A/N Anothe 100 word challenge. Today is "flame"
Ryan watched the flames dance and crackle. According to clock it was late. He had planned to surprise his family by showing up a day early for Christmas vacation, but he was the one surprised. As Ryan was walking in the door, his phone had rung. It was Sandy informing him that they had gone to visit Newport for a couple of days. Ryan didn't have the heart to tell them he was home already.
Ryan decided to go to bed when the door opened and the unmistakable voices of the Cohen's filled the air. Ryan smiled. He wasn't alone.
