The helicopters came flying over Splatsville as they landed on the ground with everyone hopping out.
"Wait, hold on a moment, this isn't everyone…" Nagisa said.
The Octoling pilot turned her head. "The ones who piled in with Ikura are heading over to Inkblot. The rest of you are to remain here for now, because Mr. Grizz has a feeling the town is about to get hit by the Salmonids."
"So we just sit around and do nothing?" Komaru asked.
"Or you could survey the land for possible entry points. This could get ugly!"
The helicopters lifted up from the ground as they flew off, leaving everyone behind.
"...That's just lovely." Mondo said.
"Alright. We should split up and search high and low for entry points in this town. Bar the subway if you have to, we're not going to let them go underground and find their way into Inkopolis." Mukuro said. "We are not going to let this place fall to Salmonids."
"Wow, look at you being a badass!" Junko smirked.
"Perks of being the Ultimate Soldier."
"Excuse me!" Soldier spoke up. "I'm the Soldier around here and I say that I'm the Ultimate Soldier around these parts!"
Mukuro shot him a glare. "Shut the hell up before I make those grenades on your chest explode and you're nothing but legs and a spine poking out of what's left of your waist."
"That happens to me often!"
"You listen to me. Got it?"
"And why should I listen to you?"
"Let's put it this way. As I have "Ultimate" as my status, that would make me a general… and what's your rank?"
"Simple! My rank is a Grizzled Veteran, see?" He pulled out a rectangular badge.
"...That's just a painted lid from a can of tuna." Mukuro folded her arms. "As far as I'm concerned, you listen to me, got it?"
"Ha! And why should I listen to you? I can knock you senseless in a wrestling match!"
"...Prove it."
"Winner gets to tell the other what to do!"
"I like those odds."
"Come here, sweetheart!" Soldier smirked as he lunged at Mukuro, where they watched her effortlessly knock him to the ground and sat on top of his back. "Okay! I wasn't ready! Do over!"
"I don't do "Do overs"." Mukuro got up. "Attention!"
Soldier immediately stood up, saluting. "Yes general ma'am soldier, sir!"
"I'm going to do some recon. When I get back, I'm going to station you somewhere in this very town and I do not want to see you leaving that post. Do we understand one another?"
"Sir yes sir!"
"Good. I'm glad we had this little talk." Mukuro walked off.
"Daaaaaaaamn!" Junko said in awe. She's like a completely different person. I love it!
"I don't believe it… she actually made him listen to someone other than himself!" Scout said.
"Come on, we might as well check the layout of the town before we get ourselves situated." Engi said.
Meanwhile, at Inkblot Art Academy…
A helicopter flew overhead as Ikura immediately free fell out of the helicopter, and was joined by Ribbon, CFVY, SSSN and Azure.
"So this is Inkblot… interesting." Coco said as they walked through the area.
"The art here is quite lovely." Velvet said.
"And you guys have Turf Wars here? I mean, I'm glad it's all covered up but-"
"We don't just do Turf Wars. We have Anarchy battles too." Ribbon said. "Rainmaker, Splat Zones, Tower Control… Clam Blitz that no one ever likes."
"That's one thing we can agree on." Ikura mumbled. "But honestly? I find this rather ironic of you."
"What do you mean?"
"You came here with me, correct? You have a little Salmonid with you, yet here you are willing to splat Salmonids. It just proves my point that all Salmonids are bad if you tagged along with me."
"I didn't know I'd be coming here, okay? I thought I was going to be dropped off in Splatsville so I could do some Turf Wars or some Anarchy battles while you harm millions of Salmonid."
"I'm just doing my part because Salmonids are mindless creatures hellbent on destroying civilizations! When was the last time you've heard of New Splat City or Squid-io De Janeiro thriving? It's been literal years because Salmonids destroyed them all! No one was able to defend themselves. They came, they destroyed, cities and landscapes fell to RUIN because of them… and I'm going to make sure Splatsville or Inkopolis doesn't fall to these pieces of coral."
