Time for a long overdue update of this story. Thanks to all of you bearing with me to get back to this story. I know it has been quite a while but here we are.
A review by the guest S-P-M-C 13 said: In the first chapter you said naruto would have black hair but now you say he has blond hair which is it black or blond?
My response: You are totally right. I did do those things. Naruto in this story has black hair, unfortunately you get used to writing the classic blond Naruto so many times and eventually it sort of becomes ingrained in your head and you write him as a blond even when you don't mean too. I even do the same for stories where I use other characters. I start using his name because I have simply written so much with him in it. Honest mistake but yes, for this story Naruto has black hair more like the dark Menma from that one Naruto movie.

Part One:Legionary
Arc Two:Questing Westward
Chapter Three:Greeks and their Games
For Naruto, the time spent near the base of operations for the Greek demigods had been…eye opening. He wasn't so foolish as to discount them as fighters. Clearly they held some type of skill to maintain so many with the blood of the divine in one place. If not he was certain they would have been slaughtered before ever even reaching this Camp Half-Blood as they called it.
Terrible name for morale by the way. Might as well have called it something like Camp not-quite-right or Camp Abnormal. At least that was his opinion on the matter.
Still, he figured that without the magical barrier supported by the large oak tree on the hill these campers would have been overrun by now. Skilled some of them may be but they existed in perpetual chaos unlike the legion.
He never thought he would miss the rigid structure of back home. Not when he had gotten so used to his own taste of freedom with his unit of cursed legionaries following him. Comparing the lifestyle of the Greeks to that though he actually wished for an overbearing centurion to come screaming through the central common area like he had seen whenever probatios needed to be corrected.
What's more was how divided they were. He had thought the split between cohorts back in Camp Jupiter had been bad, or the gap between the civilians and the Legion. Here they were divided by nothing more than parentage. It was a wonder that any of them could successfully cooperate with one another with how the various cabins were so starkly segregated and with how much they were encouraged to focus on what separated them.
They did surprise him though. Their wargames had nothing on the legion's but they were no laughing matter. The alliances for such events were left up to the campers as well which gave him at least some insight into the maturity of some of his Greek counterparts.
That said, they were also a bit predictable. The Ares and Athena demigods were almost always the commanders for either side and while some of the other cabins would shift loyalty at times, they largely remained the same as well.
He had to acknowledge that the Greek children of what should have been Minerva were impressive, despite being born to a supposedly maiden goddess. He had to wonder if perhaps Athena was not a maiden goddess while her Roman counterpart was. It was the only explanation Naruto could really come up with.
Either way he had to say he was a bit disappointed in the children of Mars…or rather Ares. They almost always lost to Athena's brood and that stung a bit being as Mars was the patron deity of Rome as a whole. Then again with the brash and almost berserk like methodology of the Ares children Naruto was far from surprised by the recurring losses they suffered.
"It's like witnessing some sort of bizzarro world. Like similar but different and just…not right." He mumbled causing his two escorts to turn his way before he waved them off.
For the last few weeks he had been roughing it near the perimeter of camp and watching as the Greeks went about their business. Lord Bacchus…or his Greek version Dionysus frequented the camp but seemed all too happy to ignore the entire place. Naruto was even pretty sure the god suspected that he was lurking just beyond the perimeter but couldn't be bothered with the possible security risk.
Tonight, though, he was finally infiltrating the camp itself. Luckily his father held a great amount of sway over monsters. Nothing close to absolute dominion and since harpies like those that monitored Camp Half-Blood at night were creatures of the air there was some risk of an issue. However Zeus was even more pompous and arrogant than Jupiter and paid little mind to beings like them.
Naruto hoped it stayed that way. As Aello and Celaeno led him through the camp toward the aptly named big house, the third member of their group distracted the true guardian of the camp, Chiron the Centaur. Naruto had to give the hybrid credit. He was far more caring and diligent than Lord Bacchus was. He was also a bit too trusting of his staff though as Ocypete easily led him off.
"If the item desired is not inside the Big House it can only be in the cabins. Harpies cannot get Roman into cabins to look there. The Gods will know." Aello told him as they approached the building. Thankfully Bacchus was chasing the skirts of a young woman somewhere away from camp.
"That's fine. I appreciate this much help as it is, I know you are not especially fond of demigods." He replied.
"Hmph, campers just prejudiced. Harpies vegetarian." Celaeno huffed.
