Nico Robin! New Member of the Straw Hat Pirates!
Alabasta, Eastern Harbor
After the fight against Bon Clay and his crew was over while the Straw Hat pirates were able to escape, Hina and the Marines have captured them. She uses a Transponder Snail to inform Smoker.
"Yes, we sank one ship. Just one, belong to some Bon Clay, a Baroque Works agent." Hina informed him when the Marines threw a life preserver for the pirate to grab hold. "The other ship...was able to get away."
After the Marines pulled the pirates out of the sea, they tied them up and have them next to the other pirates.
"So, you let them escape?" Smoker questions, communicating with the Transponder Snail.
"To think I fell for such a cheap trick." Hina said when one of Bon Clay's crew looked at her with a scowl.
"Running away is what they do best." Smoker states. "But Ventus, that's different. I guess he won't be becoming with us after that hellish nightmare he's been through back in Ishgard. And it still haunts him."
The pirate tackles the Marine down to the deck, grabs the sword, and charges after Hina. The Marine witnessed it, then turns to the Captain of the Marines.
"Miss Hina! Watch out!"
Hina turned her eyes toward the pirate, noticed him coming after her with a sword.
"But it's so infuriating! Hina's angry!" Hina finished her sentence.
"Anger at your own incompetence?" Smoker inquires.
The pirate then swings the sword downward, but Hina quickly dodges, making him hit the deck instead of her.
"No, that's not it..."
Hina then swings her arm at the pirate, using her Devil fruit power to make an iron restraints around him.
"Whoa! Outstanding! Cage-Cage fruit is intense!" Fullbody said with a goofy grin, blushing while watching her restraining him. "Just the power to bind any part of the body she touches. There's a skill!"
"Come on! Say it! Say the killer! Just one time..."
However, Hina is in no mood of their antics when she completely binds him with an iron restraint and caused him to collapse down.
"What the hell did you do to me?!"
"I'm mad at you Smoker. Hina's mad." Hina told him, sitting on the pirate with a scowl.
"Care to elaborate on that?" Smoker inquires, puffs the smoke out of his mouth.
"It's just that, you actually seem to be happy, about the Straw Hats getting away." Hina said with a smirk.
"Hm? Me? Why would I be?" Smoker questions.
"Who knows." Hina said.
Alabasta
At Alubarna, Cobra was in the balcony as he gives the people of Alabasta an announcement since Vivi has already finished her speech and saying her farewells to the Straw Hat pirates.
"At to which point, my dearest Vivi, said to me at the very formal matter." Cobra announces with a smile. "I have something important to talk to you about, daddy...I mean, father. And that moment, I remember thinking to myself, king or no, it makes no difference...no man gives up the title 'daddy'."
And so, the people of Alabasta cheered for the Kings speech, but it got them wondering what does he mean.
"Watching children grow is a bittersweet experience..."
While outside of Alubarna, Chaka was at the graveyard to pay respects to Pell, placing a bouquet next to the tombstone.
"Tried as I might, I cannot accept your death." Chaka said with a smile. "I can't even shed one tear, why is that? Old friend."
At Tamarisk, the Marines continued to fire the cannons at the Straw Hat pirates when they're trying to escape.
"Cannons fire!"
Vivi was watching the Straw Hat pirates leaving Alabasta while trying to escape from the Marines.
At Yuba, after the speech was over, Toto was laughing. It got the people and Koza's attention when they turn towards him, wondering why he's laughing.
"What's so funny, Toto? You've been laughing ever since the speech."
"Yeah, let us in on a joke, old man. 'Cause right now, we're in the dark." Koza adds when Toto laughed.
"It's a secret, but trust me guys, it's a good one." Toto told them with a smile on his face.
"Uh, you're not making any sense." Koza points out, confused when Toto just chuckled.
"Now have a good journey, Luffy. You're welcome to drink Yuba's water anytime." Toto shouted his name, looks up at the sky.
The people and Koza were confused, wondering who's Luffy when Toto turns to them with a laugh.
"Alright, that's enough jollying! There's work to be done!" Toto told them. "Dig the well! Dig!"
And with that, the people got back to work on digging the canals and repairing Yuba.
At Ido, the little was crying and the children noticed the Warusagi Birds stole the bag which it got the fake rebels attention when they run towards the kids.
"You stupid bird! It took the satchel!"
Though, the fake rebels won't be able to chase them because the Warusagi Birds were flying away and around the desert.
