"Over there!" Chris Argent pointed in the direction from which the growl had came from. As he took off on his ATV, he was followed by a group of men and women, all different generations of the Argent family, front of the line being his daughter Allison. "Dad! 2 o'clock!" Allison shouted. As the Argents looked in the direction Allison called out, they could barely make out the outline of something running through the forest. "Good eyes," Chris smiled to his daughter as he revved the ATV's engine and sped off towards the figure.

Faster! Faster! Don't stop, you have to keep moving. No, tear them apart! Rip the flesh from their tiny human bones and show them why they fear our kind. No, run! Run! Jackson's mind was racing. The human part of him was barely able to stay conscious, his thirst for blood and destruction was almost unbearable. As he made his way through the Beacon Hills Reserve, Jackson had a war going on inside of him. The wolf wanted to tear the hunters apart but the human knew he wouldn't stand a chance. Especially if they turned out to be Argents. So he kept running. He wasn't sure how long he would be able to maintain this much control and stay in a human form, he just hoped he could find somewhere, anywhere to hide until the full moon was over.

Matt Daehler pulled into the parking lot of the public pool and stepped out of his car. Grabbing a towel, he made his way to the fence and jumped it. I can do this. Matt stepped to the edge of the pool and stared at it for a long time. After taking off his shirt, he slid his jeans down revealing swimming trunks and made his way to the stairs that entered the pool. Matt gripped the railing so tightly his knuckles were white, slowly putting his foot down onto the first step. "You can do this," he sighed. Slowly, Matt slid his other foot to the next step, deeper into the water. After 10 slow minutes of working his way down the stairs, holding onto the railing for dear life, Matt was thigh deep in water. He was shivering, the water was warm and felt nice, but he was terrified of falling in. Taking deep breaths, he attempted to step further into the pool. As Matt took a step forward, his foot slid across the bottom causing him to fall under, screaming.

Jackson made it out of the woods without the Argents catching him. As he made his way to the large fence in front of him, he could smell the chlorine and realized he was in the middle of town. Hopefully with all the warnings of newborns, no one will be out tonight. Jackson scaled the fence and went to the small shack on the other side of the pool. It was getting late and Jackson felt more in control over his body than he had earlier, but he was still afraid something would happen. Hoping to just sleep it off, he created a make-shift bed out of life jackets. As one last attempt at preventing himself from doing any damage, Jackson released his claws and dug them deeply into his palms. He wasn't sure, but he could have sworn he just heard a car pull up, but he felt too tired to investigate and eventually fell asleep.

Matt put his clothes on and walked back to his car. It was almost midnight, he needed to get home before his mom got off work, but right now he didn't want to do anything. Right now, he just wanted to sit in his car and cry. "Why can't I do this?!" he screamed, slamming his fists into his steering wheel. I can't even stand in the kiddie pool. Matt sat with his head bowed, trying to think of a way for him to learn how to swim. If he could just do that one, basic activity, things like the party incident wouldn't happen. He could have just laughed with Jackson and those other guys. He wouldn't have almost drowned and he wouldn't have a target on his head from an alpha pack for mentioning Aiden's name in the problem. I want them dead. It's their fault I won't have a chance with Allison or any other girl. They're the ones who humiliated me, Aiden, Jackson, Derek, it's their fault. Everything would just be so much-

He wasn't sure, but Matt thought he saw something moving alongside his car. Slowly reaching up to check that the doors were locked, Matt scanned his car for some sort of weapon. Great, and now because I'm the photography geek I'm gonna get murdered for not having something to protect myself with except an expensive camera. Matt could hear something lightly scratching against his car window. Oh man.. Slowly turning, to face what was outside his car, Matt shrieked in horror at what was in front of him. With a closer look, "..Jackson?" Sure, the creature in front of him looked like Jackson. Spiked brown hair, chiseled jaw, but then..it also didn't look like Jackson. Its skin was fading from a normal color to a reptilian-like pattern. His eyes were slitted like a snake and as the creature placed its hand on Matt's car window, he could see the fingers were slightly webbed together, claws extended from the ends, and it covered in the same reptilian pattern as the rest of its body. The creature looked at Matt, not threatening, but almost lovingly. Matt slowly lifted his hand to the window and pressed his palm against the glass, even with the creature's.
