Summer 2000

They'd put it off as long as they possibly could, they knew that they had to go soon. Draco and Theo were standing in front of their calculations arguing quietly. Andi was cradling Teddy to her chest, tears in her eyes.

"It has to happen, today," Hermione said as she looked around the room. "Our numbers have dwindled, Draco lost his position as a spy and has everyone out looking for him enmasse. The longer we put this off, the worse things will get. We've run the calculations again and again, and as the token Gryffindor, I'll be brave and say it. We have to go."

Teddy, who'd just turned three, shifted his hair to match his Hermione's. "Gran," he whispered, reaching up to wipe the tears off her face. "Mia is going?"

"Yes, darling," Andi said quietly.

Theo looked between them and nodded, finding his Timeless Box and doing a final check. Andi squeezed Teddy tighter, murmuring to him. Draco stood next to Hermione with a pained smile. "I love you, you know," he whispered, laying a kiss on her forehead.

"I love you too, Draco," she said, wrapping her arms around his waist. "We have to stop this, I don't want our children to be raised in a world like this."

What seemed like moments later, they stood on their Runes, Regulus' Inferus tied up and frozen on his own.

"You're sure that you'll trust us?" she asked Andromeda one final time.

"I'm sure," Andi said, "the Blood Magic won't lie and as long as you land before I leave the family, I'll help you."

"They're leaving?" Teddy asked.

"Yeah, we are," Draco said quietly. "But don't worry, we'll see you soon."

The three of them nodded to each other sharply and then began to chant.

Move nos in praeteritum. Iter figere quod volumus. Mutare res ut visum est. (Move us into our past. A journey to fix what we will. To change things as we see fit.)

They watched as their magics began to swirl together. Herminone's was light blue. Theo's was dark purple, a dark green came from Draco, and a grey thread came from Regulus' Inferus.

They continued to chant until the world went dark.

Wow. It's been a JOURNEY! Thank you so much for reading my fic, it's the first one I've ever completed (sorta as it's only Book I...)! I'll be going back and doing updates in the next few weeks, so if you're planning on downloading, I might wait until I'm done with that!
