When Takayuki Yagami had been contacted by Prosecutor Sae Nijima in order to help her with her ongoing investigation into the Mental Shutdown and Psychotic Breakdown incidents that had been occurring for the past 2 years, he hadn't exactly expected to find himself working with a bunch of High School kids in order to help reform society, nor had he expected to awaken to the power of Rebellion within himself.
