Ok, few things...
Cities, locations, tourist attractions etc., mentioned here do exist, I DO NOT OWN THEM. And if you guys are interested to know more about them you are free to google them. Or ask me.
Also, this chapter contains a juicy lemon and crude language, just a warning.
Finally, I still haven't had time to wrap up this story but it is getting there. I hope you guys enjoy reading this chapter, because I sure did enjoy writing it.

Chapter 19
Percy
The sky was still dark. The sun still didn't come out to chase the stars away yet. It was beautiful. As I watched Annabeth sleep on the silky French sheets, I couldn't help but admire her. The sheets hugged her smooth skin right at her waist, exposing her bare back to my admiring eyes. I remember last night and how magically our sex was. No, not sex, as corny as it is, that was fucking love-making. It was emotional, passionate, and so, so good as our bodies danced in rhythm and sync. I could still feel my hands wrapped around her hair as I rocked our bodies slow and steady, then fast and deep until we couldn't let anything in anymore.
Yeah, I was in fucking heaven.
Nantes, France was a beautiful city, but then again, I have said that for every city we have visited so far. It was early July, perfect for Nantes camping. The cabin we rented was perfect in its simplicity and so far we went canoeing in the lake, rock-climbing, and even hiking. I was the one tripping over my own feet, with asthma attacks every other ten minutes, and not to mention loads of bugs spray, sun-block, and of course Star Wars Band-Aids.
Oh yeah, such a romantic.
Annabeth would just role her eyes at me and pull me along muttering "you are such a dork" anytime I mentioned protection from flesh-eating bugs or killer sun rays.
Once I saw the first signs of dawn I laid back down and snuggled Annabeth into my arms. She let out a little sigh, as if she knew in her subconscious that I wasn't next to her while she slept and is finally relieved to have me there. Its simple things like that that make my heart swell with pride and love. They make me happy to know that she is my soul mate and I would be lost without her.
"Good morning handsome," a sleepy, croaky voice whispers next to me. I look down and sure enough, sparkling grey eyes are smiling up at me as she places her chin on my chest, kissing me there.
"Morning," I smile, kiss her forehead, and pull her on top of me.
"Woah, a little exuberant this morning are we?" she jumps as she feels how hard I am. I'm always hard for her. I smile slyly at her as she laughs, grinding her hips.
"Yeah," I groan out, my smile never wavers.
"Well ok, then." She leans down and kisses me, long and seductively, almost making me groan without air. I pull away, then toss her back on the bed as I kiss her face, stomach, and thighs. Anywhere but there. Annabeth writhes underneath me getting impatient.
After I decided I tortured her enough, I kiss her between her legs as I suckle her juicy lips, pulling them between my teeth. I thrust my tongue into her as she gasps and pulls my hair with a steal grip, pulling me closer. I go faster, sucking her slickness and with my fingers, move in deeper, pumping.
"Percy!" she yell-groans as her body tenses and convulses. With a satisfied smile I kiss back up her body until our faces our aligned.
"That was delicious," I smirk down at her. Her lazy grin and blush let me know that she enjoyed it too. She pulls me closer and kisses me as she holds me and pushes me inside her.
"Gods, you feel so good," I groan, rocking and thrusting. I bow my head as the warm feeling in my body overwhelms me. I can feel my muscles tensing as I speed up my movements to overwhelm to think about going slow. Annabeth rocks with me pulling on my hair and scratching my back, her legs locked on my hips, caging me. She's making noises only I would ever hear. The strong satisfaction that thought brings me makes me pound recklessly until I feel my body burst with flames licking and simmering in my veins. Gosh dammit, I'm seeing stars.
I am vaguely aware of Annabeth stroking my head as I lay on top of her. I feel bad, but my body feels like Jell-O, and I can't seem to connect my body with my brain.
Annabeth
He fell asleep. Dam, that boy is going to kill me. The love I feel every time we are as close as two bodies can be kills me every time.
I stare at him, his face, his cheekbones, strong jaw, everything. Him… After about an hour I finally get off of bed and go order breakfast so we can pack our backs and check into our hotel this afternoon where we will be the rest of our time in Nantes. After showering, I put on some denim ripped shorts, an off the shoulder black and white blouse, with my combat boots.
