Anyways I got inspired to write a new chapter and BAM! I've been thinking of the fic for awhile and I went back and re-read the fic. I had some plot holes in my story so hopefully I went back and fixed them. You might want to go back and read a bit to remember what's going on. I re-read it and was on the edge of my seat like "WHAT THE HELL! WHY DID I LEAVE THIS ON A CLIFF HANGER? I'M A BAD PERSON!"
So anyways! Check out my tumblr at Fremione-Seekers to see fanfic updates and reviews. Basically all things Fremione related are on there. I hope you guys enjoy this fic! Please review and let me know how it is, and I'll keep posting when I can!

/~~~~~~Chapter 10: Answers~~~~~~~~\\
Hermione held the moving photo in her grasp as Fred and George looked to her in shock at what she just said.
George turned to the goblin at the entrance, "Might we have some privacy?"
The goblin sneered suspiciously to them before nodding once, "I shall return shortly"
He loaded onto the tracks and took off, leaving them in just the dim glow of the lantern. George picked up said lantern and wondered around the vault with slow steps as Hermione was in a stunned silence.
"This can't be... my father was a human... he grew up in London! Attended Cambridge and worked for the royal family! He can't be a-a... wizard" Hermione felt her eyes squint as she bit her bottom lip and she became light headed.
Fred rushed to her side and put his arm around her shoulder incase she fainted, "Well those are Gryffindor robes, there's no denying that"
George came to a candelabra and used the flame of the lantern to light it, giving the room a healthier glow, which drew his eyes to an letter sitting on the desk. He walked over to it and noticed something, "Hey guys look at this."
Hermione glanced up to see George holding an old leather journal, covered in a thin layer of dust. She left Fred's arms and took it from the twin with shaking hands. Slowly she unbound the leather cord from around the black cover and twisted it around her hand as she opened the cover.
"John Granger... This is my dad's journal... I know his handwriting" She ran her hand over his name as if she could feel him through the ink.
Opening the page she began to read aloud while walking closer to the flames to see better.
"1976, December first... I've taken up writing in this journal to track my progress with my studies. Professor Dumbledor suggested it as a way to look back upon my life with fondness. Says the memories can fade, but a journal keeps you grounded. I've began studies on the healing process between potions and spells, finding the best effect. Heart conditions are best remedied with herbology, elemental magic seems to help with mental illness, while physical injuries seem active to potions. Conclusions can not be drawn yet, further studies required. James Potter and his ninny friends asked me out again today to sneak out to the human world for drinks tonight while everyone's at the Hogsmeade. I believe it is accustomed to accepting after the first hundred declines, that is if I want some social interactions this year"
Hermione stopped reading as she brought the pages to her mouth a paused, "James Potter... is that Harry's dad?"
George nodded, "Yeah he was quite Mr. popular from the stories we heard."
She glanced back down to the pages and read silently as Fred watched her and George kept exploring. After some time she sat on the edge of the desk and sighed.
"He writes about going out with them next to this Pub in London... The pub he met my mom at. They told me that part... they met in a pub, mum was sneaking drinks from her friends and they literally bumped into each other. Mum was so crossed that he spilt beer in her hair that she dumped her pop on him" She gave a choked laugh at the story her dad loved telling over and over to make her mother blush.
Looking down she ran her hands over the pages, "He told me that story a hundred times... but he never mentioned the biggest story of all? Why?" She whispered sadly.
Fred took her hand, "I'm sure he had his reasons."
George leaned over the desk to see a small stack of invitations pilled up at the edge. Each a dull ivory with red wax seal, and the name in gold cursive on the front. The one on top was brand new and not covered in dust like the others, so he snatched it up, "Got the invitation"
Hermione closed the journal and took a shaky breath, "Let's go"
"But don't you want to find out more?" Fred asked softly.
"Of course I do! I have a thousand questions and the only one who can answer them is dead! But Ginny needs us right now! I'll come back and figure this out but for now we focus on her" Hermione huffed and picked up the small satchel of gold and tied it to her belt before making her way out the vault without looking back.
George looked from her retreating figure to Fred and smiled slightly, "You got one tough bird brother"
Fred smiled at that and nodded as they followed, "Yeah I do"
Once out of the bank they went back to the hide out where the rest of their group was waiting. Once they walked in, everyone was on their feet.
"Did you get it?" Charlie asked excitedly.