While at the desert, the Desert pirates were sailing around the desert when Barbarossa noticed the Warusagi Birds were drinking the barrels of alcohol. It got him furious as he chases after them, but the swindling birds quickly flew away when he grabs hold of that barrel and chucks it right at the bird, causing the swindling bird to drop the bag. Rasa stops the sand sled and noticed the bag as she grabs it, then turns to the city of Ido.
At the Sandora River, the Kung-Fu Dugongs were practicing their punches when they learned it from Luffy a few days back when he and the Straw Hat pirates first arrived in Alabasta.
At Nanohana, the people are wondering who Vivi is talking to, which they didn't know that she's talking to the Straw Hats before the Marines are ever finds out about her speech.
"Does anyone have a clue who Princess Vivi was talking to?"
"Nah, but who really cares anyway?"
"Yeah, what she said makes us happy."
"And it's our duty to respond to it."
"She's right, well said."
"Even though, we're simply peasants."
"Speak for yourself, peasant."
It got the people laughed out loud.
At Rainbase, the people are loading up the supplies to help rebuild Yuba and Alubarna.
"As expected, Alubarna seems to be in bad shape."
"Perfect, we should go there."
"But also have to restore Yuba as quickly as possible. It's an important crossroad in the West."
"And don't forget, we still need to repair the canals along with the Sandora River."
"What about the Casino?"
"It'll be closed. Let's go, everyone!"
And with that, the people head towards Yuba, Alubarna, and Sandora River to repair the canals and helping the people of Alabasta repair the cities and towns.
Back at Alubarna, two of the royal guards noticed that Eyelash was eating his fill which it got them confused as one of the spoke.
"Um...why is he getting special treatment?"
"Because...Princes Vivi told us to, I guess. He wants to join the Supersonic Duck Squadron."
The royal guards glanced at each other for a second, and then turns back to Eyelash.
"Uh...he's a camel."
"What gave it away?"
While somewhere in the desert, Pell somehow managed to survive from that explosion back at Alubarna, but he remained at the infirmary for days and bandaged up. He was about to leave when he turns to the doctor.
"Well, I'm off." Pell said. "Thank you for everything."
"Too hasty for your own good, huh? Someone with your injury shouldn't be out of bed."
"I'll be fine." Pell assures as he was about to leave.
"Just promise that if you make it home, you'll take things easy and rest."
"Okau." Pell said as he left the infirmary.
"Hey wait."
The doctor stops him, earned his attention when he extends the hat to him.
"Here, you forgot this."
"Oh, thank you." Pell thanked him, grabbed his hat.
"I'd still feel better if you'd let me take care of you here, but I'm a realist. Just remember, you don't have to do everything. Let the others handle your workload and don't skip..."
"I'll be fine." Pell interrupted as he then left.
Somewhere at sea
While at sea, the Marines continued to fire the cannonballs at the Straw Hat pirates which mostly missed, but the pirate ship kept tilting to the side because it's damaged and the holes are filling it up with water. Both Usopp and Chopper are trying to fix the holes, but the reindeer passed out due to the Devil fruit abilities that lack the ability to swim.
"Whoa! Those Marines are fast!" Luffy states.
"Or rather, we're beginning to slow down!" Sanji corrects him.
"We're not gonna make it much further like this!" Nami said, reasoned with them when she looks down at the deck. "The water is flooding in from the holes!"
"Let's hope that Usopp and Chopper can hurry and get those holes fixed!" Ventus said in a worried tone.
Below the deck, Usopp started working on fixing the holes, but the water kept leaking from the lumber and flooding the ship.
"Hey Chopper! I need more panels! We'll be in big trouble if we have to..."
Before he could finish his sentence, Usopp noticed that Chopper passed out, floating away.
"Chopper!" Usopp called his name.
The Marines were sailing towards them, getting close to the pirate ship as Zoro, Sanji, Ventus, and Luffy readied their fighting stance.
"Here they come." Zoro said.
"We've gotta fight." Sanji suggested.
"Not like we have a choice." Ventus adds.
"Then let's go!" Luffy agreed.
And just as they're about to go after the Marines, they tripped over a stack of iron spears which it's a wonder how they didn't notice them and the stacks were close to their heights.
"WHAT'S THIS?!" Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Ventus shouts with white eyes and shark-like teeth.
"Oh, that? Usopp said to hold on to them in case we needed them for something." Nami explains.
"SERIOUSLY?!" Ventus shouts in annoyance.