Naruto paused at that as he recalled the times he had watched them chase a camper back into their cabin in the middle of the night. It brought a grin to his face, one shared with the harpies as he realized it was all a trick to make the Greek campers behave.
"Harpies have duties, Roman will use shadows to leave or Harpies help catch him." Aello said before they both left to deal with their duties.
Naruto sighed before cautiously stepping into the building and beginning his search. He already doubted that his father's helm was actually within the building but he wanted to be able to say he searched anyway. Really sitting back and watching other demigods go about their business was becoming mind numbing and he just really wanted to get into the camp and snoop around a bit. Especially within one of the few places he couldn't get a good sight on from beyond the barrier.
He continued into the building, careful to check his surroundings. Chiron and Lord Bacchus may be gone at the moment but he already knew that the building acted as the home of Chiron, the administrative building, and the infirmary. Likely other things as well.
Slipping down the main hall, he easily found Chiron's office. It was relatively orderly though filled with all sorts of old memorabilia. No doubt from demigods or events that the legendary trainer had known. While the room itself was mostly in order, the desk was a cluttered mess with all sorts of reports that made Naruto's head swim as he tried to decipher the ancient greek. He could barely, but he had grown up using english and his mind was wired for latin. The greek letters written in such tiny script nearly gave him a headache.
Thankfully from what he could tell it was unimportant information. At least for his part. The locations of young demigods of the greek pantheon across the continent wasn't his business. So, he turned his interest to the drawers and cabinets in the room. As quickly as he could while still remaining careful not to disturb the layout of the room, Naruto searched through every space he could. As he expected there was nothing to find. At least here.
Carefully Naruto moved on to the next room down the hall. It turned out to be less of a room and more of a small apartment. Like a smaller house built within the walls of the larger administrative building. He felt a bit guilty invading such a legendary figure's home. Chiron was respected even by his brothers and sisters in the Legion back in New Rome. Naruto also doubted that Chiron would have any part in stealing his father's symbol of power.
That didn't mean someone wouldn't use the man's personal domicile as a place to hide it. Hell it was a perfect spot almost. If Chiron was unlikely to scramble across it at least.
Once more, as he had suspected the helm was nowhere to be found. No trace of his father's unique power was anywhere inside. The rest of the first floor of the Big House was the same with both the infirmary and recreation room that doubled as a meeting room clear of even the tracest amounts of the underworld's presence.
Naruto checked the basement first but didn't need long to decide it was clear. Nothing but ambrosia, which he borrowed some of, and a large amount of strawberry preserves were present. So Naruto moved on to the second floor which like the first was devoid of any hint of a trace.
"It's not going to be here, this is a waste of time." He grumbled to himself as he made his way to the final level of the building. The attic.
The creepy dark and cluttered space of the Big House's attic was definitely not pleasant. Naruto had been to the underworld, several times now to deliver the spirits of his subordinates, however he still felt more uncomfortable here than he had at the steps to his father's palace with the moans of millions of spirits in the distance.
As with the other floors he took care not to move anything out of place too much or disturb the layout of the room. Unlike the rest of the building which had been relatively neat and tidy, this place was a cluttered mess. It just made it harder on him and slower going in his work to search.
Eventually though he found his way to the back of the room to a small open space beside the window at what would likely be the apex of the building's facade. As with every other level of the Big House, Naruto hadn't found anything relevant to the theft of his father's helm. It even made him wonder if perhaps none of the greeks were involved with the missing helm. He didn't wish to think ill of his comrades at home but he was so certain he would be able to know if he was near a relic of his father's with so much power.
He took the risk of glancing out the large window to peer over Camp Halfblood below. It honestly wasn't much to look at in the darkness. With a disappointed but resigned sigh he prepared to turn back and leave the building only to freeze as a bright eerie green mist suddenly began to envelop the attic and him along with it.
"What in father's name…" He mumbled as he snapped his attention to the origin of the mist only to grimace at the sight of the desiccated corpse of a woman dressed as some sort of hippy.
He summoned his blade into his hand as the undead woman stumbled toward him. The most filtered out of her eyes and mouth as she shambled forward until she stopped a single step away from him.
"Son of Shadow return to the West, along the way lend aid to the sea spawn's quest. Where the flower eaters play he must ensure his siblings and the questers do not stay. A secret entrusted to the slighted goddess's best, in war the commander is put to the test. A partner to the end, a comrade becomes even more than a simple friend. Through love and ambition, wisdom and victory, a bridge may be raised, ushering in a new age for half-bloods everywhere, the Emperor be praised."
