Here is the new chapter. Sorry about late upload, I have an excuse this time which is I started watching Anime again which is a valid excuse. If any of you are wondering what anime(I know none of you are), then I'll put them at the bottom.
"Oh, Kakashi, you're awake," said Naruto as he placed down a glass of water.
"Where are we?" asked the weary Kakashi who grabbed the water.
"We're in Tazuna's house. We dragged you over here after you passed out. Anyways, I'll come back when your a bit more energized because we have an important meeting," said Naruto as he left the door and shut the door behind him. "In the meantime, Sasuke, wanna resume training?"
"I'm always down for a bit of training," replied Sasuke with a grin. Naruto gave his own grin in response as they left the house to the forests in search of a suitable training area. Sasuke tended to burn things when they trained and Naruto loved his explosives. They didn't need to destroy the whole forest so they would need a more controlled, safer area to fight at.
After searching continually for half an hour, they quit and decided to just spar with no jutsu. They sparred for over an hour straight before finally they decided to stop and drag each other back to Tazuna's house. When they made it back to the house, they were covered in mud, dirt, sweat, and even a bit of blood.
"Oh my god! What happened to you guys?" asked Tsunami who seemed panicked after seeing the two come into the house the way they were.
"Don't worry, just got a bit carried away with training," responded Naruto as he wiped away a bit of dirt and began patting down his clothing. "We'll be fine by tomorrow; hopefully at least."
"Naruto, you literally made a clan named the unkillable clan. You can regenerate a lost limb, you're going to be fine from minor damage like this," scoffed Sasuke.
"So? You have cool eyes!" replied Naruto.
"What does that have to do with anything?" asked Sasuke.
"You know what, just shut up. Let's eat something and then we gotta talk business with everyone," said Naruto as everyone nodded in agreement. "I'll get Kakashi."
When Kakashi finally came down with Naruto supporting him, he sat down and prepared for what he dubbed, "Business." "Ok everyone, so I'll just get right to the chase. Zabuza is alive," said Naruto which stopped Sasuke who was about to take a bite out of his food. The food comically fell right off of his spoon as he just stared at Naruto.
"What do you mean Zabuza is alive?" asked Tazuna as worry and confusion soon flashed onto his face. "Didn't that mask guy kill him with those needles?"
"No no, Naruto does a point," interjected Kakashi. "The senbon needles used by the hunter nin are known to be notoriously difficult to kill people with. In order to actually kill someone or harm them permanently you have to hit a vital spot on the body."
"Right, and the needles could be used to induce a death like state if they hit a proper spot on their body," added Naruto. "Also, I worked as an assassin before. I am accustomed to how other nations assassins are supposed to work in case I would ever need to frame them. Hunter nin are meant to destroy the body after killing them. Taking away the body is not usual practice of Hunter nin," said Naruto as he put the final nail in the metaphorical coffin.
"So Zabuza is likely alive and the hunter nin was working with them?" asked Sasuke, waiting for confirmation.
"Correct," answered Naruto in a simple one word response.
"So then he will come back and try to kill us again?" asked Tazuna as fear began to spike up in his voice.
"That is also, most likely correct," stated Naruto as a small smile appeared on his face. "Relax, we beat Zabuza before, we can do it again. The only difficulty will be the addition of the hunter nin, but we can probably do it. Besides, this will be a good opportunity for training and testing out skills." Tazuna seemed to mostly calm down after that.
"Now, because we are mostly sure that Zabuza will be back, I will begin training you so you will be ready to fight Zabuza and the hunter nin. How far are you guys into chakra control training?" asked Kakashi.
"We both finished tree climbing and water walking," said Sasuke.
"Ok, then I will begin basics of elemental ninjutsu," said Kakashi as he went and scooped up a bit of food before eating it through his mask. 'How in the seven rings of hell and in the name of god themself, did he just eat with his mask on?' went through all the people watching Kakashi.
The only person who didn't think this was a small child. He had black hair and dark eyes. As for clothes, he had a green jumpsuit and a yellow shit with a simple pair of sandals for shoes. On his head was a white and blue hat bucket hat. "Why do you try so hard if your all going to die?" he asked.
"What are you talking about? We aint gonna die. Well, at least not here and not now. The day I die, I will have accomplished my goal land became the worlds greatest assassin!" responded Naruto as he stared down the child.
"Give up! All those who try to stand up to Gato die! It doesn't matter how hard you try, or how hard you train, you won't be a match for his men! The weak will always lose to the truly strong no matter how much cool things they say!" the kid yelled back as tears started to build up in his eyes.
