Well everyone here is chapter three of the story. Sorry it took so long just haven't had time to upload it so here you go and have fun.
Issei will be training with the Sakura Empire girls before going with Eugen to the Ironblood faction, so I hope you are ready for training with the Sakura girls, fluffy scenes with the adorable children, and a spa trip with Issei.
Sakura Empire
Issei was training with her naginata while clashing with Takao and Atago, as the twins were fighting and helping Issei get stronger in close-quarters combat, which made the girl's blood run wild since she was enjoying the training much more than the training back when she was a Devil, because the training here felt more intense and rewarding than the other training back at the Gremory mansion.
(I mean, being chased by Koneko and Kiba but no actual strength training? That's some training right there.)
Kaga was also joining the fight by helping Issei increase her observation skills as she fired a few planes to fire at her, which Issei didn't mind as she was enjoying walking on water while clashing with the airplanes and the twins, but as soon as she got some distance between herself and them. Issei charged up her weapon before firing a Dragon Slash at the twins, which made Atago go down, but Takao was still standing strong but slightly bruised as she smiled at Issei.
"Now, this is going to get interesting. Let's keep going, Issei!" Takao said as the two clashed and didn't budge an inch. Issei and Takao were moving so fast that Kaga had difficulty tracking their movements until Takao broke the deadlock and tripped the dragon girl on her back before the sword was pointed at her throat.
"Yield," Takao said as Issei sighed but nodded as the cat warrior helped her up before Kaga congratulated them both.
"Well done, Takao. Good form and excellent job taking the attack and defeating Issei. But as for you, Issei, well done improving on your abilities and trying to formulate a strategy in mind when dealing with my planes and your opponents. Let this be your lesson. Always be observant of those around you and your enemies. Otherwise, you'll be taken out." Kaga said as Issei and Takao bowed to the kitsune.
"Thanks, love. Learning from Ise and Hyuuga to learn the naginata helped," Issei said, walking up to the kitsune, swaying her hips, and wrapping her arms around the white-haired woman's hips, leaving bite marks on Kaga's neck.
"I-Issei," Kaga moaned, blushing, and seeing this moment, the sisters bolted, though Takao dragged her sister away, who was pouting at the two. "Takao-chan~" Atago whined, wanting to stay for the fluff, "No. Leave them alone and let them enjoy the time they have together before the battle. Now let's go. You need more training after being healed since you were probably distracted by Issei's 'assets.'" Takao said before Kaga and Issei separated. Kaga's tails wagged in joy before she put her head into her lover's chest, which made Issei giggle at the fox's shyness before kissing the top of her head.
"Aw, I love you too, my sweet kitsune." Issei said as she gave her a toothy grin which made Kaga blush even more as she couldn't help but imagine that this Issei was the same one who was shy just a few days ago. Still, now she seemed to be brimming with confidence and love as Kaga loved seeing the shy Issei and comforting her when she was scared or nervous when it came to her memories about her past life.
Wrapping the training simulation for now, the pair returned to the base heading to the marketplace for some window shopping.
"Is this anything different from your world?" Kaga asked as she and Eugen were the only ones who knew of her former life. Passing by a food stand, Issei looked at the cute bunny mochi and couldn't help but find them adorable as she couldn't eat them until Kaga paid for some of them before leading her to a table and holding one in her fingers as she smiled at her lover.
"Care to try this fox's prey she caught for you, my Sakura dragon?" Kaga asked as Issei swallowed her spit and blushed at the food before taking it into her mouth and chewing it. As she enjoyed the sweetness before eating it and smiling in joy.
"Thank you, Kaga. And to answer your question, where I live, it's similar to the Sakura Empire called Japan, but there it's more industrialized, and temples are more in the rural areas in the mountains. We also have some delicious Japanese cuisine similar to what you all have here, but it's a little different considering the number of helper birds and such, along with the repair shop that that cheapskate cat runs." Issei said as Kaga giggled at the nickname for Akashi, the repair ship of the Sakura Empire who tried to cut Issei a deal but instead ended up as a body pillow for the Sakura Dragon when she was tired and rested in the hospital after training with Akagi and Kaga.
Continuing their walk after their snack break, Issei nudged Kaga and pointed to a snowflake-themed lingerie. Kaga blushed at this selection as Issei dragged her into the store and began to have a small fashion show with the white and blue kitsune.
"Well, Kaga. Are you ready now?" Issei asked as she stood outside the changing room with Kaga's kimono while Kaga stuttered in her reply.
"Uh. K-Kind of..." Kaga said as she yelped as she was shown to Issei and was amazed by how beautiful Kaga looked in her new underwear while the kitsune was trying to cover her private areas due to feeling embarrassed by them.