Percy is still snoring happily in bed so I lay out his clothes for him, casual jean shorts with a black striped shirt.
I love my geek, but sometimes his outfits are too fancy, for simple, adventurous city explorations.
After having breakfast at a homey French café over-looking the river Loire, we stumbled upon a theme park called Les Machines de l'ile. Apparently, this theme park was built from creative imaginations and scraps of metal. All around, there are mechanical moving animals for tourists to admire and enjoy. Of course, Percy fell in love.
"Oh, let's get on that elephant Annabeth! Come on," he screeched pulling me along. Did I forget to mention there was an enormous 12 meter tall mechanical elephant that people rode to tour the theme park. Yeah, it was pretty fucking cool.
We rode the elephant as the tour guide explained all the different areas to explore, gift shops here, cafes and restaurants there, mechanical rides to our right, mechanical playgrounds to our left, you name it. Percy couldn't stop grinning the whole time. So cute.
"Flies are going to lay eggs in your mouth," I stated, licking my ice cream cone. We were currently walking, hand-in hand to the 25-meter tall Marine Worlds Carousel.
He shrugged, licked his ice cream, "This is just too cool for me to pretend otherwise."
"Yeah I don't doubt that."
"Don't you dare mock me," he threw an eyebrow at me.
I gasped, hand clutching my chest, "You have such little faith in me."
"I've learned not to under-estimate you, love."
"Good man. You know what's good for you." I stated proudly, patting his arm. He threw his arm over my shoulder, as he snuggled my neck, I giggled unabashedly.
"Oh, yeah I do. Lots and lots of se- Ow!" I punched his shoulder before he could finish his sentence, glaring at him. "Geez, no need to get violent. I was just stating a fact."
"Don't get cocky," I chided, though secretly I kind of loved it.
"Oh, but you know I am," he smirked at me suggestively, and I couldn't help it, I laughed.
"Gosh you're such a dork," I chuckled out. He pecked my lips as we made our way to ride a mechanical sea horse.
We oohed and aahed at the appropriate times as each sea creature 'swam' around us with their human passenger doing the same as us. Everything was just so incredibly brilliant and I found myself acting too girly for my taste, but eh, who cares? Our sea horse swam up and down and it even had a small information video as we rode, explaining the beauties and wonders about the day in the life of a sea horse.
This day couldn't have been more amazing.
Percy
Dam, the day was fucking perfect, I kept telling Annabeth that every moment I could. She just rolled her eyes at me and moved along.
Currently, the sun was setting and we stopped by at the gift shop before we went back to our hotel to purchase some memorabilia. I found a stuffed mechanical-esq sea horse and a miniature elephant key chain from our wonderful tour ride. I even purchased some tee-shirts as well.
"Here," I gave Annabeth the sea-horse as we made our way out the shop. She grinned at me with affection in her eyes. My face reddened. She clutched it to her chest and leaned forward to kiss me on the lips. I wrapped an arm around her waist as I stroked her cheek and neck with the other. Our lips were searing with heat, her lips tasted like chocolate mint ice cream and I moaned as her teeth met with my bottom lip.
After a couple minutes we pull apart, our foreheads touching, our breaths heavy. "I love kissing you," she breathes out, eyes closed.
"Same here," I grin kissing her once again as she sighed into me.
"We should head back." She moans pulling away.
"Five more minutes," I whisper, pecking her with kisses, then catching the bottom one and pulling it in my mouth, sucking. She giggles into the kiss and my smile is unstoppable.
"Ten," she adds as she wraps her arms around my neck.
"Deal."
The next couple of days we explored Nantes more. Sight-seeing, museums, monuments, landmarks, and a boat cruise along the Loire River. All in a week's time. We were beyond exhausted but at the same time excited to be on our way to Paris, the city of love. To say I wasn't nervous was an understatement, but I didn't exactly know why. I mean, my birthday was in three days, but we didn't exactly have anything planned other than the usual Paris tours for couples in love.
I guess it was because the expectations were high in this place, and I worried I'll fuck it up somehow.
"Percy, wake up," Annabeth shrugged me awake, "We landed," she grinned excitedly at me, already gathering her belongings. After we grabbed our luggage we made our way to the Paris streets to hail a taxi.