"COME ON" Zoro complains.
"THEY'RE IN OUT WAY!?" Sanji told her.
"I'll get rid of them." Luffy said calmly.
"Take your positions! Once we pull up, everyone attack!"
However, one of the Marines noticed the iron spears were thrown into the air and the ships were hit, destroyed in the process.
"Okay, now are we ready?" Luffy asks with a grin, turns back to the Marines which he noticed the ships were already destroyed.
"It's a little too late though." Ventus said.
"Now's our chance." Zoro said, turns to his crew. "Full speed ahead and shake them off!"
And with that, the Straw Hat pirates grabs hold of the oars and rowed away from the Marines which they won't be chasing after them any time soon.
Alabasta, Tamarisk
After the Straw Hat pirates were out of sight, Vivi was riding with Karoo while fixing up her hair, turning it into a ponytail.
"Now, Karoo." Vivi responds as Karoo quacks and turns away. "Let's go, to Alubarna."
Karoo replied with a quack as they head on to Alubarna.
'Although, my adventure is over, a new challenge awaits. Restoring Alabasta. I'll need more courage than I've ever found if I'm to succeed in bringing my homeland to its former glory.' Vivi mentally thought with determine. 'This once proud nation is like a battered ship, wandering aimlessly at sea. But, I believe no cause is hopeless, not as long as you give it your all and don't give up. Alabasta may be a drift right now, but I know my people, they will face the oncoming waves of fear and uncertainty with bravery. We will never be discouraged. The path ahead, the long and rough is clear. We will push forward, straight ahead with confidence and vigor. Just like the Going Merry and her crew.'
"The Straw Hats, we will see them again someday. Won't we, Karoo?" Vivi asks when Karoo quacked as they continued to head towards Alubarna.
Somewhere at sea
While at sea, Smoker as the ship sailed to Ishgard since Anna, Shanise, and Ivan were inside of the Marine ship. Tashigi walked out of the cabin when she opens the door.
"Hey, Captain Smoker." Tashigi calls him, earned his attention.
"Tashigi, so how are your legs?" Smoker asks when he opened his eyes.
"Uh, they're doing fine. Change the subject." Tashigi muttered as she walk down the stairs while Smoker pours a coffee next to the cup. "Thank you."
Just as she was about to sit on a chair, she noticed four new bounties on Luffy, Zoro, Ace, and Ventus' heads.
"I saw the new bounties on their heads." Tashigi said.
"The amount is no surprise, considering the catch." Smoker points out. "Have you heard of what your swordsman buddy did?"
"You mean Roranoa?" Tashigi inquires, sitting on a chair.
"He cut down 100 bounty hunters at Whiskey Peak along with Ventus and Anna." Smoker informed her. "And then, in Alubarna, he killed Daz Bonez."
"'The Assassin'?! No way!" Tashigi exclaims in disbelief.
"He used to be a bounty hunter and was known throughout the West Blue." Smoker told her. "And Baroque Works, he went by the alias, Mr. 1. Considering Crocodile had so many famous warriors at his command, you'd think that they'd be unstoppable against any opposition. However, fate was not kind. One day, we'll have our rematch. Damn Straw Hats!"
"Yes, I will defeat you Roronoa Zoro." Tashigi agrees. "And I will take you back to Ishgard, Ventus Starwind."
Unknown to them, Anna, Shanise, and Ivan have overheard of their conversation ever since they've remained at the ship to go back to Ishgard and help the people fight against the Garlean Empire.
'Ventus, please be safe.' Anna and Shanise mentally thought, praying for the young Dragoons safety.
Sometime later, the Straw Hat pirates were able to get away from the Marines since they're not chasing those pirates anymore.
"Looks like the Marines have stop following us." Ventus states.
However, both Ventus and Zoro can hear the moans and groans in reply, which the young Dragoon know the reason why they'd give him the replies.
"That's good news. We shook'em off." Zoro agrees, also met with sad moans and groans in reply, much to their annoyance. "Stop it! What's with the pathetic groans?"
'Dense as always, isn't he?' Ventus mentally questions with a sweat drop.
"I MISS HER!?" Nami, Luffy, Chopper, Sanji, and Usopp cried in teary eyes.
'I thought so...' Ventus mentally thought.
"That's enough whining!" Zoro snapped, crossed his arms. "If you wanted her to join that bad, then you shouldn't have let her leave."
"Ah! You savage!" Chopped insults.
"Blockhead!" Nami adds.