"I-Issei. Please have mercy." Kaga said as Issei smiled and had western dragon-themed underwear as she spoke to Kaga. "Why don't I try one on as well? That way, you're not embarrassed." Issei said as Kaga nodded sheepishly; before Kaga was given back her kimono. Issei tried on her new underwear, successfully thanks to a certain perverted cat shipgirl, and admired her beauty before Kaga knocked on the changing room door.

On their way to the shrine, they bumped into some of the destroyers. Usually, they would have been scared of Kaga, like everyone but a select few, but since meeting Issei, the white ice fox melted a bit to where her smiles are warmer. Issei kneeled to the small ones that always enjoyed hugging her, such as the adorable but brave pink-haired Kisaragi, the cute and lovable blue-haired fox Fubuki that loves headpats, and lastly, the shy but sweet Mutsuki.
The three destroyers made Issei so happy that she wished she could adopt them as her children until Kaga stopped her since she could tell what the Dragon was planning before they said their farewell to the small destroyers before heading to the shrine where they said Akagi smiled as she prayed after ringing the bell until she turned to see the duo.
"Oh. Hello there Kaga. How are you and your future mate doing on this fine day? I'm surprised she's only been here a week and has done well in her training. What brings you to the shrine?" Akagi asked as she was glad but a bit jealous of her sister and Issei being together when she wanted some of the love.
"Oh. I wanted to show Issei the shrine and see if she wanted to see what her fortune was before writing a wish for the tree." Kaga said as Issei nodded in reply before Akagi smiled at them both as she left before slapping Issei's rear, making the girl jump a bit before looking at Akagi, whistling innocently while walking and shaking her hips.
"Damn it, nee-sama, I called dibs," Kaga said. Though she blushed when Issei kissed her, which helped the Fox calm down before Issei whispered in her ear. "Maybe we should get mate marks when we're alone. Does that sound nice, Kaga-Chan?" The dragon girl said as the two made their wishes before they left the temple, only to be met with two shark heads.
"Hello, my loves," Eugen said, kissing them both. "Are you two up for a little spa trip, or are you both too busy to join me in the spa?" The IronBlood shipgirl asked. Kaga blushed more than Issei as she was still more reclusive of her two lovers. Issei, on the other hand, only had a tiny blush but both did nod in agreement.
Reaching the spa resort, Eugen asked for a private room, and getting the changing room, the Sakura girls pulled out the resort-issued swimsuits, however. "Nope, not today," Eugen said, dragging their naked bodies to the small pool of water, "There's a reason I paid extra for a private spa," She explained with half-lidded eyes.

Two days later, Issei and Eugen were ready to depart for Iron Blood territory. There to see them leave were Akagi, Kaga, and Nagato.
"I wish you safe travels toward your destination," Nagato told the pair.
"Yes, please do be careful. We wouldn't want anything to happen to you," Akagi giggled as she hugged Issei's body before pinching her rear, which she didn't know. Still, Kaga felt about what her sister did to be loved before Kaga gave Issei and Eugen a farewell kiss. Takao came to the dock, trying to stop her sister from rushing towards Issei until she was tackled, making Issei stifle her laughter which sounded like bells to the perverted twin as she tried to make her way toward Issei.
"Come on, sis. I want to say goodbye to her." "Hah! I know you, and you want to mate with her, so Kaga isn't ahead of you, but I won't let you. Besides, you and I are supposed to supervise the battleship destroyers saying goodbye to their big sister. Remember?" Takao said as the battleship children waved to Issei from their school. Issei felt so happy seeing the children smile at her until Nagato pulled her down and smiled at the young dragon ship.
"Do not worry, because the Sakura Empire will always be your home, and you're always welcome here anytime. I wish you luck on your training with Ironblood, but do be wary of some of them, since more than a few can be a bit bloodthirsty in battle." Nagato said before hugging Issei, which wasn't very successful since Nagato was much shorter than Issei, so she could only hug around her waist.
Heading out with Eugen, Issei couldn't help but worry about the future. She's been seeing some mobilization, and remembering her history classes means something is about to happen, and that isn't calming her nerves at all, especially when those Sirens are around with Akagi working with one of the ships called Project Orochi, which was supposed to be an ark of sorts meant to carry the dreams of many across the ocean.
Issei managed to stay hidden while learning this but didn't tell Kaga since she was worried about what she would do with her sister. And she couldn't tell Eugen as she didn't know anything else about the project. Her darker hollow side was starting to grow, but she was getting stronger. Finally, on her list of problems is Raynare. How she was able to return after being disintegrated from Gremory's Power of Destruction is weird, even for supernatural terms.
"Can't you fly?" Issei asked her shark lover, but Eugen giggled as she shook her head. "I'm afraid not, but we can sail for a while. Don't you have a dragon that can fly us to Ironblood?" Eugen fired back.
Eye rolling, Issei summoned her dragon partner to stretch his wings which made the dragon glad, as Eugen and Issei climbed aboard before Ddraig took off into the sky, which made Eugen scream a little as she held on to Issei's waist, which she didn't mind, as Eugen cuddled next to her lover to stay warm before she looked to see the ocean from above the clouds.