Suddenly the green mist stopped spilling out of the corpse's mouth and it's body collapsed in a heap on the ground like a puppet having it's strings cut. It's words seared themselves into his mind though as he quickly realized exactly what this was.
A prophecy, one given to him by the oracle herself. Or at least whatever remained of her.
His mind quickly caught up to his present situation as he realized the green light created by the oracle would likely be easy to see through the windows of the big house. He needed to leave immediately.
As he heard the door opened downstairs, no doubt by Chiron, Naruto quickly stepped into a shadow and raced away from not only the building but the camp as a whole, hoping and praying to his father that the centaur couldn't sense the use of a demigod's abilities in use.
As he rose out of the shadows a short ways from the camp's barrier he froze in horror as a hand fell upon his shoulder. The brief moment was short lived and immediately followed by him pivoting and bringing his blade up to strike at his pursuer. At least until it was slapped aside like a toy and the familiar visage of the goddess he considered his grandmother loomed before him.
"Lady Ceres." He gasped.
"You have some explaining to do, child. Not just to me either." She said sternly only for another goddess to step out of the shadows beside her. His stepmother Proserpina joined her mother in looming over him.
"And your father ordered you to keep your mouth shut?" Proserpina asked sharply though her voice held a certain softness and kindness that made it clear she wasn't annoyed with Naruto and his refusal to answer their questions but rather at her husband for asking such of the boy. He put far too much on Naruto's young shoulders in her opinion. He wasn't even a teenager yet.
"I'm sorry. Dad made me give my word though." Naruto said while staring at the ground.
Both women sighed in exasperation. They weren't going to get anywhere with this line of questioning. They could really drag the information out of him either. They weren't about to cause him harm to do that. Not when they could either sit and watch to see what Naruto was supposed to be doing or both of them could pull it out of the Lord of the Underworld themselves.
"Well then. It can't be helped. Your word is your bond as any respectful Legionary could say, though don't expect to get off the hook so easily with your commanders back in New Rome. If I was you I would be coming up with a very believable report as to why you went missing for a few months after delivering the last of your cursed comrades to the underworld." Proserpina said.
"Yes Lady Proserpina." Naruto said with a bowed head causing the goddess to sigh.
"Enough, I'm sure Pluto can answer some questions. Right now I'm more worried that you haven't been taking care of yourself. Have you been eating properly while staking out the….Greek camp?" Ceres asked though venom she used toward the Greeks surprised him as he knew she had a Greek side to her.
"I have done the best I can. I might have summoned some gold from the earth and pawned them in the town nearby to stock up on additional supplies." He said awkwardly.
"By supplies you mean junk foods don't you. Probably mostly candy." She said with her hands on her hips.
Naruto didn't answer, though the faint blush on his cheeks as he stared at the incredibly interesting blades of grass at his feet made his answer very clear. She rolled her eyes before sweeping a hand in front of herself to summon several boxes of fruit and grain bars that were healthy and hearty. They actually tasted pretty good too as Naruto had had most of them in the past thanks to Ceres.
"Thank you, grandmother." He said as he looked over the new food she had given him.
"Of course. Now make sure to take care yourself. You never would have been able to search through the Big House down there without myself and Proserpina covering your tracks. Thankfully most of our fellow gods pay little attention to camp outside their offspring and your father was also doing what he could to conceal you. I fear Bacchus' other half may be onto you though." Ceres lectured.
"Thankfully Dionysus is even lazier and carefree in his Greek form than as Bacchus. We must be going. My dear husband has some explaining to do. Keep yourself safe Naruto." Proserpina said before kissing him on the forehead and disappearing a moment later.
"As she said. Be careful Naruto." Ceres said before repeating her daughter's actions and disappearing.
With a sigh Naruto began gathering up all of his new rations to head back to his hideout and continue his observation of the Greeks.
"Good luck with them dad. You're going to need it cause I don't think they'll be as friendly with you as with me." Naruto muttered in prayer giving his father at least some warning.
Three days later and something interesting finally happened. Well as far as Naruto could tell. Sudden storms had been getting worse and he could only guess that the sky and sea gods were arguing over something. That night they felt closer to a full on brawl than an argument though.
