Chapter 8: Frozen Wedding

Dove looked over at Trent, smiling as she hugged him with full force. Trent almost got knocked onto his butt, but he kept his balance and hugged her back.

"I'm so proud of you, Dovely." He said, smiling. Dove pulled away and looked at him in the eyes, still smiling.

"Thanks for being there for me...even when I wasn't there for you." Dove said.

"Hey, I'd do anything to keep you safe."

Dove looked down and then up slightly at Trent, when she saw Lydia helping Jack up. "Dad!" Dove ran over to her dad and hugged him with the same amount of force she used with Trent. Jack hugged her back, smiling excitedly.

"Oh, Dove." A tear began to fall down his cheek as he hugged his daughter tightly.

Dove looked at Lydia, and saw the sadness in her eyes. She pulled away from her father, and looked deeply into Lydia's eyes. And when she did, she saw the sorrow and sadness for the loss of the former queen of Arendelle.

"No..."

"I'm so sorry, Dove...but your mom's gone." Lydia said, as a tear fell down her cheek.

A tear ran down Dove's cheek. Her mom was gone and there was no way to bring her back.

"Dovely...?" Trent placed a hand on Dove's shoulder, making her turn around and hug him. Trent wrapped his arms around Dove, and hugged her tightly.

Jack let a tear run down his cheek, when he felt a hand on his shoulder, making him looking behind him, to see the Guardians standing right there. Toothiana, Bunnymund, Sandman, and North (also known as Santa Clause). "Guys, what-what are you doing here?"

"We heard Pitch was here." North said with his Russian accent.

"Yeah, well you're a little late...he's gone now." Dove said, crying a little bit.

"Oh, Dove, what's wrong?" Tooth asked, as she flew next to Jack's daughter.

"My mom...she-she's dead!"

Trent rubbed her back slowly, comforting her like the friend he was.

North grinned as he took Dove from Trent's hold and handed her a bottle with some sort of drink inside.

"What's this?" She asked, wiping a tear away.

"This is a concoction that I came up with...that can heal a melted heart." North replied.

Dove looked at North, and then back at the bottle. She hesitated but took it into her hand and then looked back at North.

"Go...your mom's waiting."

Dove smiled as she hugged him, saying. "Thank you" And then running off to her mom's room.

"North..."

North looked at Jack, with a grin on his face. "Yes, Jack. What is it?"

"I just want to say...thank you, and...I think I'm ready to be a Guardian again."

"Well Jack...you can." North began. "But...Dove can be one too."

Trent looked at North, scared for Dove's safety, and somehow, North could feel his look, and grinned even more. "On second thought, maybe Dove shouldn't be one."

"I was about to say." Jack began, when he heard a beautiful singing voice coming from the castle...make that 2 singing voices.

Let it go/let it go/can't hold it back anymore/let it go/let it go/turn away and slam the door...

Many years had passed, and Trent had finally became King...well, he was becoming King on this very special day: His Wedding Day.

Trenton fixed his tie while looking in the mirror, and saw Jack behind him. "Oh, hey sir." He said, sounding scared still. Even on his wedding day, he was still scared of Dove's father. When they started dating, Jack was totally cool with Trent...but now they were getting married, and Jack was going to be a father-in-law to Trent...and soon a grandfather.

"Please, call me Jack, or better yet...dad." Jack replied, making Trent turn around and look at Jack face to face.

"Okay...dad." He said, smiling.

Before you knew it, Trent and Dove were husband and wife, and Arendelle had a new king, and a new snow queen. And everyone lived happily, ever, after...for now.
