Disclaimer:My knowledge of Apocrypha is like, 1 clip from the Anime and some scenes from FGO, so i'm using the Wiki to make this(which is what I do for all of my ideas/prompts).

When Sora uses The Power of Waking for what he knows is the last time, he'd been ecstatic when he was given a chance to say goodbye to Kairi one final time, and although he wasn't exactly leaving his friends behind without any regrets, he could, at the very least say goodbye with a smile on his face.

And then he wakes up to the sound of someone attempting to wake him up, which should bring him nothing but happiness, but instead only leaves him with far too many questions, like how is he alive, and why does he feel stronger than he's ever been before?

And on top of that, why was the person trying to wake him up calling him "Saver"?

Nitty Gritty detail time.

Takes place directly after the ending and discounts the secret ending(original I know), and right at the beginning of Apocrypha, sometime after Ruler/Jeanne is summoned.

Sora has the X-Blade, but using it drains him of almost all of his mana(About 99.99% to be exact), and it's his Noble Phantasm. Can't be spammed and command seals don't increase its power at all. He can use it to cast Grand Magic without limits for a time after it's deployed, can only stay active for 5 minutes at a time, can't be extended in any way.

Sora has access to all of his abilities across all of Kingdom Hearts history(excluding Re:Coded for obvious reasons) and all of the obtainable Keyblades throughout Kingdom Hearts History(excluding Re:Coded for obvious reasons), including Unbound and the various versions of the Ultima Weapon.

He was summoned in order to protect Ruler/Jeanne(They were originally trying to summon Gilgamesh but outside forces rigged the summoning system so that they wouldn't be able to summon him).

Sora doesn't get any of his Dream Eaters, but he can use Flow Motion. No Summoning or Attraction Flow though.

He has a Reality Marble, it's his Station of Awakening.

His Servant stats are thus-

Sora doesn't like The Mages Association or Yggdmillennia. Like at all. He's very vocal about this fact. Fran, Mordred, Sieg, Astolfo, and Jeanne are cool though.

The Holy Grail gave him the absolute minimum amount of information he needs(What Servants are, what the Holy Grail is, what the Holy Grail War is) and that's it. No cultural or Magecraft/True Magic information.

Sora isn't replacing any Canon Character, he's just sorta plopped in via somebody deciding "Man you know what'd be a really good idea? Giving Ruler a Bodyguard".

And that's about all I could come up with. Very much not an original idea at all, but whatever, might as well try my hand at using this idea.