Winds practically screamed around him and rain drenched him in water after being blasted practically sideways. The rapid thumps of thunder sounded like cannons going off and flashes of lightning almost looked to be stabbing the earth and sea in places along the coast of Long Island.
Within all that Naruto witnessed a car manage a movie style wreck as it raced down the old worn country road. Lightning struck it and it lost control before flipping and rolling over across the muddy ground.
The legionary almost left his damp hiding place to help as he saw a woman pulling her son and what appeared to be a faun out of the wreckage. He stopped though as the looming shape of a monster appeared through the haze of the storm and smoke.
"The minotaur." He muttered quietly as it began to pursue the survivors from the wreck, no doubt the boy was the target of creature. He should have listened to the woman who Naruto believed was his mother.
At least he was loyal. Even if it would cost him in the end.
"Father. Protect that woman please. You can use her to gain the Greek boy's help. He must be important if your youngest brother wishes to destroy him so badly. Just spare her life, as you have my own mother if you could." Naruto practically begged before he felt a slight rumble in the earth that coincided with thunder in the distance.
He worried for a moment that his father was refusing but the golden light that briefly enveloped the mortal woman before she disappeared filled him with relief. It looked as though her son did not realize she had been saved from death but that was fine. They could be reunited in the future. Something Naruto occasionally imagined for himself.
Such thoughts died away as the dark haired boy let out a roar of rage and confronted the monster head to head. The fight was short but stunning. Immediately Naruto felt his blood begin to pulse at the concept that such a powerful demigod would be among the Greeks.
He had seen natural untrained talent like that outside himself and Jason after all. No wonder he had the attention of such gods as the king himself.
After killing the minotaur with its own horn the boy collapsed as Chiron led several of the Greek campers to recover him and his new trophy. All the while Naruto watched. He recognized some of the standout campers among them. The daughters of Ares and Athena most notably as they seemed to take charge of the other campers despite their younger age.
The next few days lulled to relative peace. Storms still whipped up randomly from time to time but nothing truly interesting happened. Naruto had to assume that the boy he had seen was taken to the infirmary. The rest of the camp carries on as if the wreck hadn't occurred at all just beyond their borders and that they hadn't been witness to a boy who couldn't be all that much older than himself take on and defeat the legendary minotaur with his bare hands.
At least they carried on as usual until the same boy emerged from the Big House after recovering. The awkward stares and obvious speculation the campers each held for him made it clear that he would be held apart from the rest of the campers to an extent.
Naruto could appreciate that feeling. After all he was never outright disrespected but most wanted to keep a healthy distance from the son of Pluto. The boy down in Camp Half-blood wasn't doing himself any favors either as he soaked several Area children as well as the two girls from Ares and Athena cabins that Naruto had marked as persons of interest.
Still as rough of a start as he seemed to be having in getting settled, he struggled on to make the best of it. He even seemed to get close to the Athena girl and the boy that appeared to be head of Lord Mercury or rather Hermes cabin and in charge of the unknown children that shared his cabin.
He also joined the rest of the camp for it's wargame. Though it was hard for Naruto to get a good look at what was happening exactly, one thing was clear. Neptune, no Poseidon had claimed his son and a quest was apparently imminent.
His thoughts drifted to the prophecy he had received from the Greek oracle while in the attic of the Big House. The first section regarding his return to New Rome while helping a sea spawn's quest was pretty obvious now.
Romans, himself included, were a superstitious people. For good reason. Gods and spirits were all too fond of using omens to communicate with mortals and demigods. Things as small as a bird flying or the direction of the wind could be construed as a message from the gods.
A full blown prophecy delivered directly from the lips of an undead oracle to no others but himself at the heart of foreign territory? That wasn't even superstition anymore. It was simply what had to be done. Not that he really wanted to think about the other lines of the prophecy all that hard. He was after all, very uncomfortable with the last few, referring to war and a new emperor.
Emperors were at best a controversial topic for the Legion and New Rome. The title of Princeps even held a negative connotation now. The United States of America and thereby New Rome were democratic after all. They practically worshiped the old republic as another deity.
Unfortunately, as said before Naruto was superstitious. At least enough to know that there were big changes in store for not only New Rome but their Greek counterparts as well. He just hoped war was not referring to the conflict he imagined it was.
Especially since he had a sinking feeling he would be right in the middle of it and therefore to blame for it.
