Max was listening to her iPod and singing. It was her favourite song Over and Over by Three Days Grace. She didn't know it but I was there invisible and standing the corner. She sang like an angel, to me anyway. (No pun intended.) She wasn't dancing or anything just sitting in the middle of the floor singing. Uber quietly.

The song ended and Max hugged her knees and started crying.
"Fang, Fang. Why don't you love me?" Of course I loved her! "I love you so much and you never say anything back. Why?" She meant the time with the valium. Oh I understand now. I realized I couldn't stand there and let Max cry. Especially not over me. I walked quietly over to her she was still sobbing quietly.
"Max, of course I love you," I sat beside her wiped her tears away and I kissed her. The moment I stopped she looked up and said
"Fang I love you too,"