"Idiot!" Sanji muttered.
"Three-swords style!" Luffy said which it wasn't an insult.
"Saying 'Three-Swords style' isn't an insult, Luffy." Usopp corrects him.
"Four-swords style." Luffy said which it wasn't an insult, either.
Usopp then argues while Ventus couldn't help but sigh in annoyance while Zoro just keeps it quiet.
"Forget it, Zoro." Ventus said, earned his attention. "They're just a couple of loss cause. I get they're sad and all, but they need to realize that it's her decision and she made that choice. Just Anna, Shanise, and Ivan did."
Zoro can tell that Ventus missed them ever since they left Alabasta few days ago to head back for Ishgard to help their people. It got their attention when the young Dragoon mentioned Anna, Shanise, and Ivan which they can understand why. Even though with them gone, they're gonna to take care of him and have him continue his adventures, but it'll be up to him if he wants to head back to Ishgard to help fight against the Garlean Empire, which they'll be needing some information about the kingdom.
Then as the door opens, a certain former Baroque Works agent named Nico Robin spoke.
"Looks like we finally escape the firing squad." Nico Robin said with a smile as she revealed herself.
"Yeah." Zoro agrees.
"Excellent work." Nico praises them.
It got their attention when they turned to her in surprised and shock to see Nico Robin on the ship.
"Here to avenge your friends?!" Zoro growled, draws out his sword while Ventus readied his lance.
"What the hell your doing here?!" Nami shouts, rubbing her sore head while pulls out her clima-tact.
"Warning! Warning!" Usopp shouts with the megaphone in teary eyes.
Zoro, Luffy, Nami, and Ventus are getting ready to fight against Nico Robin while both Chopper and Usopp were hiding.
"Who's she?" Chopper asks curiously.
"I don't know, but she's so damn beautiful~!" Sanji said with a goofy smile and gone goo-goo eyes.
They watched Nico Robin calmly walk pass them, using her Devil Fruit to disarm them.
"Didn't I tell you before, don't point such dangerous objects at me." Nico told them with a smirk. "Are you always so slow?"
"How long have you been on out ship?!" Nami demands.
"Quite a while." Nico Robin answered simply.
'How didn't we notice her? Or rather, why didn't Bon Clay tell us she's here?' Ventus mentally questions.
"These are your clothes, right? I'm borrowing them." Nico suggested, grabs hold of the desk chair.
"Just a minute, lady! Who in the hell do you think you are?!" Nami snapped when Nico Robin turns to Luffy.
"Monkey D. Luffy, it hasn't been so long that you've forgotten what you did to me, has it?" Nico asks which it got Luffy confused while Sanji was furious.
"Luffy! What did you do to that beautiful woman, you lousy bastard?! Tell me!" Sanji demands with white eyes and shark-like teeth, grabs hold of Luffy and shakes him.
"All stowaways must leave this ship immediately!" Usopp said which Nico Robin ignores them and walks away.
"Wait a minute! Stop lying! You know I didn't do anything to you!" Luffy protested.
"Wrong, what you did to me was unbearable." Nico calmly said, relaxing on a desk chair while crossing her legs. "Go ahead, admit it."
"Who's that woman? And what's she talking about?" Chopper asks, holding on the main mast while Sanji kept shaking Luffy and Usopp keeps rambling on with his megaphone.
"You're not making any sense. What do you want me to do?" Luffy questions, turns to her.
"I want...to join you." Nico answered.
Silence came to an answer.
"WHAT/HUH?!" The Straw Hats, except Sanji, Zoro, and Ventus, shouts in disbelief.
"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't rip you apart?!" Ventus growled with anger. "After you and Crocodile put us through!?"
"Now, now, there's no need to get angry." Nico assures him.
"ANGRY!? Why I oughta!?" Ventus snapped as he then grabbed his lance and about to kill her, but the Straw Hats pulled him back while tried to get him to calm down.
Flashback
While back at the royal tombs of Alubarna, Ace grabs hold of Luffy and they're about to leave when Cobra turns to her Nico and spoke.
"You looked at me straight in the eye and told me that the only thing here was history. Why did you lie to me?" Cobra questions with a serious look on his face.
Nico wasn't surprised that Cobra was able to figure out about the deception that she made.
"You knew? How cruel." Nico muttered with a smirk.
"The truth is, this countries history isn't written anywhere in there. Instead, it has everything about the weapon you want to get your hands on: the description, location. It doesn't make any sense." Cobra points out. "If you had told Crocodile this information, this country will now be his for the taking. Isn't that right?"
