"Welcome My Espada." said Aizen, "Please, Sit. Have a cup of tea."

The Espada walked through the door to their meeting room, all of them sitting at the round table. The seats were filled by each member of the Espada as soon as they arrived, Aizen turned his head toward the blue-haired Espada and asked, "I hope you are recovering from your battle well Grimmjow."
"Eh, this shit is not that bad, I should be fine enough for the raid in a few hours," said Grimmjow
"Good." said Aizen before gesturing to the Arrancar servants that were lining the shadows and then signaling to Tosen and Gin to sit as well, "You all must be wondering about your role in the most recent mission to come."

"Of course Lord Aizen." said the pink-haired member of the Espada and the previous first Espada and current Octava (Eighth) Espada, Szayelaporro Granz, "I would think the acquiring of such a person would be more fitting for someone of a more… shall we say, stealthy disposition."

"And why the fuck am I not a member of the combat squad?" asked the previous Octava Espada and the current Quinto (Fifth) Espada, Nnoritora Gilga, "I am the best combatant out of all of the Espada after all!"

"Then why are there four more people above you in rank." said the Current and so far most well-known Diez (Tenth) Espada, Yammy Llargo, "besides it must be embarrassing for you to be below a woman of all people!" Yammy laughed at his own sexist joke.

The only female member of the Espada and the Tres (Third) Espada Tier Harribel scoffed at this and spat back with, "Speak like that again and your tongue will not remain in your mouth much longer." said Harribel, "I personally do not believe that this mission is a matter of strength or stealth. This mission would be easy enough for a simple Diez and Sexta (Sixth) Espada."

Aizen smiled, "Ulquiorra Cifer, you seem to be awfully quiet tonight. Is something wrong?"

"Yes. I am sorry for questioning you, Great Master Aizen, but I can't help but wonder why we made Ichigo the vessel for the holy grail and use the wish for some secret plan instead of bettering our ranks?" said Ulquiorra

"It is a simple question Ulquiorra Cifer, there is no need to worry about my wrath, especially because I am quite happy this evening. You see, this is what I wished to tell you all. As Ulquiorra Cifer asked, 'Why didn't I use the grail to power up our troops?' well, there is a good reason for this. I did, I just hid my intentions from all of you because I knew that if Grimmjow lost, which I knew if he did not want to get punished he would not lose, I wanted to make sure that all of you would be more powerful. My reasons as to why are my own, but I can sense that all of you are at least slightly more powerful." said Aizen, "Which brings all of you here today. I wish to discuss one little thing that might be an issue, "Shinryaku-sha wa shinanakereba narimasen", remember that phrase and if that phrase is set into action, call Szayelaporro and we will send backup immediately. Is that understood, Grimmjow, Yammy, Ulquiorra?"

"Understood," said Ulquiorra

"Yha, Yha, we got this!" said Yammy

"Whatever," said Grimmjow

"Good. Ulquiorra, do you know your secret mission?"

"I was informed, yes."

"And Yammy do you have your team picked out and ready?"

"Yha, but I wish I didn't need to bring Luppy and that Wonderwise freak."

"And Grimjow, You are allowed to bring your Fraccion for this battle."

"Finally! They are starting to get antsy!"

"Good, you have twelve hours before the mission. Prepare for the upcoming battle, and good luck to you all. This meeting is now adjourned," said Aizen