George smiled, "Not only did we get it but it was a special invitation for a one Hermione Granger"
He held up the invitation and everyong looked to it in shock before looking to a sullen Hermione who tried to hide her emotional turmoil.
Luna cocked her head, "How did you get in?"
Hermione shrugged, "My dad must have known Kingsley in his school days"
Harry and Luna shared shocked looks while everyone else celebrated with hugs and high fives as Charlie hugged Will, "Well Hermione I'd kiss your dad if he was here"
Hermione forced a smile, "Yeah if he was here"
"So what's the plan?" Fleur cut to the point as she her daughter sleeping in the other room.
Will stood and took charge quickly, "Well I was thinking of this last night and I came up with a brilliant idea. Harry do you still have the invisibility cloak?"
Harry nodded quickly, "Yeah in my old school carrier, I can get it though"
"Excellent! We use it to sneak in behind Fred and Hermione since he's her plus one. George, Harry, and Ron you sneak in behind them before the guards close the gate. Once inside you go to the dungeons below and get Ginny."
"What about you guys?" George pointed to Will, Charlie.
Charlie smirked, "Well we will de distracting a large amount of officers so that when you guys do get Ginny, there wont be much heat on you."
George rolled his eyes, "And how do you suspect you do that"
Fleur butted in by holding her wand up with a cunning smirk of her own, "Someone's going to start and anonymous fire at gringotts, followed by a robbery"
"You are perfectly Wicked, and I love it" Fred winked to Fleur who bowed her head in thanks.
"Ok so while they go get Ginny, Fred and myself will hunt down this Kingsley and let him know of what's going on?" Hermione looked around to everyone in question.
Will nodded, "Yes, Fred just tell him what's happening to Ginny and get her charges dropped first thing, then tell him about Malfoy. Hopefully the snake will be to distracted by dad and Luna to even notice Fred and Hermione.
"We should probably wear disguises" Fred suggested and Will nodded.
"Ok so we have a plan! Tomorrow evening on Christmas Eve we break Ginny out of prison and clear the Weasley name!" Charlie announced and everyone nodded.
Luna looked to Hermione, "You'll need a dress"
Fleur jumped up excitedly, "Oh oui oui! We must get zat today! Ze shops shall be picked clean!"
Hermione swallowed as both women pulled her up and over to the fireplace, "Don't wait up for us I suppose"
Fred waved to her as she disappeared, leaving the guys to wonder about the plan and how to keep their nerves calm like the girls. That night the girls had Hermione back before dinner, which was especially quiet due to the dangers tomorrow held. Molly sat before the table picking at her food as her eyes watered and Arthur placed a hand over her own. Hermione looked to her glass of cider and wondered more about her father and who he really was. The room was so quiet you could hear the silverware clink against the plates.
"Where's auntie Ginny?" Victoire asked from her spot between her parents.
Molly covered her mouth as a tear slipped out and Will placed his hand on his daughters shoulder, "She's away at the time being, but she'll be back on Christmas"
The small blonde nodded, "I thought she was taken by da bad man to prison... That's why we here?"
George butten in by leaning forward to her, "Yeah well your grandpa and auntie Luna are going to get her back, right dad?"
Arthur looked hesitantly to the small girl watching him and he offered her a big smile, "Of course! Ginny will be sitting under our tree Christmas morning"
"What tree?" She asked softly and they all remembered the burrow was lost to them at the moment and they all paused sadly.
"I'll get us a tree! And you can help me decorate it! Would you like that?" Sirius spoke up from next to Harry and Victoire nodded quickly.
Laughter ensued at the young child's excitement but Hermione was looking down to the journal in her lap. Fred noticed and placed a hand over her own, before casting her an encouraging smile when he met her eyes. She forced a smile back before turning to her food and taking a mouth full of mash potatoes, yet not tasting anything.
After dinner Hermione excused herself to her room to read more of her fathers journal. She was alone for two hours before Fred knew he gave her enough time alone and followed her upstairs. Upon entering he saw her leaning against the window sill holding the book in her lap.
"Mione?" He whispered and she looked up to him. The candlelight of the room showed her tear stricken face and he rushed to her side, taking her into his arms.
"He and my mum were so happy" She whispered into his chest.
"Tell me about it" He kissed the top of her head.