"What's the name of our hotel again?" Annabeth asked, looking up from her map.
"Umm.." I scrambled around in my backpack searching for where I wrote the name and address.
"Don't tell me you don't know?" she deadpans.
"I-I didn't. It's h-here somewhere," I hope. After dumping all the contents of my backpack on the floor and looking through all my papers, clothes and knick-knacks, there was not a sign of it anywhere. "Oh gods! It has to be here I put it in my pocket this morning!"
"Are you serious Percy? You couldn't hold on to one fuc-"
"In my pocket!" I shrieked as I shoved my hands in my pocket. "Found it." I produced a small slit of paper with the words Hotel Astrid and the address and gave it to Annabeth. She sighed and gave the taxi driver the address.
After the exciting beginning to our first day in Paris, the next day was better. By a little.
We had morning sex, ate breakfast, admired the hotel, went for a walk, toured the city, and got lost a couple times. But, somehow through it all Annabeth was acting, um well, edgy. Every single time we went somewhere she would glare at me as well as every single person that even looked our way. I think it started during breakfast when the chirpy waitress asked us what we wanted to order, and Annabeth rudely dismissed her after we ordered. But I wasn't sure.
Currently we were in line to enter the Louvre Museum, my arm wrapped around Annabeth's waist as she read the pamphlet. I kept poking her in odd places to see if she would respond, she simply gave me a tight-lipped smile. I frowned and sighed.
"Ladies and gentlemen, Bienvenue to the Louvre! Please enjoy our introductory tour of the magnifique historical art…" the tour guide droned on in her French accent as she introduced whatever sculpture or painting it is she was talking about while we followed.
Everything was just… amazing. My mind boggled me with what words to use to describe this place. Heaven would be more accurate. The architecture was ancient, but elegant. Statues and sculptures were well preserved and each displayed like royalty. The art pieces where even more elegant and mesmerizing than the rest. Each swirl of color on a painting had a meaning and a story, creating a new world with just one thought.
Fucking brilliant if you ask me.
"Percy? Percy? Are you listening to me?" Annabeth grumbled impatiently. I turned to her at my side while she glared at me. "What's wrong with you?" she accused, with a hint of… hurt?
"W-what do you mean?" I'm pretty sure my face showed confusion right now.
"You're not listening to me," she replies and adds quietly "but you sure seem to be listening to her" although I don't think I was supposed to hear that part. She grunts and shakes her head walking on with the tour people.
Confused, I look around me. People in the group were absorbed into the art as they listened to the guide and admired the place at the same time. When I looked back at the guide she was staring at me, or more like devouring me with her eyes. She smiled, licking her lips. Oohh… I get what's going on here. I shuddered. She was pretty, I guess, if you were into the small skirt, tight blouse, and killer heals, with make-up plastered to her face and bright red lips. She couldn't even pull off that color any way. On the other hand, my Annabeth looks like a goddess with bright red lipstick. Just the thought of her wearing red lipstick makes me hard. Let's not even mention mini-skirts and tight revealing blouses. I'll go bonkers.
I sigh and reach up to Annabeth pulling her towards me. "What the-" she twirls facing me as I tighten my grip and kiss her like my life depended on it. Which, sometimes, it does.
She melts into me as I cup her face and gently end the kiss. Her eyes are dazed, lips swollen. I love how I am the one who does this to her. First and ever me.
"You are mesmerizing," I whisper, stroking her cheek with my thumb. "The only one I see."
She smiles wistfully. "How is it you always know what to say?"
"Because we're soul mates," Simple.
She runs her fingers through my hair, tugging gently, "Yeah, soul mates."
Annabeth
After the Louvre I apologized for being such a bitchy jealous girlfriend and made it up to him with hugs and smooches. He basked in the attention, but who could blame him really. He was irresistible after all.
When we arrived back at the hotel, we were both exhausted so we ate a simple dinner and called it a day. Percy passed out as he hit the pillow so I decided to double check my preparations for tomorrow. I got up and looked over his presents, making sure everything was there. I bought him seven presents in total, but technically one I made and another isn't really for him, more for both of us.
Yeah, I may have gone overboard just a tiny bit. But he's worth it.
After making sure everything is set for tomorrow, I lie down next to Percy. He seems to notice my presence and snuggles me to his chest as I drift.
