Sup guys, Lighting Wolf here! Back with another story, this one about Gears of War. Enjoy the 2100-word chapter. I don't own Gears of War; Epic Games and a few others do.

Lizzie very much took pride in being Carmine as a soldier. She was a gear like the rest of her family. She slammed a drone to the ground before finishing it off with a stomp that make her uncle proud.

It was then she was greeted by another 2 falling to the ground before an obsidian-colored Onyx Guard slammed into it and finished it off with a short stab of the lancer. The COG special forces soldier looked at her and seemed to want to say something before an explosion turned them.

"Can't get a damn break." They muttered before turning. "Nice killing the snatcher without backup, pretty gutsy." He added to which she nodded.

"Well, its guts are all over the place." Lizzie snarked as the Onyx Guard laughed and looked at her with interest.

Another closer explosion forced the duo into cover and made both of them of the idea for now at the end of the day and it was clear more and more if something was going to be all over and over, eager to try and relax. There was a lot more to try and focus on at the end of the day.

Still? He was utterly quiet at the end of the day. He slowly yet surely lifted his head as the two unleashed a hail of gunfire which brought two drones down, drowning them in their fluids at the end of the day.

He stayed silent, amused at the time as he looked at Lizzie. The two gears were ready to try and fight and it was clear more and more that such wars were common for them all of them were able to relax and both of them would be able to fight.

Still? More and more drones would come at the end of the day. There were a lot more games to be had at this moment and sadly it grew.

They were to relax, getting it all to an end and it was all too tiresome of an odd little peace between them and would continue.

They were relaxing at the end of the time. It just boggled the brain more and more and made it that much harder to deal with. How much did he need to try and focus at the end of the day?

It was not often that he had to deal with such things and yet here he was on the frontlines of war once more. He prepared more and more to try and focus on at the end of the day.

It was a lot more pressing to a soldier like him than it could be. He raised his rifle and dropped the magazine to the ground, exhausted at the end of the day. He slammed another one into the weapon and readied it to be fired.

They were unsure more and more about what would happen if he fired more rounds into the melee. Pure gunfire itself wouldn't win them the day alone upon such things. Not at all and not now as he turned to relax.

"First big gunfight since the war?" He asked Lizzie who shrugged as the two popped up and scanned for the drones.

"Kinda, war brings out a lot of drones and I've been trying to kill at the end of the day. I don't know what to focus upon at the end of today." Lizzie said before he frowned to himself.

It was a harder problem to try and deal with. The more the better to try and handle and handle at the end of the day and yet totally worn down by it all. Too much was on his end of the day in and day out was, he was confused by it and worn down by it all.

He did not worry, did not want to worry, he had a lot more to try and focus on certain problems and focus more and more at the end of the day.

He was a lot more curious at the end of the day before he clicked to try and understand at the time being. All it did was remind him that he was still on the front lines as he looked around before he slowly started to think.

He was too tired at the end of today to think, all his training, his power, and control went into firing and shooting as he expected more and more soldiers to come and attack. He felt busy trying to cut down on whoever and whatever was in front of him.

The drones were mere cannon fodder to whoever was within his path next. It went leaps and bounds beyond what he needed to do and could relax upon completing, there was no real need or desire to do anything rather than just fixing it all of it came to it.

More and more drones seemed to be able to be defeated. There was a roar as a monstrous beast which they all recognized at the moment. All of them could and would fear the monster that bared down on them like a wall of water, something that was horrid.

"Swarmak! Damn it, damn it all!" He heard as both of them sighed with annoyance.

The silver lining was simple. It didn't have its guns and they knew it, if the walking tank did possess the firepower to which they were usually identified? Well, it'd be something that could and would become amusing for now, something else to deal with such measures and something that it could and would end up being more horrendous at the moment.

Well? It'd be worse than this by a far margin and everyone knew it, they all have the potential when it came down to it, something that didn't sit well with them, and they all knew that.

All it seemed to be able to try and figure it all out as he looked down at the ground. They didn't at all understand it, for now, and didn't need to, all they knew was terror and it would be horrendous for all involved.

