the academy it just so happened that he had cut classes that day because he loved living on the edge." She looked at Naruto and surprisingly he was leaned up on her shoulder fast asleep

"Just like a baby" she said as she took the time to hold him close

As she rest there with him in pure bliss, Some thing happened and Hinata was snatched up quick

"NARUTO!!!!" She screamed through the rain and thunder

"What?...Wait a minute…No" He fantically looked around and then poked his head from under the flap and watch as they disappeared

"HINATA!!!" He yelled back but there was no answer

Well who could have kidnapped Hinata, and has Naruto finally found a different light to being human