I wake before the sun. Good. Gives me just enough time to prepare some breakfast and arrange for the day. At around seven I hear the toilet flush and I know he's awake. I finish the last touch on the table just as he makes an appearance.
Pants low on his hips, chest bare, feet bare, messy black hair, hands rubbing his eyes awake as he slips his glasses on. My heart jumps out of my chest at the sight.
I go up to him, give him a long sweet kiss and hug him tight. "Happy Birthday," I whisper in his ear. He wraps his arms around my waist as he leans back to look at me a smile on his face.
"Thanks," he replies glancing at the table. I made him French toast with strawberries and whip cream, a glass of milk and a batch of chocolate chip cookies for dessert. "Wow, this looks yummy," he slurs licking his lips.
"Thank you. Now sit down and enjoy."
"I wasn't talking about the food," he replies suggestively, sitting down and digging in. I role my eyes.
"Ok, so here is the plan for today," I start after we have both settled. When I know he's listening, I continue. "First we're going to see the Arc de Triomphe, then we will tour along Champs-Elysee until we reach the Place de la Concorde. Then we'll just look around, shop, eat, whatever. Yeah?" I ask somewhat nervously, not knowing if he wanted to go somewhere else. He simply smiles at me knowingly.
"Sure. Then what else? Hmh?"
My grin is uncontrollable as I say "The rest is a surprise. "He leans over the table and kisses me. "So do you want your first present now, or later?"
"First present? How many am I getting?"
"Um, a few," I reply vaguely. His eyes sparkle, as he shakes his head in awe.
"I'll take it now, then." Smiling, I get up to retrieve it. This one came with me all the way from New York, just waiting to be unwrapped.
He looks at the large sized box, shakes it, and then looks at me questioningly. He rips through the paper quickly as he reveals the front. Star Wars Collectibles. His eyes snap up to me quickly.
"Seriously?"
I nod. "Yup. It has all the main characters. Anakin Skywalker, Padme Amidala, Obi-Wan Kenobi , Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, and Yoda of course. It even has Darth Vader too. Oh and it has R2 and-" I stop at the sudden invasion of lips on my mouth. He seems to be doing that a lot lately. Telling me to stop talking with kisses. Eh, I don't mind.
"Gods, I love you! So fucking much right now." He declares, hugging me tightly as he nuzzles my neck. I chuckle.
"You are very fucking welcome."
We headed out around ten, freshly showered with full bellies ready for the day. When we arrived at the Arc de Triomphe, we loitered for about an hour. I was entranced by the sculptures on the pillars as well as the names of remembered soldiers in the French revolution and the Napoleonic Wars. We went under where we learned about the unknown French soldier who died in World War I. I took pictures of everything, entranced by the detail and the art behind it.
After wards, we hailed a taxi and drove through the Champs-Elysee Avenue. The trees, the theaters, the restaurants, the luxury shops, the museums, and the gardens we saw. I took pictures of everything and everyone, the lights and ambience blending in the background. Gods, everything was so surreal, I couldn't tell if I was dreaming or not. When we finally arrived at the Place de la Concorde, we decided to have some lunch at an outdoor café, right outside the plaza.
"You know this is the best birthday I've ever had?" Percy says as we munch on some burgers and orange juice.
"Really?"
"Yeah. Not that others were not great. But I guess today has just been so spectacular and magical that I can't seem to stop grinning being, here with you."
"I wouldn't say that just yet," I chide in, my face flushing.
"Oh, that's right. There is more isn't there? I can't see how you can top this, but be my guest." He smirks and takes a bight out of his burger.
I smile knowingly, "I know I can top it, so prepare to be amazed."
We saw the fountains and all the statues, simply strolling and admiring. Kissing, smiling and giggling. We took pictures of us posing in front of each monument and landmarks. We even managed to get some silly ones in there too. Percy is such a dork, but that only makes me love him more.
"Gods, I'm exhausted," Percy groans as we ride the elevator back up to our suite.
"Yeah, me too." I sigh, rubbing my neck, cracking some kinks and knots out. "Percy, hold on a sec. I need you to wait out here for a bit." I plead, halting him before he reaches the door.
His eyebrows knit, confused. "Is this the surprise?"
"Kind of… yeah, some of it."
