We rushed to the hospital, Cole right on board with my plan. Nya was gone and the team needed her, Jay and Kai needed her... Zane needed her. The car sped down the highway trying to get to the hospital as soon as possible, they were going to take her body away any day now and without her memories it was useless to get her back.
"Zane don't speed, I want to get their alive!" Cole shouted putting a hand onto his shoulder. Zane looked back at his brother and released his foot from the pedal, good thing to the hospital was right to their left. Cole sighed in relief releasing the grip from the seat.
The two jumped from the car and gathered their things, like a large suitcase having different parts Zane spent hours making and a stretcher he actually 'burrowed' from the hospitals. The two slid on the nurses outfits and masks to make them look official. Cole unhitched the stretcher and put on the suitcase and other parts the two made and at the end put a white blanket on the top of the objects.
"Let's go" Zane said sliding on the blue mask and taking one side of the stretcher having him push. The two slid in trough the back entrance entering the hospital building once more. The two sped down the hallway, blending in nicely with the other doctors, Cole stared at the different sighs until they saw the sign, deceased. Zane and Cole looked around making sure they were alone before entering.
It was a dark room with cabinets that would contain the different people that sadly lost their life's. The two ninja's split up looking at each of the pieces of paper with different names that would lead to a file.
"Found her" Cole said staring at the name tag. Zane was about to open the door when his hand stopped, to see his friend dead was going to be troublesome and difficult, if only he came prepared. Slowly he slid the case open to see the familiar white sheet that would haunt his dreams forever. The only thing poking out was the pale white feet that the blanket couldn't cover.
"Let's just get this done Zane" Cole said near to tears. Zane brought out the tools needed and shut his eyes tight as he ripped the white sheet from the body. Once off it floated to the floor and he was faced with the body. This wasn't going to be easy. Zane brought out the knife and approached her head. Even though her clear pale skin was grey with her vanes showing her beautiful black hair still remained as perfect, maybe a little tumbled, but still had it's natural and gorgeous tone. Cole pushed over the stretcher and removed the blanket to see the same figure as Nya, she was almost identical.
Zane used the knife to stab into the skin and made a straight line across the forehead until her skin was completely off. Next was her skull, he grabbed a spiraling saw and drilled through the skull until her brain was showing. Cole could barley hold down his lunch as he stuck two metal rods into his brain and connected them to the laptop they brought along.
"What is this supposed to do?" Cole asked.
"Well her memories are stored at the bank of the brain, with the rods they take the memories and bring them to the computers, then they get stored into this chip which I led into the computer." Zane took off the chip and wrapped Nya back up in the white blanket. He shut the case that held her body and started to roll the stretcher once again trying to be quick.
"We'll try it out once we get to a normal room" Zane said rolling her down the hallway while Cole looked through the windows to find an empty room. It took two floors until they found one. They locked the door and loaded the robot onto the white bed, she looked so realistic with the same skin texture and body functions a human would have. They attached a heart monitor since they installed a pulse.
"Hand me the chip please" Zane asked as Cole passed the small hard drive, he opened her panel to show much more efficient parts than Zane's. He inserted the chip then sat in a nearby chair passing Cole the knife that would rip his heart In two.
"You sure about this?" he asked.
"Yes, anything to bring back Nya" Zane said with a slight smile. Cole gently started the procedure cutting right down the middle until the one piece that was meant for Nya popped out into his hand, it felt warm and inviting. Cole gently placed the gem into her heart slot.
Now to wait
