Alpha and Omega: The Accepted

Candu's POV

Armstrong...

Sirius...

The two wolves I probably care most about, Armstrong my mate that I've been in love with for so long, and Sirius, he practically was my son, he came to me whenever he had a problem and it just made me feel so loved, they both did.

Those two are precious to me.

Sirius and I didn't get along at first, in fact, I honestly had a problem with him, he was always steeling Armstrong's ear away from me and I didn't get to have it to myself but now that he's grown up and more mature we get along quite well, I tought him how to hunt along with Stephon and he also helped out with the other Alpha's when it was time to hunt.

I always woke up with a smile on my face when I saw those two but this morning was different. As usual I woke up before Armstrong and felt his warm fur against mine as he slept soundly, a smile on his face as always. I believe that that was what made my day, just being able to see a smile on his face, know that he's happy.

But, when my senses came to, I looked over at where Sirius slept and saw no one there. I found this quite odd. Sirius never wakes up early, never. We always have to wake him up and threaten to get his mother before he got up. Must be his teen years. I tilted my head at the sight, he went to bed early last night and that was a little weird but even then he shouldn't have been awake before me.

I nudged Armstrong slowly, careful to wake him up. He groaned and moved a little but no real response so I did again, a little harder in my efforts this time.

"Sweetheart, wake up..."

He groaned again, putting his paw on top of his nose, covering his eyes.

"A few more minutes love..."

"Armstrong, did Sirius tell you anything about leaving early?" I asked, nudging him.

"No, why?" He answered, nuzzling closer to me.

"Because Sirius isn't here..."

Armstrong sprang up, looking around and not seeing Sirius then he began to breath really hard, looking around once more before going to the entrance of the den and looking out of the opening.

"Candu! He's not here! Where is he?!" He asked, going wide eyed.

"I don't know, thats why I'm asking you" I answered, chuckling a little.

"He never wakes up this early and the Alpha's don't start hunting until later" He reminded, going up to me.

"Its okay, I'm sure he's just with Conrad and Lou" I answered, my paw going around his shoulder.

He at least attempted to be calm, trying to control his breathing and slow it down.

I kissed his cheek, smiling and holding him close.

"I'll go see Conrad then Lou, I'll see if they know where he is and then I'll ask their parents if they're not home okay?"

Armstrong nodded nuzzling into my chest as he continued to calm down. I looked down at him and sighed, he was so worrisome it was kind of cute. I guess this comes from his former job of taking care of pups all day.

"You act like like a mother sometimes you know that" I informed, smiling at him "Its so cute"

Armstrong looked up at me, now that I was taller than him it felt kind of right before hand he would look down at me and I felt kind of awkward but now it just felt natural when I held him close like this.

"I-Is not..."

"Yes it is...stop arguing" I replied, rolling my eyes and kissing him again before taking his ear into my mouth and tugging slightly like I always do.

He squeaked a little bit, not really prepared for the unexpected kiss and then the tugging of his ear. Eh, that just meant that it was more fun for me, I loved seeing him all flustered. It just reminded me how cute he was.

Drake's POV

"...and then we arrived at my Dad's old pack and it wasn't long before that when I met Conrad" Sirius continued, telling one of my favorite stories of all time.

When he and I met.

"Wait, so Conrad wasn't with you the whole way?" Lucas asked, laying down and eating the rabbit I caught for him.

"No" Conrad answered "I just happened to be wandering around the wilderness looking for food, I honestly had no idea where I was, then I bumped into Sirius and when it started to rain we took shelter together"

Sylus then looked at me, his head tilting in the process.

"What about you Drake? I didn't hear you in that story..." He asked.

Marcus didn't really talk the whole time, in fact, he was the reason we stopped in the first place. He was saying that he was hungry and likewise so was Lou so then that made Lucas get hungry so I decided to go catch them some rabbits but Lucas walked off somewhere. Sirius was originally going to do it but I told him to rest those beautiful paws of his and let me do it.

I brought him back one as well, just because I loved him so much.

"I was already a member of Armstrong's former pack when I met Sirius and Conrad" I answered, looking at my former lover "We met in a similar fashion as him and Conrad, he ran into me"

"I believe you ran into me" Sirius argued, rolling his eyes.

"Either way..." I smirked, going over to him and laying down next to him "It was the best day of my life, right next to the day we shared our first kiss" I leaned in, almost able to press our lips together when he pushed me back again.

"Don't even think about it" Sirius growled.

Eh it was worth a try right?

"How did you even know you liked him?" Sylus asked, tilting his head.

"What can I say? It was love at first sight..." I replied, looking at Sirius and winking at him

Sirius just rolled his eyes again, getting closer to Conrad and sticking his tongue out me. Woof...I loved it when he acted cute like that...

"You two really would make a cute couple" Marcus smiled, watching us.

"Why thank you" I said cheerfully, wrapping my arm around Sirius before having it taken off again and pushed back "I like to think so to"

"Actually, I was talking about Conrad and Sirius" Marcus corrected.

My eyes widened, looking at the two he was referring to and seeing a blush spread across both of their faces as they began arguing that fact at the same time, saying different things to they point where it was unaudioable.