"Can we pull the convoy out of here? We need to get them out of here…" She heard as she looked at him. "I got an idea to take that thing out but you're going to have to trust me." He said before she nodded.

"Sure, but we can't do it until those drones are out. Big ugly won't be a problem unless it charges." She said before he shrugged.

"You think you can knock big ugly over with your minotaur? I got a pack of bolas and that thing's head will be open when it falls over…." Hunter added before he hummed to himself.

"You want to dump grenades down a Swarmak's throat? damn, you Onyx Guard ARE crazy…" Lizzie said as he shrugged.

"Well, unless you want the chopper to do it or have a damn big gun to try and deal with it besides then? We're not doing anything with anyone and you know it." He said before there was silence, all too much of it all the more and more of it came.

He had a lot more to try and deal with when it was all said and done for now, he had a lot more to say and do. A larger part of it all, something that he could and would need to be relaxed once more.

They had a very large monster to kill, the monster was to try and kill them but well? They had a way to kill it and would do so in a way that would personally be able to figure it out while she managed to end for now.

So damn much had gone onto it for now, he was unable to try and decide for now, he had to look down at the ground, what else was he going to relax. He wanted to think, he wanted nothing more than to grasp at straws.

He was unable to try and end it out for now. Had something else while fighting again and again and again.

The beast roared, sending the two soldiers, both of whom were sent fleeing for their lives, running… Neither had a measure of mercy but he was unsure once more.

He was unable to think. He was prepared for now, always ready to engage something before now as he looked downwards at the ground. Had something else managed to come down the line? Had something else managed to claw its way out of here? He hoped not.

"This damn thing…" Hunter muttered before he looked downwards at the ground. "Can someone please ram it? we need it taken out, the sooner the better. I have a bag of grenades to cut through its mouth." Hunter said before he looked downwards.

He raised his rifle prepared more and more for another battle, another way to see this through. It was something else more and more terrifying to the end of the day, a terrifying push in the right direction. What else could become of it all to the end?

"Give me a SECOND!" Lizzie yelled before she looked to the side, unsure of her idea as she looked downwards to the ground.

"Are you going to be ok when this is all said and done?" Hunter heard as he sighed and started to cut through the rest of the area with some amusement as he thought of it.

They had a LOT more to do when it came down to it. He didn't know if he'd survive the mourning yet he was able to try and more with each passing second. He looked downwards at the ground before he was consumed by it all.

Yet? He didn't at all know what was coming and what was going… All he knew was the second was that this beast was going down again and again.

He cracked his fingers once more as he surged forwards, trying to get the best to chase and attack him. the second it turned its maw towards him? He'd hope it could be used against it.

The beast did seem to take notice of him, screaming like a giant monster of fear while screaming to him, its maw leaking spittle once more, all seeming to leak from its giant jaw while he seemed to relax once more.

He would be unable to try and deal something else out as he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth, the beast seemed to cut through the air towards him as he ran, hoping that it could attack once more.

He rushed to the side, looking for his friend, unable to do so much to try to see and do… It was going to be perfect once again, something that needed to keep growing more and more.

He supposed he finally got his wish as the monster was drowned out by the beast trying to cut him down to size, utterly blind and uncertain of it all as he looked as he smirked, and then heard the screaming of engines.

Yet? The beast seemed to slowly rush forwards, unnoticing as the tank seemed to cut through the area, the engines of the craft seemed to spin and then he looked downwards.

The vehicle slammed into the beast, bringing it crashing down to the ground, slamming into the pavement like a tank and reminding him that he had brought it to the knees it had been on.

It seemed to do the trick, bringing the beast down in a position that he could deal with. he rushed forwards, arming one of the grenades and knowing when one went off? They'd ALL go off, blasting into a massive inferno of noise and fire from which there was no escape, yes, it seemed likely he'd be dealing with some magic today.

The blast which consumed it, a massive crimson fireball? Well, to him? That was magic… At least something similar to it enough that he could enjoy it in a way that amused him.

The soldier was sent rolling along the pavement as he looked at the Minotaur, pausing only to grab his rifle… She had the gall and he damn sure knew it.

The sound of more Locust only annoyed him into relaxing.