"Okay, I get it! But so far Inkopolis and Splatsville have been doing very well, so Grizzco has had to be doing something right! And what's stopping us from repopulating and rebuilding those cities anyway?"
"She's not wrong." Sun said.
"You don't think people have tried that? They tried, but Salmonids keep coming back for more! I wanted to go to Fishus, Italy because I've heard that place is the only place on Earth that doesn't have roads, but I can't because THAT place got destroyed too!"
"Well, you're the top employee of Grizzco, maybe you can go to those places and wipe out all the Salmonids there and help repopulate the cities all by yourself." Ribbon said.
"Ha! Everyone knows you can't one squid army the Salmonids. You have to do it as a group."
Ribbon smirked. "So what I'm hearing is… you're all talk and no ink. You claim you're a big shot but in reality, you rely on others. So does that make your top employee status null and void?"
Ikura growled. "Keep talking and so HELP ME, I will shove this Brella up your-"
"Ladies!" Azure got between them. "Can we focus on not killing each other?"
Ikura glared at Ribbon. "At least I don't keep savages as pets."
"The only savage here is you!"
"HA! Says the squid who tagged along on a Big Run!"
"I hope the Salmonds splat you, so I can Squidbag on your inkified remains, you so-called big shot Grizzco NOTHING."
"You LITTLE…"
"Ooookay, break it up! NOW!" Coco yelled. "This is gonna get us nowhere if you two keep bickering over your differences on Salmonid!" She pinched the bridge of her nose. "Oi… at least Kamado was more reasonable than this…"
"Goodness gracious." A voice said. "If I heard my kids argue like this, I'd tell them to go to their rooms and calm down immediately."
Azure turned his head first, recognizing the voice. "Cordy?"
They would see a woman approaching them. "Hey. I was in the neighborhood checking the place out when I heard a shouting fight happen."
"Wait, you're Cordelia?" Coco asked.
"Indeed, I am." She smiled. "Cordelia Brooks, a pleasure to meet you. I'm surprised there are other humans in this world just like me… oh, and Faunus too."
"It's… a long story, you see-"
"Game faces on, people! The tide is rising!" Grizz warned them as the water rose and started to cover the lower portions of the Art Academy.
"Alright, here we go." Sun said.
"Neptune, you think you could use your semblance for this?" Sage asked.
"I could probably try!" Neptune nodded as everyone readied their weapons, all the while Ikura and Ribbon had a "we'll finish this later" glare before they had their game faces on as the alarms blared.
"I'm not going to sugarcoat it. There are Salmonids everywhere. Just stay focused at the task at hand and you'll get through. I hope you had your coffee."
BGM: Big Run (Splatoon 3)
"Well, that doesn't sound ominous at all." Fox said as Yatsuhashi readied his sword and Azure pulled out a Splattershot Nova, although it looked incredibly different as it was navy blue and had a zodiac wheel on the ink tank.
"Stay fresh, people! Let's do this!" Azure said as the Salmonids emerged from the water.
"Ah, splat… where's my Tri-Stinger?!" Ribbon wondered as two weapon cases landed near her and Ikura as they opened it up, where Ribbon would see the Reef-LUX and Ikura pulled out a Hydra Splatling.
"Oh yeah. Now we're cooking!" Ikura smirked as she opened fire, splatting the Cohocks with ease where Ribbon swam up on the middle platform and started shooting miniature arrows at the Salmonids.
Coco immediately fired at some Chum, then a Steel Eel came crawling out and had her shots be ineffective. It immediately lunged for her but she rolled out of the way and saw the driver at the tail. She shot at said driver, only for a Cohock to ambush her and smacked her away with a frying pan as the Steel Eel went toward her, only for Fox to come in and punched the Steel Eel, sending it crashing into a building where Sun shot the Salmonid to render the Steel Eel useless.
"What's with the golden eggs?" Sun wondered.