Left to stew in such thoughts for too long he nearly missed the group of demigods leaving for the quest. The boy was obviously expected, he was the son of Nep-Poseidon. Naruto expected that his life was somehow on the line if he didn't help to retrieve the missing symbol of Jupiter's power.
Hopefully that would help Naruto in his own mission to retrieve his own dad's missing item as well. There was little chance that the thieves of the two items were unconnected in some way. Naruto expected they would be the one and the same actually.
The other members of the quest were less expected but decent choices in Naruto's opinion. The same faun that had been present with the boy when he arrived at camp was going. A good choice since it was most likely that the son of Poseidon felt confident in his trust of the nature spirit.
The last was the daughter of Athena. Another good choice from what Naruto had seen. Personally he likely would have chosen the daughter of Ares, though he didn't have the obvious personal troubles the two of them had after the boy had soaked her with the communal latrines. That and he was increasingly aware of how different a child of Mars was from a child of Ares despite technically being the same god.
Unfortunately for Naruto the trio was loaded into a van driven by a creature with too many eyes for Naruto to be comfortable considering anything other than a monster. With no real way to keep up with them he could only utilize his shadows to get to the next town and hope to find some lead to follow. As much as he was certain he was meant to aid them somehow, he knew better than to simply approach them and offer help. No demigod worth anything would willingly accept such random help from a stranger.
As he stepped out of the shadows in a small roadside town he took stock of his options. It was early morning and a few people were out and about, mostly commuting to work probably. However a few were also stopping by a gas station just a little over a block down the road.
"Would have been nice to have the transports I left New Rome with. What's that motto, Improvise, Adapt, Overcome?" He muttered to himself as he pulled a spare shirt out of his pack and tied it up into a smaller pouch.
"What a waste." He again muttered as he cut a pair of holes for his eyes.
Pulling it onto his head he grumbled about the poor visibility it gave him but the dark purple shirt would have to do. He couldn't risk his face getting plastered everywhere, not along with the transport he was about to acquire.
He psyched himself up for it before picking his target in his mind and stepping into the dark corner he had previously emerged from. Suddenly he was rolling out from under an SUV. Tahoe was plastered across one side and he didn't waste any time opening the driver side door and sliding into the driver seat. Luckily they had left their keys in the car and left it running while they stepped into the convenience store for something.
As easy as he could he slipped the car into reverse and pulled out of the parking lot before driving away, only getting flipped the bird from one driver as he went since he cut them off as they were turning into the gas station.
"That wasn't so bad, driving isn't so hard either." He said with a laugh as he began to pick up speed to match the other cars going down the roadway.
As if to mock him, red and blue lights and a siren suddenly came to life behind him causing him to nearly swerve off of the roadway.
"No way! I wasn't even…well I did steal it. Crap." He began to panic only for the police car to shoot past him at an accelerating speed before it turned across a small path between the divided highway and sped rapidly back toward the little town.
The young demigod let out a long sigh of relief at that as he continued forward toward…well he wasn't sure.
"What the hell am I even supposed to do?" He complained.
"You could always ask for help." A voice replied next to him.
"Gods!" He screamed, swerving the car into the ditch before yanking it back up onto the road way nearly hitting another car.
"You're getting the hang of this awfully quick sweetheart." Ceres said with a chuckle.
"How are you here- wait never mind, goddess right. Grandma, why are you here?" Naruto said as he tried to straighten himself out on the road and not draw attention to his stolen vehicle.
"Well, you are where you really shouldn't be and your father has proven to be a bit more stubborn than I expected. I really thought Proserpina would be able to make him cave in, but nope." She sighed out as she watched Naruto drive. He was trying so very hard not to look like he was having a hard time with it for his first attempt.
"So you came to me?" Naruto asked.
"Yes. I can't leave you here alone to wind up smited or something worse. So, since I also know you are going to be taking after your thrice damned father in this instance and be too stubborn to tell me what it is you are doing in this territory, I will have to help you as best as I can. Just don't tell anyone. This is very against the rules." She said with a giggle.
"You are kind of acting different." He mumbled.
Ceres frowned. She was one of the gods that had little difference between her Roman and Greek aspects but there was still some divergence. Like the fact that Demeter was far more easy going and playful. Most of the greek halves of the olympians were more emotional in general for good or bad.
"Erhm, yes. Ignore that its none of your concern, now I won't press you for too many details on what you are trying to do but you really should ask for some help sweetheart. I can surely do something." She pressed.