"Yada yada yada, say something interesting please. You say that the weak will always lost to the strong? Has it occurred to you that Gato is the weak? He is the same man who has to send his minions that he pays just to do anything. Besides, I'm not like you. None of us here are like you. We don't spend time yelling at people who try to make a difference about how futile it is. You haven't even tried to make a difference, so shut up and come talk when you have done something," responded Naruto as he started leaning back on his chair.
"YOU SHUT UP! Looking at you and your friends makes me sick! Don't stick your nose in our situation when you know nothing about it! I'm not like you! Someone who doesn't know the least bit about pain in your blissful life protected in a village!" yelled the child as more tears started to stream down his face.
Naruto and Sasuke both visibly darkened after hearing him yell about pain. "At least you have family left," stated Sasuke as he glared at the child who was clearly shocked by that. "You act like you are completely alone; like you have no one there for you in your miserable life. Do you still have a mother? Yes! Do you still have a grandfather who is trying to make a difference? Yes!"
"You say that we are sticking our nose in a situation that we know nothing about, yet you assume how our lives have gone. Your family wasn't completely killed out in a single night. Your family wasn't killed the day you were born. You act as if you are the only one in this world to suffer. You are completely blinded by your own sorrow and feelings of loss, that you don't realize what others have lost," said Naruto.
"You refuse to let go of what you have loss and move on!" Naruto continued. "You continue to grieve and be stuck in the past even after people have sacrificed their lives to let you move on. You have to dry your eyes and look ahead. You may feel like digging your heels in before falling to the ground. But the flow of time waits for no one. It won't patiently stand by, as you grieve. Get up, and hold your head high! It doesn't matter how weak you are, or how poor you are! It doesn't matter how ugly you are, or how hated you are! It doesn't even matter if you're alone or not! You can still make a difference, so do it!"
Naruto shoveled the last of his food into his mouth before leaving the house to blow off some steam. Sasuke also followed as he was angered by the child too. Said child happened to be crying as he ran up to his room. "Did they actually have to go through that?" asked Tazuna as he snapped out of his shock from Naruto's outburst.
"Yup, they both went through their fair share of hardships through out life. It is not exactly my place to say what exactly happened to them, but the both had to go through what Naruto said. Naruto has been an orphan since birth and Sasuke lost his whole family in one night," answered Kakashi with a sigh. "I'm going to go up and talk with your kid."
"Oh right, sorry about Inari. He hasn't been the same since... Kaiza..." said Tsunami as she was picking up the bowls.
"Who's Kaiza?" questioned Kakashi.
"He was Inari's step father," answered Tsunami. "Inari had a pet dog named Pochi. This bully went and stole Pochi before throwing him into the ocean. Inari got shoved in too but he couldn't swim unlike Pochi. When Inari was going to drown, Kaiza -who happened to be a fisherman- saved him. I soon married him after we got close and when Gato came, he was one of the people to stand up to him. Gato had Kaiza publicly tortured and executed to show what happened to the people who tried to be heroes. Inari has never been the same since then."
Kakashi stayed silent after hearing the story of Inari's father figure. "I'll go talk to him now."
Naruto was blowing off steam through destructive therapy. Korosensei had helped him but he still wanted to blow some things up so he was busy destroying trees in the forest. He had Zukiji in his right hand, Rinkite in his left hand, and Chikate in his mouth. His grey coat, white shirt, and Hakuma styled pants had been thrown off meaning he was going around with just his gray shorts. The reason for this was because he had ten tentacles sprouting from his back as he was in the middle of his destructive therapy.
He was running around cutting trees open and stabbing them with the knife in his mouth. The tentacles sprouting from his back were knocking trees over and grabbing onto them either to pull them down or to pull himself along. Every once in a while, he would use a new technique where he would point a tentacle at the target. He would then concentrate a part in the center in the shape of a long tube. The concentration of antimatter in the tube like area at the tip of his tentacles that he was concentrating would cause more of his explosions but more focused and controlled.
Sasuke was beating trees with his batons. As he once learned, nothing is better for taking care of anger other than brutally beating things. 'The nerve of that brat. 'He thinks I don't know what it is to suffer, yet he still has a family. Naruto and I both don't have any family left.' Sasuke then jumped back as he shot out a fireball to burn the tree.
Sasuke continued bashing more trees and destroying more and more things. He didn't have Naruto's tentacles so he couldn't just obliterate things by slapping them from long range. He would instead beat things with his batons and burn them with his fire. Naruto's substitute for fire being explosives. Overall, the forest was going to have a large portion destroyed by the time the two of them were done.
As I said, the anime I watched were Tonikawa and Horimiya. No analysis or fanfic recommendation since there is nothing for me to recommend or analyze yet. I'm excited to post the next chapter. I know not all of you will like it, but can't please everyone. It is done btw. I'm just gonna post it later.