"Throw them in the basket! Mr. Grizz wants them!" Ikura ordered.
"For what, golden omelets?" Coco asked.
"No… but I imagine it's something much more insidious." Cordelia said, blocking an attack from a Cohock and parrying him, then cut him down to size as he exploded in ink
"Alright, here we go!" Neptune immediately ran into the water and dove in, then a pillar of water emerged out as he started unleashing torrents of water at the Salmonids. A Stinger came into view at the other side and proceeded to shoot a laser at Neptune as he did the same, both connecting and evenly matched where Sage immediately swung at the pots and pans, making the Stinger fall to the ground until the head exploded, then Sage immediately threw the golden eggs toward the basket.
"Yeah! That'll teach ya! Hahahaha!" Neptune laughed when suddenly, a yellow light appeared underneath him, where he heard a miniature alarm as he looked down… and then a Maws came up. "Yipe!" He yelped, his legs spread out and on both ends of the Maws' mouth, desperately using his legs to keep his jaws apart.
"Uh… guys…! A LITTLE HELP HERE!" He yelped as Ribbon turned to him, where she pulled out a Splat Bomb and put it into the Reef-LUX. She aimed at the mouth of the Maws and fired, the Splat Bomb flying directly into the mouth where it exploded and made Neptune fall on his butt in the water pillar. "Mmmph! …Thanks!"
"You're welcome!" Ribbon smiled as she felt something clobber her ankles as she looked down and saw some Smallfry smacking her legs. She immediately kicked them away where Ikura crushed them with her foot, causing Ribbon to grimace.
I know they're not my bro, but… gross. Ribbon thought as she turned around and shot down a few Cohocks and sniped the driver of another Steel Eel that had its eyes on Velvet, who had put herself on one knee, holding Tenta Missiles in her hands and proceeded to let it rip, laying waste on any Salmonid that was unlucky enough to get hit by the missiles, including a Fly Fish that tried to fight back, but the moment it opened up its containers, Velvet's Tenta Missiles blew it up.
"Nailed it!" Velvet smiled as she ran over to collect the eggs while Ikura destroyed another Stinger… and then the alarms blared right after, signaling the end of the round.
"That was it?" Coco asked. "That wasn't so bad."
"That was just the first wave. It's usually the easiest."
"...I'm sorry, what. The WHAT wave?" Coco asked as suddenly, it started to get foggier. "Ack! What's with this fog?!"
"This isn't good…" Sun said.
"Alright, look alive, people! Just because the fog's rolling in doesn't mean all is lost." Ikura said as the alarms blared, signaling the start of the second wave.
"Stay focused. This is going to get interesting." Cordelia said as the Salmonids started coming in as some of them charged directly at Fox, who kept his cool and was in his stance.
A Chum lunged at him from behind as he turned around and kicked him away, then threw his arm up to smack a Cohock in the face behind him as he turned around and punched the Cohock into a Scrapper, where he lunged and punched the Scrapper's shield, shattering it instantly as the Salmonid let out a surprised yelp before it was destroyed, then Fox threw the eggs toward the basket.
"I've seen some fog in my life, but I've never seen it this thick before." Coco mumbled, as she shot through a few Cohocks as Neptune jumped back into the water, only to ride on top of a Steel Eel
"Whoooooa!"
The Salmonid that was driving the Steel Eel snarled at him, trying to shake him off as Neptune turned around and ran across it and jumped down, kicking the driver off. "Alright, how do you make this thing move?" Neptune wondered as he steered it around, accidentally running over some Salmonids. "Beep beep, coming through!"
"Well, that works…" Azure said, turning around and throwing a Burst Bomb at a Chum before he spatted him for good measure as he turned around, jumping up and charging up a Booyah Bomb before throwing it down at a Steelhead, destroying the bomb that it was making and causing it to blow up.
"Booyah!" He fist pumped as he landed on the ground as Ikura dove into the ink and threw the eggs into the basket, then she turned around and railed into a Stinger before it had the chance to fire a green laser at her.
