Once Issei left the room, silence pervial the room for a moment. Everyone seems to be thinking about what just happened a moment ago.

Well, as the leader of the club I have to be the one to break it.

"Everyone." Everyone turned their attention to me immediately. Their loyalty to me shined so well and… it's kind of lovely. "Perhaps it would be a good call to let us convene today's club activity early."

"Are you sure about that President?" Yuuto asked me with a concerned eye. "We won't be able to hit the quota for the day if we decide to call it off for today."

"I understand your concern Yuuto, but Koneko and I weren't exactly feeling well enough." Speaking of Koneko.. "And I'm sorry to ask you to come when you are sick."

Koneko merely gave a wave, signaling to me that I don't have to worry about it despite clearly struggling to stay upright. Akeno looked worried at the state of our junior and Yuuto relented. "I understand. I apologize for being inconsiderate."

"It's understandable. Now go home, all of you. Let's bulk up tomorrow."

With that, everyone left the room. Akeno used a teleportation circle to transport Koneko out of the room while Yuuto left through the front door. I was the only one left as silence prevailed in the room.

I don't feel like going back yet. The talk with Ise- I mean Hyoudou- just now made me mentally exhausted.

"It's been 10 years… where has the time been?"

Perhaps it wasn't in character for me, nor expected from me, but brooding by my lonesome has been a pastime of mine whenever I just really want to be alone. Everyone, not even my family, knew this.

(I do suspect they do know, but opted to leave me alone. But that was for the future.)

The only desk in the room was where I usually sat, and some secrets were kept in it. It was a chore to ensure there were things where it was only I who could access it.

Opening the bottom shelf revealed some trinkets that I kept from our past club activities. Ranging from cursed pendants to fragments of relics. But those were not what I wanted. I hooked my fingers on the side of the shelf, pulled up and revealed a secret compartment.

In it was a bat keychain with a tiny pentagram in the middle of the bat's body and red chains. Another item of note was a fishing float that had long lost its uses. My hand reached out for the last item and took it out.

It had been a while since I looked at this old picture. Every time I reminisce while seeing this picture brought a type of hurt that never left.

The great memories that brought about that moment, and the painful memory of the tragic end. No matter how many years had passed, my yearning never ceased.

Now he has returned, even without memories and a different Heart, the yearning aches my Heart. I wished to tell him all, to reach out to him and feel his Heart once more. But it was too late.

I should've been there with him during the aftermath. Yet I chose to mend my own Heart and shelter myself from the hurt.

"He's back, Master." I said out loud, as if I was talking to someone. Well, it was accurate to say I am imagining myself talking to Master.

"He doesn't recognize me, but at the very least he still has the potential to use a Keyblade." Which, in all intents and purposes, is still a good thing in the long run.

"But I think he forgot most of his training, which made your lesson kind of moot." I chuckled at myself, and perhaps even Master would too. That boy was a hard student.

"But… I hope I can help him get back to where we last left off. Hopefully by then… we are ready." I looked through the window and saw the moon had risen. Its glow seemed brighter today and the addition of it being a full moon gave a calming effect to me.

Unconsciously, I placed down the photo and formed a square using my hand. The square perfectly captured the moon into the frame before I shifted it into a heart shape.

My Heart ached at the reminder of my action. Master did it once, as a way to remind himself of his home. Now, I did it as a reminder of where those who my Heart connected to had left.

I finally let down my arms and looked at the picture once more. The same bright smile I wore plastered there permanently alongside a brown haired boy. Between us was a young adult, whose face was blurred away, grinning ear to ear while holding both of us up.

"I missed you… Master S̷̯̑͠o̷̬͔̝̎͊̊͝r̸̨̄̀͛a̴̜̭͖̅."

A hole in the sky was ripped open, clouds swirling around it as it was devoured by the abyss. Thunder mercilessly struck anything that got near the hole as a new landmass fell upon us.

The seven seas merged with more seas and increased the water level of the world, submerging the lower land with rapid pace. The ocean's unnatural wrath devoured those who failed to escape.

And stood at the apex of all the disaster was seven lights and one darkness.

"Have you gone mad?! You're not making anything better by doing this!" A young adult with a crowned necklace yelled at the light and darkness. His face was full of anxiety and his eyes were losing any hope it had left.

"Don't even bother!" A man with crooked horns and red hair scowled as black abyssal flames emerged from the palms of his hands. "They won't listen to reasons anymore! They just want to fulfill whatever that damned book told them!"

"I couldn't help but agree with my estranged brother." A man with glowing wings brandished a blade made of pure light and raised it towards the pillars. "These… beings had reached the point beyond reasons. To preserve all worlds, we must defeat them!"

The young adult sighed, unable to find any words to argue against the pair of inhumans. He swung his hand out and manifested a basic looking Keyblade. It had a silver blade with blue rainguard and crown shaped teeth at the tip. The handle guard was gold in color and had a keychain of three circles forming a pattern.

"Then let's finish this." The three adults marched towards the pillars, determination exuded on their faces as their final battle was upon them.

But there was only one more thing left for the young adult to do.

"Master!" Two children's voices were heard by him, causing him to whip his head back to where it came. The pair of children ran towards him, one of them holding a keyblade. "Take us with you!"

The master frowned at the request. "I can't do that. It's too dangerous."

"But it's dangerous for you too. You need all the help!" The juvenile keyblade wielder insisted while their friend agreed. "We were trained for this."

"You were trained to defend yourself and others. Not this." He gestured towards the pillars at his last words. "Leave it to Keyblade Masters and powerful people for now."

The apprentice was unable to make a retort. The master was right about what he said but the child couldn't help but be worried. The apprentice's friend, who was as worried, managed to speak. "Then… will you be okay? Will you be back?"

This time, the frown was lost but instead a smile of reassurance. "I promise I'll be fine. Once this is over… I'll take both of you to my world where we can train as much as we want."

The pair of children brightened up by that. The prospect of spending more time with their master was appealing enough to convince them.

"Then you better fulfill it, Master S̸͙̲̝̿̈͜ǒ̶̢̽̒r̸̪͍͉̻̕â̸͙̦̺!"

But he never returned.

The sun ray brought me back to the land of waking as my alarm clock rang.

As exhausted as I was, I was glad that my alarm managed to awaken me in time to prepare for school once again.

Everything was fine, including the breakfast. Yet something in me… something in my Heart made me feel unease. A tinge of worry constantly weighing me.

What was the cause of it?

But that answer came when I finally arrived at the school.

The bodies of students stood outside of the gate with a shell shocked expression while the teachers were frantically trying to understand the situation.

Gone was Kuoh High, but in its place was a castle with foreign banner. Behind the gates were other bodies of students from what I could tell and a woman arguing with one of the teachers.

"Where in Manaria, or even which Skydom, are we?!"

Oh no…