Naruto glanced at her before glancing at the road once again. He really did need some kind of help. Otherwise just driving around in a stolen car with no destination was bound to end badly.
"I promised dad I wouldn't say, but maybe if i keep it vague, I guess." He said before collecting his thoughts while Ceres waited patiently.
"There is a group of campers from the Greek side going on a quest. A son of Posiedon, a Daughter of Athena and a faun. I know they have to head west and I can imagine they are involved in the search for Lord Jupiter's missing symbol of power." Naruto said.
"You know about the master bolt?" Ceres asked in surprise, her image briefly flickering. Being in the greek territory and discussing greeks was making it a bit hard on her.
"Yes, it's part of why I am so far from the Legion." Naruto said but clearly unwilling to say anymore.
"Hmm, well then I suppose you just need to find the greek questers to proceed, right?" She asked.
"I believe so. I have no leads on where they are though." Naruto replied.
"Well, for the most part it's difficult for gods to keep an exact eye on where questing demigods are. It's part of the rules for them to gain their glory or whatever. However in this case, let's just say that my brothers are all quite invested in what they are up to. Even your father. Though I am starting to suspect why that may be."
Naruto avoided looking at the goddess as she said that. He didn't want to give even more away. He was beginning to doubt he would be able to keep it from her for the duration of the quest his father had given.
"Do you understand how to proceed then?" Ceres asked him.
"Uh…no." He admitted sheepishly as he was still lost.
"Well now I kind of want you to figure it out on your own." Ceres shot him a frown at the disrespectful tone he had let slip.
"I would hurry too, because the police are getting better and better at catching car thieves these days. That little symbol there is for a company that specializes in planting trackers in cars so if they are stolen they can be found without a problem." Ceres said, tapping a small star shape on the visor.
"Wait, really?" He asked.
"Mhmm, and you already, oh dear so much for a close call. That officer is back already." Ceres said as she turned to look out the back window of the vehicle at the quickly approaching red and blue lights.
Naruto felt the blood drain from his face as he began to panic. Ceres seemed to be having far too much fun in taunting him right now. It was surreal that she was acting so differently from the goddess he had met in the past.
"I still don't know what to do, grandma." He said fearfully.
"Of course you don't, you're still just a child. Honestly my brothers are all too willing to put the weight of the world on their children's shoulders. Ha-Pluto should have known better." She ranted.
"What am I supposed to do?" He asked as the police car grew closer and closer before making it clear it was following him and trying to pull him over.
"Well, think Naruto. Your father wants something to do with the questers you are following. He has no idea you are after them since he probably still thinks you should be back at Camp Half-blood monitoring things or sneaking in with your little harpy friends." Ceres said.
"Driver! Pull over now!" A voice barked loud enough to be heard inside the Tahoe over the police car's intercom.
"So what does that mean exactly?" Naruto asked as he did the opposite of what the police officer said and stepped on the gas.
Ceres glanced between Naruto and the police cruiser that easily caught back up to the Tahoe.
"Well, if you are now his go to guy as it were for handling things, who would he send after you to take care of something?" She asked.
"After me? Well he doesn't normally send me to actually handle stuff. If it's important though the Furies…" Naruto mumbled before turning to look at the goddess.
"See, when you use that head of yours you can figure it out. Now you should be able to tell where the Furies are at if you really focus. As long as they are close enough, but if they are going after the greek questers then they can't be too far." Ceres said before gasping.
'Watch the road!" She said a moment too late as Naruto turned to see the guardrail ahead for a brief moment before his vehicle smashed right through the wooden obstacle and began roughly bouncing down the sharp incline of the hillside.
"Use your shadows, find the Furies and you'll be close." Ceres said before disappearing.
"Right I just gotta stop before I hit the bottom of the hill first right?" He sarcastically asked the air where the goddess had previously been.
Trying to slam on the brakes failed to even slow the car down, instead it sent it into a spin that leveled a half dozen saplings and tipped as if it was going to roll over. As it did so though the shadow cast along the ceiling widened and Naruto saw his opportunity.
A few moments later the police found an overturned and empty vehicle wrapped around a tree at the base of the hill. At the same time Naruto found himself just outside a bus station with a poster of the son of Poseidon he was tracking staring back at him.
That was some progress. He had a name to go off of now. Percy Jackson.
Anyway that is that, I hope you enjoyed it, this story has been on the backburner for quite some time but I thought it needed a bit of dusting off.
Till Next Time