"Ok." He grins.
"Ok," I sigh and sneak inside. I quickly manage to check the arrangements. Our food was delivered, table set, cake in the fridge, gifts ready. Room looks ok. Everything seems good to go. I grab the small arrangement of roses and open the door.
Percy jolts, almost as if he was leaning against the door, trying to hear what I was doing. He straightens, shyly smiling at me.
"Bienvenue," I greet. He takes my three roses, purple, white, and red, then kisses me chastely.
"Merci, ma Cherie," He replies, I blush. His French is hot. I quietly lead him to the spare room where I laid out his second present.
"I didn't wrap this one because I want to wrap it off you later."
Percy, swallows thickly as he stares at me, then at the bed. A brand new black tux, black dress shirt paired with a grey vest and grey bow tie for tonight's occasion. He runs his hands through the tux, smile blinding.
"Gods, Annabeth… I just want to throw you on the bed and have my way with you right now. You know how hot this is?" he looks at me pulling me to him. His eyes are pure lust as he eyes me. My breath hitches slightly, but sadly, I'm going to have to say no.
"As appealing as that idea sounds, I can't have you ruining my surprise." He sighs dejectedly, but nods. "Now, get dressed. I'll be waiting in the balcony." I peck him on the lips then make my way out.
Percy
I try to dress as fast as possible. But somehow that only slowed me down. Gods I'm such a klutz. I tripped three times just trying to put my slacks on and my arm got stuck pulling on the vest. Yeah, I was nervous. Annabeth was out there, waiting on me with more surprises. With her amazing self, looking like the goddess she is.
Frankly, I'm surprised I'm still coherent enough to speak properly.
After ten minutes of useless struggle, I finally manage to tie my shoes and head out to the suits balcony. As I enter, I notice Annabeth leaning her arms on the balcony, her hip propped out. She's wearing a grey lace mini dress, showing off her curves, long smooth legs and soft thighs. Her black heel boots making her calves look strong and defined. Gods, I'm so screwed.
She hears my presence and turns, smirking at me, her bright plump lips smiling at me, beckoning me. "Hello, handsome." She gives me her hand and leads me to the small table for two. Our plates and food set up, two glass cups of red wine, two lit candles and a bouquet of our favorite roses as the center piece. "You like the touch I added?"
"Love it." I compliment taking my seat after her. We stare at each other a bit. Just staring… admiring, cherishing, memorizing. Annabeth clears her throat, blushing. I'm pretty sure I am as red-faced as her at the moment, only, I think she pulls it off way better than I do.
"Um, we are having Ratatouille with rice and bread buns," she pulls the lid off our plates and the delicious aroma of steamed vegetables, spices and fluffy bread overwhelms me as I moan out in gratitude.
"Wow, I do love that movie." I state, admiring the food.
"Ha, yeah. That's why I ordered this, it seemed good in the movie."
"It didn't disappoint." Then we dig in. I drink some red wine. Ha, we can drink legally here. Fucking awesome. Taste sour at first, but I'm able to appreciate the tangy flavor. Delicious.
We chew, quietly. Basking in this sublime moment as we overlook the city of Paris. Lights illuminate the city. The streets, the monuments, cars and building. And far off in the distance, the Eiffel Tower lights up the night, making it that much more magical.
I sigh contentedly, and look at Annabeth. She's smiling, admiring the view too. I lean to the side and pull her chair closer to me. "You are too damn far away," I grunt as I cup her face in my hands. Stroking and devoting, I kiss her forehead, her cheek then the other, her nose, her chin, her jaw, her neck, her ears, then finally her lips. Annabeth moans into me, her hands gripping the lapels of my tux as we kiss and make love with our mouths. Intense and overwhelming.
After what seems like years, we pull apart for air, our breaths mingling together, mixing.
"Je t'aime, Annabeth." I whisper in her ear.
"Je t'aime aussi, Percy." She echoes. "Are you ready for the rest of your presents?" she smiles lazily against my lips, her eyes glazed. I nod.
She holds out four different box shaped presents, all in different sizes wrapped together with a ribbon in the shape of a bow. I grin at her, shaking my head in incredulity. Gods, she's astounding.
"You can open whichever one you want. But the last one should be last." She sounds nervous.