"Whoah, whoah, whoah! Relax you two, I was just joking!" Sylus chuckled adding a wink "Besides, I already have the image of Lou and Conrad together"

Lou blushed as well, adding onto the argument, all three shouting things at the others and then at Sylus. I just watched Sirius, he was getting so worked up about this and I loved it. He was so cute when he got worked up.

"Speaking of Lou, Lou why haven't you found someone yet? You to Conrad"

Conrad shook his head, looking down and then adjusting his scarf.

"I don't make myself available" He answered.

"Why not? I'm sure someone like you could get a girl"

"I-I just don't think it just seems right" He replied, as always trying to avoid relationship questions.

When I asked Byron he said that it was because Conrad was didn't make himself available because he thought no one would want to date a blind, Omega who wasn't a wolf and wore a scarf all day.

I kept that a secret, not even Sirius knows about it but knowing what Conrad goes through with all of the bullying and difficulty being a dog in a wolf world I could see why he didn't want to bother with relationships.

"C-can we stop talking about relationships please?" Sirius pleaded.

"Why? Awwwwwwwww are you still recovering from us?!" I asked, nuzzling Sirius.

"In your dreams..." Sirius scoffed, turning to Conrad "Hey Conrad want to go explore a little?"

Conrad suddenly got a big smile and his tail began to wag, getting up and stretching.

"Sure! As long as we don't have to talk about relationships anymore" Conrad replied as the two got up and started walking away.

Of course, sense Sirius was going, I tagged along for the ride, not that I let those two notice.

Marcus's POV

"So...what about you Sirius? Ever find your true love?" I asked, turning to the wolf.

"Nope" Lou answered simply "I don't believe in true love"

"What?! How can you not?!" Sylus asked, sounding amazed.

"I just...have never felt it...I mean I've heard stories, seen couples but I don't think I'll ever know what it means to be in love..."

"No, thats not happening, you're going to find a true love!" I vowed, walking over to Sylus and rubbing his head.

Lou looked at me weirdly, watching as I rubbed my brothers head and he just laid there and let me, looking really irritated at the moment.

"What are you doing?!"

Sylus sighed.

"He thinks that if he rubs my head then my good luck will rub off on you" Sylus answered, shaking his head "It doesn't work"

"Yes it does! I'll show you!" I replied, smiling.

"Marcus...I'm sorry...it won't work..." Lou said, sounding a little sad "I'll never find someone"

It was then.

Right then.

That I proved him wrong.

A sudden yell came from the distance, followed by a huge boulder which came rolling down the nearby hill and straight towards us, more specifically Lou. He barely had anytime to react before the rock went straight passed him, almost hitting him in the process if it weren't for a red blur that came suddenly rushing by just before it hit him. The boulder now stoped at the base of a tree but the tree itself was smashed down

The sound of Lou's whimpering was heard.

Thats when I looked over and saw his body under another, a dark brown/redish (russet) colored wolf standing over Lou, holding him up and protecting him as he whimpered. All I could do was stare at what almost just happened.

Unknown Wolf's POV

Damn...

That was to close, this was such a stupid idea in the beginning. Trying to roll a boulder out of the road we could see more and hopefully find out where some stupid party was. I looked over at the now stopped boulder and thankful that it didn't end up crushing this poor guy.

Then I looked over at his friends, both starring in awe and shock as one had his paw on the others forehead, starring at me. I told my friends this was a bad idea...

I looked down at the male I was holding close. Hiding his face and whimpering.

"Hey..." I said soothingly, trying to calm him down "...you okay?"

He didn't respond, he just kept covering his face, his ears tucked against his head and his tail between his legs as his whole body shook with shock at what just almost happened to him. I yelled for him to look out but he must have not heard me.

"You aren't hurt are..." I stopped.

He lifted up his head, tears welling up in his eyes but not leaving them as he looked up at me with the absoulutely most beautiful face I have ever laid my eyes on.

I saw nothing else, heard nothing else, felt nothing else. All I saw was the wolf in my arms, all I heard was his whimpering and gentle sobbing as he tried to control himself and I felt nothing else but his soft fur that I was holding him up by. Those bluish-green eyes so beautiful as they practically glowed in the natural lighting of the sun, his silk like gray fur in my paws that surrounded his face and body.

My heart skipped a beat at the sight. No. More like several beats. Then it began beating even faster.

Perfection...

Thats what I saw in this wolf...

Perfection...

"...Soul-mate..." I mumbled, still looking down at him.

"What?" He asked, not hearing me.

"I-I found...my...my soul-mate!" I repeated, hugging him close.

The wolf become flushed, his cheeks glowing bright red.

"S-soul Mate?!" The wolf I was holding asked, looking at me.

The wolf who was rubbing the others head suddenly lifted his paw and kissed it, holding it up in the air as if it was a trophy.

"Told you!"

Well I'd like you all to meet an OC that I've been looking forward to, he does have a name but you'll just have to wait until next time to find out what it is lol Sorry don't want to ruin anything :) I hope you enjoyed the chapter, I know I did writing it :) Oh and if you're wondering how the OC fell in love so fast you'll find out soon enough, I'll try not to keep you waiting to long if you're interested.
