He sat down on the hill that over looked Kagome's home and smiled grimly when he saw Amu. "There you are. Tonight. Tonight we will finally feast. Feast upon you're lovely skin and blood, and we will be eternal once again!" Laughter filled the entire air and reached one girl who was sitting in her room finishing her homework.

~Kagome~

She looked up and around as she heard the laughter. "The heck was that?" Looks around more and hears her door opening. "Sota I told you not to come into my ro-Inspectore Meguire." She stood up. "So sorry sir, thought that you were my brother. Shall we go downstairs?"

"Indeed." Replied the police Inspector of division 8.

Kagome motioned him downstairs and into the study room. "Please sit down, sir."

Ikuto noticed them and went up to the door.

"There has been a recent string of murders here and in Osaka, though mainly in Osaka. We need you to go there. Just you alone."

"Meguire I can't. I have guests here that I have to look over. I can't leave them."

"Kagome. You have a duty. To Japan and to its people."

"I know...I know. Fine I'll go."

Ikuto outside of the office was shocked. "So she has t go somewhere else. Maybe I can find a way into those rooms..."

"When do I leave Inspector?"

"In two days. Bring what you need."

"Yes."

Meguire stood up and left, Ikuto was hiding behindthe door, but Kagome knew he was there already. "Come Ikuto. Join me."

Ikuto walked into the room and sat down across from the ravenette who was looking out the window. "Why were you listening onto mine and the Inspector's conversation, Mr. Tsukiyomi?" She asked, very serious.

"Well...I was curious.."

"Curiosity kills." she replied softly. "Stay out of my stuff when I'm gone. And before you ask, yes, I did hear you. Now leave." She dismissed him with a wave of her hand as she turned to some paper work on her desk. Ikuto stood up and walked out, looking back only to see her slip on glasses and continue doing her work.
