As the two were running, Cam explained how they found a sweater at the last crime scene. If it was Pallants maybe it would have sweat or DNA on it. Booth also told Cam about the late night phone call and she worried if booth was okay. When they got to Jack's office they heard him say yes!
"I hope your saying yes because it is Pallant's, otherwise its just inappropriate" Cam stated.
"It's a 100% match to Pallant's sweat plus I found a hair with a root on it that matched Pallant's DNA, we just nailed this bastard" Jack yelled.
"Oh My God" Angela exclaimed behind Booth and Cam.
"Good Job, let's go get Caroline to sign an arrest warrant" Booth yelled running out of the lab.
As soon as they got down to the front of the building, Booth had already pulled the truck to the front of the building. They all got in and headed for the DA's office. They parked and got out and ran to Caroline's office.
"We just nailed Pallant" the group said as they reached the door.
"What do you have" Caroline asked.
"The sweater we found at the park was 100% DNA match to Pallant's and before you say its substantial, We checked the entry records for the park and the night of the murder was Pallant's first time ever being in there, so that's the only time he could've had his sweater in there" Hodgins' said.
"Good that's enough evidence for a judge and lucky for you guys, I know a judge that wont mind getting up at this hour" Caroline called the judge and he came down and gave them best wishes on nailing the bastard.
It took them 20 minutes to get to Pallant's apartment and when they kicked the door down, no one could've expected the sight in front of them. Despite the sight, most of them were relieved.