"I'm not interested, whether people in this country live or die. It really makes no difference to me." Nico told him. "I had already decided from the start, not to give Crocodile the weapon."
"I don't understand, then why did you come here?" Cobra questions.
"I don't really know anymore." Nico said. "Chasing a dream, I suppose, an empty dream. The last remaining Poneglyph and the world that still carries...the true history. The Rio Poneglyph."
"What do you mean by...the true history?" Cobra questions again.
"Nothing, it doesn't matter now. For 20 years I've searched, and I've never had a better lead than this." Nico told him. "This is my last hope and it didn't work out. So, if I'm going to die here, it's the perfect time. I'm tired of this fools crusade, it's over. All I've wanted, was to learn our true history and to share it with the whole world."
"So then, you're saying that it's possible our lost history could actually be uncovered, and the Poneglyphs are the key to unlocking these records?" Cobra asks, finally understands why Nico Robin was really looking for, but she can only respond in silent. "You mean...all this time..."
Before he could even finish asking, Luffy somehow regained his consciousness when they noticed him walking towards her, carrying both Nico Robin and Cobra.
"'Kay, let's go." Luffy suggested.
"Luffy, you can't be serious!" Ventus snapped. "She's our enemy! She works with Crocodile!"
"She's not working with him, not anymore." Luffy argued, causing Ventus to growl.
"Hold on! I've no longer had a reason to live!" Nico protested. "Just leave me here!"
"You're coming with me, do what you want once we're out of here." Luffy said, leaving Nico widen her eyes in shock.
"I swear, karma will come out and bite your ass, one of these days." Ventus muttered in annoyance.
Flashback Ended
"I wanted nothing more than to die at that very moment, but you forced me to live. That's your crime." Nico Robin finished her explanation. "There's no place for me to go or return to. So, I've decided that I'll join you."
"I see your problem, guess there's no other choice." Luffy said with an understanding. "Welcome."
"LUFFY!?" The Straw Hats, except Sanji, shouts in disbelief.
"There's nothing to worry about." Luffy assures his crew with a grin. "Trust me, she isn't a bad person."
Zoro, Usopp, Nami, and Ventus can find it hard to believe after what hell she and Crocodile have put them through back in Alabasta, but as for Sanji, he's happy for Nico Robin to join the Straw Hats.
Sometime later, those who didn't trust her all kept their eyes on her if she tried anything. For now, Usopp decided to interview her to gain information while Nico Robin kept both Chopper and Luffy entertained with her Devil Fruit powers. Ventus noticed that Chopper is being played like that, makes him feel a little sadden, but when the reindeer makes an eye contact with her, he tried to hide from her which it's not a good hiding spot.
"Pay attention!" Usopp shouted when he slams his fist on the table, earned her attention. "I want some straight up honest answers! I'll ask you one more time, what's your name?"
'We already know her name, you dumbass!' Ventus mentally shouted with a tick mark on his head.
"My names Usopp, hello." Usopp introduces himself, bows to her.
"Nico Robin." Nico Robin re-introduces herself.
"Okay, Nico Robin. So, what's your occupation?" Usopp asks.
"Archeologist." Nico answered simply.
"Are you serious?!" Usopp exclaims surprisingly.
"Archeology runs in my blood." Nico told him. "I've come from a long line of them."
'Archeologists? I've heard that Ohara was destroyed 20 years ago, and the only survivor was none other than her. And if I remember correctly, Ohara was the home of archeologists where they learn about the history, but not anymore.' Ventus mentally thought with a ponder. 'I've also heard that she's branded as a criminal and had a bounty on her head, no wonder she's able to live that long.'
"I see. So, your family has a scientific backgrounds, huh?" Usopp said, writing the information from the notepad.
"What in the hell?!" Zoro muttered in annoyance.
"Go on." Usopp said excitedly.
"It was when I was 8 years old, that I decided to pursue archeology as my career." Nico explains. "Shortly thereafter, I found myself wanted by the World Government. Since then, I spent the pass 20 years hiding from the world."
"You've been alone? Ever since you were 8?" Usopp questions in shock.
"Then one day, I heard the calling of the sea, but there's no way for a child to survive alone from the water." Nico continues while Zoro, Nami, and Ventus listened. "The only option I've found that insured my protection and the ability to achieve my goal was...I chose to work a various rogues, not an ideal solution, but it brought me this far. And here we are."
