The scene quickly changed to Zane standing outside his mothers door, he had suitcases packed and his siblings waiting in the room.

"Mom, please open the door... It's been a week and you haven't come out" Zane looked terrible, he hadn't slept in days and he was wearing leftover cloths. He had tears slowly forming in his eyes, his mother wasn't there anymore.

"Mom please" Zane knocked on her door again, but this time it slowly creaked open to show a small room with no lights on besides the sun shining through the window. He approached his mothers bed where her sleeping body was.

"Mom" Zane shook her body, to find her oddly wet. He looked at his hand to see a liquid dripping off but it was to dark to see what it was. He looked over at the lamp and flipped it on. He let out a small scream as he recognized the red blood covering his hands. He lifted his clean one over his mouth letting tears flow down his eyes as he truly saw his mothers condition.

"No, mom" he reached out a shaky hand to his mother's head to brush her hair.

"Geez Zane y-your m-mothers throat has been cut" Jay gasped with his hand over his mouth.

This time instead of making a comment, he just stood there staring at the scene in front of him, he seemed like he was seeing it for the first time with tears in his eyes again.

Zane had put a shaky hand on the side of his mothers neck to try and look for a pulse, he found none, she was probably dead for days. No one had been in the house besides Zane, Ally, Zak, and... Him.

"He did this to you" Zane cried into his hand. "That bastard." Zane walked out of the room shutting the door behind him as he slid down the wall, they were planning to leave today with mom, she was going to lead us out.

He walked back to the room to where Zak and Ally were packing there things.

"Zak come here" Zane lured him back into the hallways shutting the door to the bedroom.

"Keep packing your things Ally" Zak smiled kissing her on the forehead as he walked away from the room. He closed the door silently before he let his emotions out again.

"What's the matter?" Zak asked.

"Mom... She's dead... He killed her" he knew exactly what he meant with 'he'.

"No... She can't be" Zane nodded lowering his head. Zak ran into the room with Zane standing in the hallway

"No!" he screamed dropping to the floor. Zane walked down the stairs and out the back door, he made his way to the shed where he grabbed some gasoline and matches. He stared up at the house shaking as the materials nearly fell out of his hands.

"Your going to pay you insensitive bastard" Zane spit. Zane placed the two things in the bushes before heading to the top of the stairs to meet his brother again who was pulling the blanket over his mother and leaving the room. He insisted his siblings out of the house and waited for his uncle's return.

The scene changed to a few hours later with Zane sitting at the couch with the matches and gas under has as he waiting for his uncle to come home.

The four companions didn't even speak knowing the evil deed Zane was going to do.

Suddenly the door swung open, he was like always wasted, Zane could barley hold in his anger as he stood from the couch.

"Hey asshole what are you doing?" he asked sitting were he had.

"You killed her." Zane hissed tightening the grip on the weapons.

"So, you found the body." he said smiling.

"You bastard!" he shouted pulling the lid off of the gas and pouring it onto his head making him instantly cough and try to spit it out.

"You deserve to die!" he shouted suddenly lighting the match, they weren't going to move their mothers body, and they can't ask the authorities about two dead bodies. He watched the dancing flame for a moment, such a simple weapon, by the time firefighters would show up his body would have just seemed to be an obstacle for the fire's path. He then tossed the match at him, that lazy bum, he should have never came!

Zane ignored his screams and started decorating the house in gasoline until he reached the front door. He lit another match and suddenly remembered all the good times he had at the house, all the fun, and love they shared with each other, All wasted! This was for the best. He dropped the match and left to see Zak covering Ally's ears and making her face the other direction.

"It's done" Zane said calmly.

"Where to now?" Zak asked eyes pricking with tears.

"There's an abandoned barn dad used to work at, we can head there" The three silently headed into the woods with a small lantern in there hand.