She closed her eyes tightly, "He met my mum and they fell for each other that night! Mum went to school nearby and he visited my world as much as possible to see her. She had no idea of what he was... he kept that secret from her... from me"
Fred petted her head and listened to her shallow breathing, "He couldn't. The laws restricted him from doing so or he could put you both in danger."
She rubbed her eyes, "But he dated her for two years while in the magical world! Once he graduated from Hogwarts he gave up his wand and moved to the human world. He writes about their wedding day, moving to our village, getting his degree in medicine... Then." She paused and Fred waited patiently.
"Then he talks about them trying for a child... but because he left the magical world he cannot produce children. It breaks his heart to have my mum blamed for being barren. He hears her cry every night while holding her stomach, praying every moment she gets for god to bless her with a child. In his last entry he writes that he might have an idea, but it's risky and involves going back to the magical world. That's all he wrote... He must have dropped the journal off in the vault and never came back to get it." She let the tears fall and Fred sighed.
"Because whatever he did worked and he got you. He wanted to leave that world behind once and for all because he knew if the magical world found out about a human and a wizard having a child, you all would have been killed." A voice spoke up from the door and they both looked up in shock to see Sirius Black standing there.
Hermione dried her eyes with the back of her sleeve and stood up to face him while clutching the book, "You knew my dad?"
He closed the door behind him before nodding and looked to a confused Fred, "Yeah me and your dad go way back... I was one of the original Marauders your father mentioned in his journal"
She looked down to her fathers book and nodded, "He mentioned that group a few times... called them miscreants and deviants"
Sirius barked out a laugh and shook his head, "Your father refused to be in our little club. Said he was much to busy to even entertain the thought of being around us. But he was always a friend... I was with him the night he met your mother... How is Emma doing?"
"She's fine... Devastated when Dad died, but she's getting better each day."
He nodded, "She was always a strong cookie that one. Reminded me a lot of Lilly, but that's another story."
"You said my dad was scared of them finding out? Who?"
"Your dad left the wizarding world long behind him.. It was actually Kingsley who granted his leave after he got married. We were all there, if you have any wedding photo's, look for us in them. We all stayed in touch and after some time he came to me, asking for any spells to help conceive a child. I told him that once you left the magical world, it was impossible but we all tried to help him any way possible. Until one day he came to me, disheveled and sleep deprived, speaking fluent crazy talk!" Sirius made motions with his hands to insinuate crazy in the head.
Hermione stepped closer, "What did he say?"
Sirius sighed sadly, "Something about making a deal with the oldest creatures, shadows, time limit"
She scrunched up her face before shaking her head, "That doesn't make any sence"
"Now you know how I felt. I tried to get him to come in for some sleep and food, but he told me there's no time, and ran off. The next day I woke up to find a large bouquet of babys breath on my table with a note that just said thank you, Uncle Sirius. I knew then that the son of a bitch did it. He found a way to have a baby... to have you. After that I never saw or heard from John again, and rightfully so... If Malfoy found out about you, he would have killed you while you were still in the womb." Sirius came closer and Hermione let a tear fall, not even realizing that she was crying.
"So he didn't tell me... to protect me?"
Fred placed an arm around Hermione, "Told you he had his reasons"
Sirius smiled, "I only just figured out who you were at dinner when I saw the journal. John carried that thing everywhere at Hogwarts. I asked Harry your name and when he said Granger, I had to come talk to you. You have his stubbornness"
Hermione let out a mixture between a cry and a laugh, "Mum always said that"
"I have to get back to Arthur, but if you ever want to talk about your dad, I'm always here" Sirius said softly and Hermione moved away from Fred to give the older gentleman a strong hug.
"Thank you Sirius" She whispered.
"Aw none of that love... Call me Uncle Sirius" He kissed the top of her head and she giggled.
Once he left Hermione put the journal down to the side and turned to Fred, "I'm so drained."
He took her into his arms and with his nose he skimmed it up along her jaw line, "You've had a long three days. Tomorrow will be an even longer one... you should rest"
Hermione looked to him as if debating something before leaning in and kissing him gently. It only lasted a few seconds but when she pulled away he smiled brightly to her, "That's the first time you initiated a kiss"
She cocked a brow, "Well I hear I have Gryffindor blood so why the hell not"
Fred chuckled before leaning in and pulling her face in a passionate kiss that left both their hearts beating as wild as their day had been.