I untie the bow and start with the first small box. Once unwrapped, it looks like a jewelry box. I open it and there lies a cowrie shell necklace tied with a leather cord. "Wow, it's amazing." I cup it in my hands feeling the texture of the smooth shells. "Would you?" I motion for Annabeth and she quickly takes it, wrapping it around my neck, and tying the clasp. I pull her on top of me, so she's sitting on my lap as I kiss her in thanks. She wraps one arm around my neck as she gives me the next present.
"Next one," she grins, squirming to get comfy. I quickly unwrap it and reveal an album CD cover "Bon Jovi: Greatest Hits" I read. I look up at her smiling unabashedly. "You are an amazing woman. I want to marry you." she giggles, blushing. But I'm not kidding. Someday.
I reach for the next one. "This one was last minute. I bought it during our trip," she adds. A puzzle. A puzzle from our visit to the Mechanical Animals theme park in Nantes. A mechanical elephant, seahorse, tiger, horse, owl, and spider make up the picture. I open it and see the same picture as a poster to hang then the small puzzle pieces, scattered.
I laugh goodheartedly. "Thanks, it's still awesome. I love it."
She grins shyly at me as she hands me the last one. Carefully, I unwrap it and see some form of notebook. I open it and see pictures, pictures that I know she took. There is one of me doing my homework on her bed, glasses falling, and hair all messed up from running over it with my hands. Another is from school, where I'm laughing at something, pulling on my suspenders. A third shows me sleeping, face down, hugging my pillow, lips pouting out, and eyebrows scrunched. I flip the page and see many more. Then there is one of us. Where we're lying down, smiling up at the camera. One shows us hugging tightly, dancing. And another shows us laughing as I kissed Annabeth's cheek, and hugged her from behind.
"Jesus, this is incredible. I-I don't know what to say. These are amazing!" I croak out, my voice hoarse from so much emotion swelling inside me.
"Do you like it? It's not too cheesy?"
"Of course I love it. It's the best gift you gave me. These are beautiful Annabeth." I kiss her again. Too addicted to stop. "Although it seems to be missing pictures of you, but than can be arranged."
She gives me a bright toothy grin as I pull her tighter into me and shower her with words and kisses. She clutches on to me, like if I was her life line to Earth, when in fact she's my lifeline to life.
I decide to put the CD in as we finish our dinner. The song Livin' on a Prayer comes on and it sends me back to that first day I noticed her, when she invited herself to my house, that song playing in my car as I drove. She smiles in recognition and we get up to dance to the song in pure bliss.
She says, "We've gotta hold on to what we've got.
It doesn't make a difference if we make it or not.
We've got each other and that's a lot.
For love we'll give it a shot."
We dance and yell out the lyrics laughing at each other, spinning and twirling one another, joy emanating from us.
Whoa, we're half way there
Whoa, livin' on a prayer
Take my hand and we'll make it - I swear
Whoa, livin' on a prayer…
Jumping up and down and acting like two stupidly in love people has never been so fun. We eventually finish our meal, but not before dancing to a couple other songs, and slow danced to Always. Yeah, that was a beautiful moment.
"Um, I have one more present for you," she says quietly after I have blown out the candles and shared my chocolate cake with her.
"Seriously there is more?" My eyebrows hitch, mouth agape.
"Um, yeah." She replies pulling me into our suite. Ooh, ok. I'm liking where this is heading…
She sits me down in the middle of the bed and I notice the night stands on either side decorated with Star Wars Happy Birthday balloons. "Stay here. Do not dare move ok?" she points a finger at me and I nod enthusiastically.
I wait while she goes into the bathroom and locks the door, leaving me impatient and eager. My palms are sweating, and my glasses are fogging up, but I wait. Finally after what seems like an eternity, but what I feel may be just fifteen minutes, I hear the door click.
Once Annabeth steps out of the bathroom, my mouth hits the floor, literally, as I stumble over thin air trying to stand because of the sight before me. I look up at her on all fours, eyes bugged out of my head, mouth agape, drool dripping, and not a single articulate thought in my intoxicated, mesmerized brain.
"P-princess L-Leia," I manage to croak out, voice hoarse, and she smiles provocatively at me.
SO. FUCKING. SCREWED.
Cliffie! Haha ; )