"Can't see in this blasted fog…" Cordelia said as she walked underneath a Slammin' Lid as it made a noise that alerted her as she looked up and caught the Slammin' Lid with her hands, throwing it down on the ground in front of her and crushed a few Chums as she climbed on top and slashed the Salmonid to destroy it and the lid, making three golden eggs to appear as she grabbed them… only she decided to put them in her pockets instead.
At that moment, the fog disappeared right as Velvet swung her Ultra Stamp into a Cohock. "Huh? Oh, the fog's lifting!"
"Phew… that's a relief…" Scarlet said.
"...Scarlet, why are you banged up?" Sage asked.
"What, none of you got banged up in the fog?"
"I got a sweet ride!" Neptune grinned, and then said Steel Eeel exploded, leaving Neptune to sit on the ground. "Ooof! …Correction, I had a sweet ride."
"Now, get ready for the third-... wait, oh my…"

"What's up?" Ikura asked.
"A King Salmonid is coming out early for the third wave!"
"Huh? That's unusual!" Ikura said. "...Unless… more people here means the King Salmonid would have shown up sooner due to the ruckus! …That made more sense in my head." The Inkling sweatdropped.
"It happens to the best of us, Ikura. But get ready, because here it comes."
"Aw, it's just a Cohozuna. It's not gonna be that horri-" Suddenly, a giant dragon-like Salmonid rose out of the ground. "...THAT'S NOT COHOZUNA!" Azure said in surprise.
"What the carp is that?!" Ribbon asked.
"I've heard of this… that right there… is a Horrorboros." Ikura said gravely.
The Horrorboros flew through the air before it came to a gentle stop and looked at them all… before it let out an ear piercing scream that actually shattered some windows.
In Splatsville…
"Huh?" Nagisa turned his head, where the Horrorboros's roar had echoed.
"What was that?" Callie wondered.
"Guys! I'm picking up on some activity!" Chihiro said from his radar, and then right on cue, manhole covers shot out of the ground with green liquid shooting out as Salmonids came out in droves.
"AIYEEEEE!" They heard Inklings shriek from indoors as green liquid shot out of the windows.
"Alright, lock and load, people! We've got a massive code red!" Mukuro declared. "Protect Splatsville and make sure none of them hop on a train to Inkopolis!"
Back at Inkblot…
BGM: Shallow Waters (Splatoon 3) (Start at 0:12)
Serpent Devouring the Splatlands - Horrorboros
"Okay, anyone know how to deal with a Salmon dragon?" Sun asked.
"I've heard that you have to treat them like a Steelhead!" Ikura said, shooting at the Booyah Bomb that was being created by the Horrorboros as it flew around.
"Good enough for me!" Coco said, shooting at the Booyah Bomb as it spat it out, landing directly in the middle of the area, forcing them to get out of the way.
"I'm authorizing use of the Golden Eggs to harm that thing!" Grizz called out as Cordelia pulled out a Golden Egg from her pocket and threw it at the Horrorboros.
The Horrorboros dive bombed them, attempting to slam into them where they avoided the attacks as they all laid into it as the Horrorboros turned around and charged up another Booyah Bomb as Fox jumped in and punched said bomb, causing the bomb to explode and made the Horrorboros flinch, stunning it for a few seconds as everyone threw golden eggs at it, only for the Horrorboros to snap out of it and smacked them away with his tail.
"Rrrgh… alright, you asked for it!" Coco switched modes from her weapon and started shooting lasers into the large creature as it spat out another Booyah Bomb at them, where Yatsuhashi batted it away while Sun and Neptune fired, where Sage picked up Scarlet and threw him, where the latter used his semblance to glide over to the Horrorboros and shot him in the face.