"Alright. I'll admit. This is something that's never been done before. Thank you, Issei, but I can tell you are nervous about something. Is it your other self you told us about, or is it something from your past?" Eugen asked as Issei nodded in reply before telling her about Dark Issei and how she's slowly growing stronger every day as she gets stronger. The Iron Blood shark pondered this before replying.
"I believe there's an easy solution. Accept her as part of you. Rather than fight each other, why not work together to become even stronger than you are now?" Eugen said as Issei was surprised by the reply before speaking to her.
"Uh…You know she's the darker version of me, and I'm not exactly sure what her intentions will be if she takes over my body." Issei said as Eugen replied to her. "Then work out a compromise with her. Like it or not, she's part of you that you can't just get rid of. It's similar to trauma. You can't forget it, but don't let it control your future actions."
"So it's two sides of the same coin. The closer to the light you are, the greater the shadow," Issei said, but she would rather hide Project Orochi for now as, again, she doesn't have more info on what Akagi's or the Siren's true intentions are for the ship.
Reaching Iron Blood territory, Issei wondered if this was what Nazi Germany was like back then. The entire region looked very militarized, having a world war two theme and multiple weapons that packed some severe heat and firepower. "Makes sense. From what I've collected about the factions, this entire world is world war two only with magic," Issei thought to herself as Ddraig landed on the IronBlood docks where Bismarck was waiting for Eugen and the new shipgirl to train for combat.
"Welcome to Ironblood territory," She said, standing a bit over Issei, though that could be because of the heeled boots.
Once Issei made her first step into the Ironblood territory, her outfit changed to a sheet body-only leotard, and over that is something similar to Eugen's outfit, but the sleeves were hanging off the shoulder. Eugen smiled at this and drew circles on her chest. "Oh? If you wanted a set of my clothes, then all you had to do was ask my Ryu-Chan." Eugen said that this flustered Issei before Bismarck stopped the two.
"Enough! You may continue your relationship when you are off the clock and not training for war. Now come with me to brief you, Issei. Oh, and you shall stay with Eugen, so no loud noises and lights out at midnight sharp." Bismarck said as she led the two to the meeting room.
Entering the room, Bismarck went down to business, "Tell me, Issei, if you're willing to go against your morals to protect humanity, would you do so? To abandon all you know for the slim chance that taking a shot in the dark would save this world?"
Issei had to blink as she wasn't expecting this, "Basically, become a villain to face the real villains?"
Bismarck nodded, "Yes, I don't know if you noticed, but Akagi partnering with a Siren is a bad sign. This Project Orochi, isn't good for humanity in general."
"You know about that so-called Ark of the Covenant?" Issei gasped, surprising the two other occupants.
"You've seen it? I can't even tell where they're storing it," Eugen said as she had been sent there to learn more about this secret weapon that the Sakura Empire had but learned that only Akagi seemed to have its true meaning.
"It's deep within the cliffs dug inside the rocks. The ship itself is terrifying, but the thing the Sirens gave Akagi to control gives off a weird feeling but what's worse is that one name keeps popping up beside my own is Eagle Union's Gray Ghost," Issei said as Bismarck bit her thumbnail as she knew that nickname all too well.
"Enterprise," Bismarck said, "Even to us, she is a ship of legends, a sentinel against the darkness. But why is your name known to the Sirens? All I know is that you are a ship of both the Sakura Empire and Ironblood technology." The leader of the Ironblood said before Issei began to explain everything to her about her previous life as a human, the Sirens invading her and making her a shipgirl but keeping her former gender a secret.
"To think they would go this far to test humanity," Bismark said, crossing her arms as she knew the Sirens were an unknown and unpredictable species but was curious about the girl in front of her. At the same time, Eugen held Issei's right hand gently to show that she would support her no matter what. "Eugen, this is to be a Code Black confidentiality; you are not to say anything even when you are drunk," The pride of the Kriegsmarine ordered as Eugen nodded and saluted her commander.
"Miss Bismarck, when you said you would abandon everything to save others, does that mean putting past relationships behind you?" Issei asked once Eugen left the room. Knowing her history Bismarck sank the Hood, she doesn't know if the Hood in this world is alive, but she would bet on the pair having some history together.
Staying silent, Bismarck nodded, holding onto a necklace around her neck. Issei said nothing but saluted and walked out of the room.
Shedding a tear or two, Bismarck pulled on a drawer to see a flipped-down picture frame. Picking it up to see a smiling Bismarck and Hood, then a ring next to the picture frame.
"My love. My partner. If there is only one thing I regret, I could not explain everything adequately and propose to you so we could get married." Bismark said as she let a tear fall from her eyes and recalled the day she lost her love and the woman who made her complete in the world.
Meanwhile, Eugen and Issei headed to their chambers before they opened the doors and went to bed, exhausted by the day's events.