"And I'm guessing you incorporating Crocodile into your gallery of rogues?" Usopp asks seriously.
"Of course." Nico replied. "I used him to get to the Rio Poneglyph. I'm good at maneuvering obstacles to achieve a goal, I'd be a great asset to you and your friends."
"Huh, you're full of confidence." Usopp states with a ponder. "What's your specialty?"
"Killing." Nico Robin playfully replied.
"LUFFY! My investigation has concluded that she is far too dangerous!" Usopp shouts tearfully, but both Luffy and Chopper were being playing by Nico Robin's Devil Fruit power, being tickled. "YOU GUYS LISTENING TO ME?!"
The entertainment was postponed when Nami slammed her foot against the ships railing.
"Seriously, I'm disappointed, you two are pathetic." Nami said with a scowl, crossed her arms. "Until recently, she was the Vice President of the crime syndicate and you really think such a woman should join us?! You may have fooled these idiots, but me and Ventus are not convinced!"
Nami then slightly turns to Nico Robin.
"You pull anything, and I'll personally kick you out!" Nami warned her.
"Alright, I'll keep that in mind." Nico said with a smirk, then took out pouch full of treasures. "Oh, I just remembered. I brought along some of Crocodiles jewelry."
And with that, Nami's attitude and suspicion quickly changes when she quickly ran towards her.
"Oooh~! Wow, I love you, sister! You're the best~!" Nami said sweetly in starry eyes.
"Oi, here we go." Zoro, Usopp, and Ventus muttered in annoyance, air slapping.
"Nami's been had." Usopp told him quietly.
"And after that talk too." Ventus adds.
"This chick is bad news." Zoro states.
"She's falling her lead like some kind of pet." Usopp said.
They then saw anime hearts flowing above them as Sanji slids down the rails.
"Ah, love~! Old~! The likes of which I never seen, I've been captured by your spell~! Held prisoner in your eyes!" Sanji said sweetly, gone goo-goo eyes and walking around the table with snacks. "I was drift with floating at sea until you've struck me like a thunderbolt, igniting my soul~! A snack."
"Ah, thank you." Nico Robin thanked him when Sanji placed a snack and tea next her on the table.
"Oh brother..." Ventus muttered in annoyance.
"Look at him, falling all over himself." Zoro adds.
"Yeah, well, he was a loss cause from the start." Usopp points out.
"Looks, you, Ventus, and I are the only hold outs on this ship of insanity." Zoro states with a sigh.
"We shouldn't blame the others, their simple minds can't resist her charms." Usopp said.
"Hey Usopp." Luffy called him, earned his attention when he noticed the arms on his head, acting like antlers. "Chopper~!"
It got Usopp and Chopper laughed.
"So much for Usopp." Ventus said in annoyance.
Zoro couldn't help but sighed in annoyance as he and Ventus walked up to the front of the ship. It got Nico Robin's attention when she noticed them walking up the stairs as she decides to follow them. It got their attention, noticed Nico Robin walking up the stairs.
"This ship has charm. Is it always lively?" Nico inquires, turns to the swordsman.
"Yeah, it usually is." Zoro answered bluntly.
Nico Robin then turns to Ventus, which it got his attention.
"I haven't seen Anna, Shanise, or Ivan, why is that?" Nico asks curiously, but it got him growled.
"That's none of your business!?" Ventus growled. "But don't get the wrong idea, I'll never trust you! I couldn't care less about you!"
And with that, he went inside of the room by slamming the door which its loud enough to hear.
"What was that all about?" Sanji asks.
"She asks something that got him touchy." Zoro told him, turns to her. "Look, I don't know what you're trying to pull, but word to the wise, you stay the hell away from him. The kid has already got something on his mind right now."
Nico Robin can tell that it's something serious, but decided not to ask as she walk towards the front of the deck.
'This woman is up to something, but what?' Zoro mentally questions with a scowl, watching Nico Robin looking at the view of the sea.
"What's the forecast, navigator?" Nico Robin asks, turns to the crew. "Is it smooth sailing ahead?"
"The wind is calm and the weather is beautiful!" Nami answered. "There's no problems on my end, sis~!"
And with that, Nico Robin offically became a new member of the Straw Hat pirates. However, the only one who doesn't trust her is Ventus, and apparently, they've met before back at the East Blue which it wasn't good when she forced him to join the Baroque Works. And now, she's gonna have a hard time to earn his trust after what she put him and the Straw Hats through.