The Horrorboros snarled as it turned around to try and slap Scarlet with his tail, but he dropped down and shot him in the face, causing the Horrorboros to roar angrily at them as Ikura and Ribbon shot him up, where Cordelia climbed up the middle platform and jumped up, slashing at the beast before landing on the ground where Azure threw another Booyah Bomb, this time directly in the mouth to make its charged up bomb to explode inside of him.
"Got ya!" Azure smirked.
End BGM
The Horrorboros fell to the ground, unmoving as it barely breathed… until it suddenly convulsed as it turned a purple color as its eyes turned green, where it rose up and roared again. "Oh great, it's malicious now!" Coco growled as the Horrorboros fired a laser at the ground… where it opened up a portal and flew inside.
"Where the hell is it going now?!" Sun asked as the portal closed.
"I'm picking up on a portal opening up at Splatsville. In fact, the whole Salmonid party is going on over there as we speak!"
"What?!" Ikura yelled in surprise.
"Quickly, into the helicopter! I'll take you there!" Grizz said as the helicopter flew in to land next to them as they hopped into the helicopter, and then it flew off.
Back at Splatsville…
BGM: Sinister Showdown (Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMix)
"Rrrgh, dammit, there's too many of 'em!" Nagisa growled, swinging his spear into them as Jataro hammered his nails away, splatting a few Cohocks as Engi placed down a Mini Sentry as it fired repeatedly at several Salmonids.
At that moment, a portal opened up in midtown as the Horrorboros emerged from the portal. "What the hell is that thing?!" Sayaka yelled.
"That's not good…" Oobleck said as the Horrorboros roared, forcing everyone to cover their ears as the Horrorboros proceeded to carpet bomb Splatsville with Booyah Bombs, causing debris to fly everywhere, then it fired lasers from its eyes, cutting through buildings like paper.
"Okay, I could handle Salmonds, but how do we deal with that thing?!" Magnolia wondered.
"I wish I knew!" Nick said as Becky used her Crab Tank to fire at the Horrorboros while everyone else dealt with the Salmonid invasion.
"Mmmph!" Namine grunted, using a fire ring to hold the Salmonids at bay. "Damn…" She mumbled under her breath while panting. "They're making me eat through my magic like crazy…" She said as she punched the ground to create a dark Inkstrike to destroy the Salmonids as she threw a Fizzy Bomb at them.
"Hiyah!" Junko swung her Octo Brush at a Chum… and then suddenly, Glowflies appeared and wrapped around Junko. "Huh?" She wondered as all Salmonids turned to her, their eyes glowing red with fury as they all ganged up on her. "Wh-hey! What…?!" She swung her Octobrush at them but was quickly overwhelmed as they all dogpiled on her and swung their frying pans at her.
"JUNKO!" Mukuro yelled as she immediately ran, shooting them down with her guns to splat the Salmonids, until the Glowflies flew off and gathered around Mukuro, making the Salmonids turn toward her.
Mukuro growled, getting in a stance. "Fine. You want a piece of me? Bring it." She immediately started shooting at the Salmonids as Junko groggily got up, seeing them gang up on her.
"You get away from her…" She said, holding on to her arm as she limped toward them as some Salmonids came up from behind Mukuro and tackled her.
"Rrrrgh!" Mukuro grunted as they pushed her down and proceeded to clobber her.
"SIS!" Junko yelled.
"Dammit, what's with these damn gold things?!" Mondo wondered as they tried to help Mukuro out, but the Horrorboros made it difficult for them to get to Mukuro.
"Blasted thing…!" Captain Three growled.
"We can't get close!" Octavio said.

"Help has arrived!"
BGM: Shoot to Thrill (AC/DC)
The helicopter came flying over as Coco opened up the doors to see what was going on from above.
With a smirk, she immediately dove off as she was joined by her team, SSSN, Ikura, Ribbon, Azure and Cordelia, all of them free falling to the town below.
Velvet materalized a Splat Hammer as she threw it down on the pile of Salmonids, splatting them instantly and freeing Mukuro as everyone landed on the ground.
"There you are, big guy." Coco said, charging up her minigun and proceeded to unleash laser hell at Horrorboros as it fired lasers of its own, both lasers connecting and unleashed a powerful explosion that shattered windows and made unstable buildings collapse.
Junko instantly helped Mukuro up, who had a few bruises on her. "Junko…"
"Yeah?"
"We're having salmon for dinner when we get back home."
A Maws swam out of the gusher and started to swim toward Ribbon. She turned her head to see it and threw down a Splat Bomb when it was below her, then jumped out of the way as the Maws ate it, and then blew up immediately after.
The Horrorboros snarled, letting out a roar and proceeding to unleash a dark poisonous cloud on the Salmonids, causing them to go malicious, but once the cloud disappeared, they were immediately destroyed when Yatsuhashi, Cordelia, Sage and Scarlet destroyed them, then Velvet materalized a Triple Inkstrike and threw it down at Horrorboros.
The King Salmonid spat out a Booyah Bomb, unleashing a powerful explosion that knocked Azure and Ikura back, then the latter opened fire with her Hydra Splatling while Azure threw a Booyah Bomb of his own.
Horrorboros then unleashed a powerful fire breath attack… when a Hydro Pump struck the fire breath and pushed it back. Coco turned her head to see Shiver walking over with a Mantine by her side as Frye jumped in, pulling out a Fire Flower and throwing fireballs at Horrorboros while Big Man simply threw ink from a Sloshing Machine.
Horrorboros roared weakly as he was bombarded from all sides as he aimed at the sky and charged up a gigantic Booyah Bomb that would cover the entirety of Splatsville.
Up on a balcony, Marie was in position and aimed the Machina at the Booyah Bomb, seeing that the gauge was fully charged.
"Smile, you son of a-"
Marie pulled the trigger, piercing through the Booyah Bomb that exploded in the Horrorboros's mouth, making the large Salmonid fall to the ground in defeat.
"-Coral."

"Nice shot!" Sniper complimented, high fiving Marie.
"I can see why you love this thing."
Cordelia walked over and impaled the Horrorboros's head to truly finish it off, just in case. "Good."
Ikura turned her head to see the remaining Salmonids retreat into the gushers, where the sewer drains closed up once more. "There, that should do it."
"Looks like one of these stores hasn't been drained." Namine said, opening it up as water gushed out as Harmony came out of said store, casually riding on a life preserver while looking through her phone.
"Hmm? Oh hey, you managed to unflood my store." She said nonchalantly.
"Looks like everything's ruined." Coco said, taking a peek.
"I can just wash them off, they'll be okay."
Is it me or is she drooling while she speaks? Komaru wondered.
"Holy splat! You're Harmony from Chirpy Chirps!" Coral exclaimed. "I'm a huge fan… I didn't know you ran a store here!"
"Technically, I don't really work at Hotlantis, I'm just… house sitting for the owner."
Sayaka sweatdropped. "That's… good to know."
"Welp, back to Hotlantis… I'm gonna blow dry everything. They should be fine…" Harmony walked back into the store.
"Well, that takes care of that." Ikura said as she noticed a Smallfry wandering around. "Oh, a straggler. It's not worth wasting ink on one."
She walked over to the Smallfry and raised her foot to squish it, but then Ribbon dove in and pushed Ikura away.
"Don't even THINK about harming Cari Bean!" She glared, whistling to get his attention as he hopped back into his bag. "I was letting him out for some air after the whole thing was over, but apparently he's not safe with you around!"
"Oh, well excuse me for being thorough, not to mention I don't think anyone would want to see Salmonids for a while after what they just did to Splatsville!"
"You have been a real piece of coral ever since we've met… and frankly, I'm tired of your attitude!"
"I'm tired of you lugging that freak of nature thinking he's so "special" compared to the rest of the Salmonids!"
"Alright, THAT'S it! You, me, 1v1 in the Splatlands!"
"Bring it, you annoying sea cucumber!" Ikura glared as the two of them walked off.
"...What's with them?" Cordelia asked.
"Differences between a Salmonid." Coco groaned. "What's the minimum age requirement of drinking here?"
"Oh, eighteen years and up, why?" Shiver asked.
"...The temptation is rising by the minute with these two bickering."
"I think I might join you." Velvet rubbed the back of her head.
"Alright, let's go see 'em just in case they don't do something stupid." Callie said as they walked after them.
Later…
"This place is perfect." Ribbon said, having selected The Reef for their one on one. She even had the Splatana Stamper on her.
"I'm going to enjoy this, then I'll splat that Salmonid." Ikura said to herself, wielding Glooga Dualies.
"You're not gonna be watching this?" Nagisa asked.
"Honestly, I'd rather see what's new at Toad Town just to get away from this… weird drama." Coco said.
"This is concerning…" Cordelia said.
Both squids closed their eyes, getting in battle positions.

BGM: Shipwreckin' (Splatoon 2)
They immediately opened their eyes and quickly charged forward, shooting/swinging ink around until they both met at the bridge.
Ribbon immediately charged up the Stamper and lunged, but Ikura rolled out of the way and shot her, but Ribbon immediately blocked with her Splatana and then turned around, swinging the Splatana widely.
Ikura ducked and then shot her in the gut at point blank. Ribbon growled and swung her Stamper, but Ikura rolled again as Ribbon followed her and then swung down, only to be met with an Ink Wall where her Stamper bounced off.
Ikura jumped off the bridge at that time while Ribbon was distracted, however Ribbon shifted her eyes and turned around, jumping over right as Ikura swam up the wall, only to get bashed in the head by Ribbon.
"Gah!" Ikura yelped as Ribbon kept swinging repeatedly until she got into position and swung a charged swing at her, but Ikura barely dodged, the Stamper nicking her tentacle hair, then she threw a Burst Bomb point blank into Ikura. "Ack!"
Ribbon smirked, revving it up again and swung it into Ikura, slamming it into her gut to send her crashing into a wall but she immediately recovered as she shot at the wall to lessen the impact ad she went into her squid form, and then hopped out.
"Nnngh…" Ikura shook it off, wiping her lower lip as she stood up, and them jumped up high, charging up a Booyah Bomb. "BOOYAH!" She threw it at her.
Ribbon, meanwhile, activated the Zipcaster and zipped her way toward a walk to avoid the Booyah Bomb, proceeding to zip all over the place as Ikura tried to shoot her, only for Ribbon to latch onto the ground near her and then zipped her way forward, slamming into Ikura and slammed her into the ground.
Ribbon then put the Stamper to the side and punched Ikura in the face repeatedly until Ikura went into her squid form and squid jumped into her chin to knock her on her butt as Ikura landed on the ground as Ribbon got back up, grabbing her Stamper and swinging down at Ikura, where she blocked with her Gloogas.
"Why are you so kelp-bent on destroying the Salmonids?! One Salmonid isn't going to change a dang thing!"
"Yes, it is! Your so called "brother" is a menace to society because they destroyed anything they touch!"
"He's an angel! Just why are you so-"
"BECAUSE THOSE ABOMINATIONS DESTROYED MY BEST FRIEND'S HOME AND SPLATTED HER!"

Ikura realized what she just said, closing her eyes. "Carp… you weren't supposed to hear that…"
"Ikura, what exactly happ-"
"Forget this!" Ikura squid jumped away, a few tears dropping on the ground.
"That's my cue." Cordelia said as she immediately went after her. "Ikura, wait!"
"What…? That's why she…?" Ribbon wondered.
"Probably had that bottled up for a long time." Nagisa said.
"Hey, guys!" Frye walked over to them. "So you know how we were in Alterna and then Grizzco got us out to take care of that problem?"
"Yeah? What about it?" Shiver asked.
"We can't go back to Alterna. Grizzco has the whole thing locked up tight with tight as kelp security!'
